本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种低温环境工作用防寒保温面料。
背景技术
低温环境下,一般的面料无法满足人们对于寒冷的抵抗,对此,有人选用金属棉来制作保暖服装面料,但由于其存在透湿性差,导湿性差和柔软性性差的缺点,为此,我们提出了一种低温环境工作用防寒保温面料。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种低温环境工作用防寒保温面料,具备透气保温的优点,解决了现在的保暖服装面料其存在透湿性差,导湿性差和柔软性性差的问题。
为实现上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种低温环境工作用防寒保温面料,包括防晒层、防风层、保暖层和聚氨酯薄膜层,所述防风层设在保暖层的顶部,所述防晒层设在防风层的顶部,所述聚氨酯薄膜层设在保暖层的底部,所述保暖层为纤维丝Ⅰ和纤维丝Ⅱ混纺而成的层状结构。
进一步地,所述纤维丝Ⅰ为具有多孔结构的聚酰亚胺气凝胶纤维丝,所述纤维丝Ⅱ为普通保暖纤维丝。
进一步地,所述聚酰亚胺气凝胶纤维丝由动物纤维丝和聚酰亚胺纤维丝合捻而成。
进一步地,所述普通保暖纤维丝由动物纤维丝、普通聚酰亚胺纤维丝、植物纤维丝和合成纤维丝合捻而成。
进一步地,所述防晒层为纳米竹炭纤维层。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯薄膜层的底部设有里布,所述里布为亲肤层。
进一步地,所述里布底面设置有密布的保温纤维。

2、防晒层为纳米竹炭纤维层,纳米竹炭纤维层具有很好的阻隔紫外线的效果,且质地轻,强度高,还具有良好的耐酸耐碱耐光性,提高了面料的防晒功能。
3、聚氨酯薄膜层使得面料具有优异的透气性,增加了其在使用过程中的舒适性,且能够获得良好的防水防风性能,提高了使用效果。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温环境工作用防寒保温面料,其特征在于:所述防晒层(1)为纳米竹炭纤维层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温环境工作用防寒保温面料,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯薄膜层(4)的底部设有里布(5),所述里布(5)为亲肤层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种低温环境工作用防寒保温面料,其特征在于:所述里布(5)底面设置有密布的保温纤维。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温环境工作用防寒保温面料,其特征在于:所述防晒层(1)的厚度均为0.1mm~3mm,所述保温层(3)的厚度为2mm~5cm。
