The invention relates to a transparent abrasive cutting wheel and a preparation method thereof, the transparent abrasive cutting wheel comprises a base 1, a feeding device 2, a limiting device 3, a first motor 4 and an abrasive wheel device 5, the abrasive wheel device 5 comprises a supporting seat 6, a fixed shaft 7, a protective cover mechanism 8, an abrasive wheel 9 and a handle 10, the first fixed block 13 and the second fixed block 14 are tightened by a magnetic assembly 15, the screw rod assembly 11 is driven to move by a second motor 16, after the specified position is reached, the second fixed block 14 is opened by the magnetic assembly 15 again, the second motor 16 is adjusted to enable the screw rod assembly 11 to move reversely to complete feeding of stainless steel, then the first motor 4 is started after the stainless steel is tightened and limited by the limiting device 3, the handle 10 is moved, the prepared abrasive wheel 9 is used for cutting the stainless steel, meanwhile, the protective cover mechanism 8 is adjusted to be located at the position of the grinding wheel 9, after cutting is completed, next feeding is carried out, the handle 10 is moved, manual feeding and limiting of materials are not needed at each time, and cutting efficiency can be improved.

the transparent cutting grinding wheel comprises a base, a feeding device, a limiting device, a first motor and a grinding wheel device, wherein the grinding wheel device comprises a supporting seat, a fixed shaft, a protective cover mechanism, a grinding wheel and a handle, the feeding device is fixedly connected with the base and positioned on one side of the base, the limiting device is fixedly connected with the base and positioned on one side of the feeding device, the supporting seat is rotatably connected with the base and positioned on one side of the feeding device and the limiting device, the fixed shaft is rotatably connected with the supporting seat and positioned on one side far away from the base, the protective cover mechanism is fixedly connected with the fixed shaft and positioned on one side far away from the base, the grinding wheel is fixedly connected with the fixed shaft and positioned between the fixed shaft and the protective cover mechanism, and the first motor is fixedly connected with the supporting seat, the handle is fixedly connected with the fixed shaft and positioned between the supporting seat and the protective cover mechanism;
the feeding device comprises a screw rod assembly, a support, a first fixing block, a second fixing block, a magnetic assembly and a second motor, the screw rod assembly is fixedly connected with the base and is positioned on one side of the base, the support is fixedly connected with the screw rod assembly and is positioned on one side of the base, the first fixing block is fixedly connected with the support and is positioned on one side of the screw rod assembly, the second fixing block is rotatably connected with the support and is positioned on one side of the first fixing block, the magnetic assembly is fixedly connected with the screw rod assembly and is positioned on two sides of the support, and the second motor is fixedly connected with the screw rod assembly and is positioned on one side of the limiting device.

the magnetic assembly comprises a first magnetic block and a second magnetic block, the first magnetic block is fixedly connected with the screw rod assembly and is positioned between the limiting device and the bracket, and the second magnetic block is fixedly connected with the screw rod assembly and is positioned on one side far away from the first magnetic block.
