the upper part of the fifth rotating shaft (72) is provided with a first half steering gear (71);
the side wall of the upper part of the first bracket (3) is rotatably provided with an eighth rotating shaft (76);
the third rotating shaft (55) and the eighth rotating shaft (76) are provided with second steering gears (74), and the two second steering gears (74) are meshed;
a second half steering gear (75) is arranged on one side of the eighth rotating shaft (76), and the second half steering gear (75) is meshed with the first half steering gear (71).
