s3, straightening the double-layer film folded in the S2 by a second straightening roller 72 arranged in front of the stacking mechanism 7, conveying the double-layer film from top to bottom, respectively locating the double-layer film at the left side and the right side of the fixed plate 75, driving the roller disc 74 to rotate by friction force by the moving double-side film, pressing the folded edge of the double-layer film into the stacking groove 76 when the roller disc 74 rotates to form stacking, softening the double-layer film by hot air sprayed by a hot air cylinder 77 after stacking, wherein the temperature of the hot air is 80 ℃, and finally flattening the double-layer film by two flattening rollers 73 arranged at a high and low position;
s4, straightening the double-layer film flattened in the step S3;
s5, passing the film straightened in the S4 through a hemming roller 54, and folding the long edges of the double-sided film for the second time under the action of the hemming roller 54 and a triangular hemming block 53 to change the double-sided film into a three-layer film;
s6, punching the three-layer film obtained in the step S4;
and S7, cutting the film perforated in the S4 by the cutting mechanism 3 to obtain button bags, and then conveying the button bags out of the conveying mechanism 2.
The structure principle is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, the uppermost film is located on the top of the upper plate 4431, the middle film is located between the upper plate 4431 and the lower plate 4433, the lower film is located on the bottom of the lower plate 4433, the distance between the dotting needles at the bottom of the dotting needles 441 is greater than the width of the upper plate 4431, and the distance between the dotting needles at the bottom of the dotting needles 441 is smaller than the width of the lower plate 4433, so as to avoid hitting the lower film during dotting;
to sum up, through addding the dotting mould, can part two upper strata films and lower floor's film, can avoid the three-layer film of punching when dotting, and then improved the aesthetic property of finished product button bag greatly.

Claims (10)

1. A button bag processing machine is characterized by comprising: the automatic spot-welding machine comprises a base (1), wherein a primary folding mechanism (8), a stacking mechanism (7), a leveling mechanism (6), a secondary folding mechanism (5), a dotting mechanism (4), a shearing mechanism (3) and a conveying mechanism (2) are fixedly installed on the top of the base (1) from right to left in sequence, and a feeding mechanism (9) is fixedly installed on the top of the base (1) and positioned on the right side of the primary folding mechanism (8);
the dotting mechanism (4) comprises a first fixing table (41), a triangular cutter assembly (42) is fixedly mounted on the rear side of the top of the first fixing table (41), a third punching assembly (46) is fixedly mounted on the top of the first fixing table (41) and located on the front side of the triangular cutter assembly (42), a first punching assembly (43) is fixedly mounted on the top of the first fixing table (41) and located on the front side of the third punching assembly (46), a dotting assembly (44) is fixedly mounted on the top of the first fixing table (41) and located on the front side of the first punching assembly (43), and a second punching assembly (45) is fixedly mounted on the top of the first fixing table (41) and located on the front side of the dotting assembly (44);
the secondary folding mechanism (5) comprises a second fixing table (51), a first straightening roller (52) is fixedly installed on the rear side of the top of the second fixing table (51), a hemming roller (54) is fixedly installed on the front side of the top of the second fixing table (51), and a triangular hemming block (53) is fixedly installed on the top of the second fixing table (51) and located between the first straightening roller (52) and the hemming roller (54);
the stacking mechanism (7) comprises a third fixing table (71), a flattening roller (73) is fixedly installed on the rear side of the top of the third fixing table (71), a second straightening roller (72) is fixedly installed on the front side of the top of the third fixing table (71), a roller disc (74) is rotatably connected between the flattening roller (73) and the second straightening roller (72) at the center of the top of the third fixing table (71), and a fixing plate (75) is fixedly installed on the top of the third fixing table (71) and on the right side of the roller disc (74);
one folding mechanism (8) include mount (81), the top fixed mounting of mount (81) has turn roller (84), the inner chamber welding of mount (81) has triangle turn valve (82), the top fixed mounting of mount (81) inner chamber has pinch roller (83).

8. The processing method of a button pocket processing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps of;
s1, erecting the raw material film on a feeding roller of the feeding mechanism (9), preheating the raw material film by using a hot air blower, starting the processing machine, and straightening the raw material film by a straightening roller positioned on the top seat side of the feeding mechanism (9);
s2, conveying the straightened raw material film of S1 upwards from the bottom of the primary folding mechanism (8) when passing through the primary folding mechanism (8), folding the raw material film into two layers when passing through a triangular turning valve (82), conveying the straightened raw material film with the long side below and the short side above through the two clamping rollers (83) and then upwards, and then conveying the straightened raw material film by turning the turning rollers (84);
s3, straightening the double-layer film folded in the S2 by a second straightening roller (72) arranged in front of a stacking mechanism (7), conveying the double-layer film from top to bottom, respectively positioning the double-layer film at the left side and the right side of a fixed plate (75), driving a roller disc (74) to rotate by the moving double-side film through friction force, pressing the folded edge of the double-layer film into a stacking groove (76) when the roller disc (74) rotates to form stacking, softening the double-layer film by hot air sprayed by a hot air cylinder (77) after stacking, and finally flattening the double-layer film by two flattening rollers (73) arranged at a higher position and a lower position;
s4, straightening the double-layer film flattened in the step S3;
s5, the long edges of the double-sided films are folded for the second time under the action of the hemming rollers (54) and the triangular hemming blocks (53) after passing through the hemming rollers (54) obtained by straightening in the S4 step, so that the double-sided films are changed into three-layer films;
s6, punching the three-layer film obtained in the step S4;
and S7, cutting the film perforated in the S4 by a cutting mechanism (3) to obtain button bags, and then conveying the button bags out of the conveying mechanism (2).
9. The button pocket processing method according to claim 8, wherein: the preheating temperature in the S1 is 60-80 ℃, and the temperature of the hot air in the S3 is 80-100 ℃.
