Abstract
The invention discloses a diamond bead for high-quality cutting, which comprises a left split body and a right split body which are connected with each other, wherein the left split body comprises a first pipe part, a first grinding head is sleeved on the first pipe part, the first pipe part is provided with a first through hole for a steel wire to pass through, the right split body comprises a second pipe part which is parallel to the first pipe part, a second grinding head is sleeved on the second pipe part, and the second pipe part is provided with a second through hole for the steel wire to pass through; the first grinding head and the second grinding head are arranged between the two third grinding heads, and the first grinding head, the second grinding head and the two third grinding heads are encircled to form an embedding groove. Compared with the prior art, the bead is in a shape like a Chinese character 'kou', has strong structural strength, is provided with the plurality of grinding heads which are tightly connected, improves the integral cutting strength and the wear resistance of the bead, and can improve the structural strength of the wire saw by respectively connecting two sides of the bead with steel wires, thereby improving the cutting efficiency of the wire saw.

The invention mainly aims to provide a quality-cutting diamond bead which consists of a plurality of grinding heads, so that the structural strength and the cutting strength of the bead are improved, and the service life of the bead is prolonged.

6. A high quality cut diamond beaded material according to claim 5 in which said second tubular portion and said fourth tubular portion are joined together by hot pressing with a rubber sheet.

The high quality cutting diamond bead set forth in claim 5, wherein said third grinding head is provided with a first through hole, said third tube portion and said fourth tube portion are insertedly connected by both ends of the first through hole, respectively, and the axial length of said third grinding head is greater than the distance between the outer circumferential surface of the first grinding head and the outer circumferential surface of the second grinding head.
8. A high quality cutting diamond beaded according to claim 7, wherein the third grinding wheel and the third and fourth tubular portions are thermally pressed by a rubber sheet.
