The horn-shaped fan housing 602 can increase the air outlet area and can completely dry the high-voltage electric field 3. A plurality of shielding fan blades 603 are hinged to the port of the fan housing 602, the shielding fan blades 603 are horizontally arranged at equal intervals, the shielding fan blades 603 are connected with a driving device, the driving device comprises a motor and a linkage rod, and the linkage rod is connected with the shielding fan blades 603 and can drive the shielding fan blades 603 to rotate simultaneously. The motor drives the linkage rod to drive the shielding fan blades 603 to rotate simultaneously, so as to realize closing or opening. In order to ensure that the flow performance of oil smoke gas is not attenuated, the area of oil smoke filtering holes needs to be ensured, so that the area of the central disc 401 cannot be too large, the circumference of the central disc 401 limits the number of the filter screen strips 403 to be increased, by adopting the structural design, the first mesh strip 4031 connected with the central disc 401 is divided into two parts to be changed into two second mesh strips 4032, the density of the mesh strips is increased, and the interception rate of oil smoke particles is further improved. The arcuate configuration of the first and second mesh bars 4031 and 4032 curves in the same direction. By adopting the structural design, the distance between the filter screen mesh strips 403 can be reasonably controlled, a certain rectification effect is achieved, the oil fume gas spirally rises, the wind direction is more uniform, the wind guide effect is good, the subsequent purification of the oil pressure gas is facilitated, and the noise is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the filter screen mesh strips 403 with the arc-shaped structures are more beneficial to centrifugally throwing oil out, so that grease is prevented from being accumulated on the filter screen 4. The arc-shaped structure of the second mesh strip 4032 may also be bent in a direction opposite to the arc-shaped structure of the first mesh strip 4031, that is, the first mesh strip 4031 and the second mesh strip 4032 are S-shaped, so that the same effect can be achieved. A third mesh strip 4033 is connected between two adjacent filter screen mesh strips 403, the third mesh strip 4033 is formed by extending the first mesh strip 4031 to the outside near the second mesh strip 4032, the third mesh strip 4033 is connected with the adjacent filter screen mesh strip 403, and the connection position is the position of the second mesh strip 4032 on the adjacent filter screen mesh strip 403 near the end of the first mesh strip 4031. Through the reinforced connection of the third net strip 4033, the firmness and stability of the structure of each filter screen net strip 403 can be improved, and the filter screen net strips are not easy to damage. First filtering holes 404 are formed between two adjacent first mesh strips 4031, second filtering holes 405 are formed between two adjacent second mesh strips 4032, and the first filtering holes 404 and the second filtering holes 405 are used for oil smoke gas to pass through. The center plate 401, the outer rim 402 and the filter screen mesh strip 403 are of an integrated structure and are integrally formed through machining, and machining is convenient.

step S003, oil smoke final-stage filtration; the gas purified in the step S002 enters the oil smoke discharge passage 105 through the connecting passage 106 in the cleaner housing 1, is filtered by the secondary filter screen 7 in the oil smoke discharge passage 105, and is discharged to the outside through the oil smoke discharge port 107; the odor in the gas can be removed;
step S004, cleaning and drying the high-voltage electric field; after the oil fume gas is purified, pressing a switch button of the equipment, and stopping the equipment; a cleaning and drying switch button is pressed down, and a first spray arm 501 of the cleaning device 5 horizontally reciprocates under the drive of a servo motor to perform spray cleaning on the high-voltage electric field 3; after the cleaning is completed, the shielding fan blades 603 at the port of the fan housing 602 of the dryer 601 are rotated to be opened, the dryer 601 operates to dry the high-voltage electric field 3, and after the drying operation is completed, the shielding fan blades 603 are rotated to be closed. Through washing, drying process to high-tension electric field 3, prevent that the oil smoke from gathering on high-tension electric field, guarantee high-tension electric field's filter effect, realize high-tension electric field's non-dismantling washing, the washing back is dried, prevents that it from receiving corrosion damage, has improved life.

Therefore, the oil fume purification cleaning machine and the purification method thereof are provided, the oil fume purification cleaning machine is of a vertical structure, is small in size, complete in function, convenient to install, free of site limitation in installation, and capable of being used for household or industrial use and the like; the oil fume gas is sequentially subjected to primary filtration of larger particle impurities by a primary filter screen, filtration by a water diluting device, filtering of oil fume particles by a shielding device, adsorption and purification by a high-voltage electric field and multi-stage filtration and purification by odor removal by a secondary filter screen, so that the oil fume impurities and odor in the oil fume gas can be effectively removed, and a very good purification effect is achieved; the water sprayed by the water spraying device in the water diluting device flows down through the water curtain guide plate to form a water curtain, the entering oil smoke gas sequentially passes through the water curtain to filter oil smoke impurities, and the oil smoke gas can be well cooled, so that the equipment is prevented from being damaged by the high-temperature oil smoke gas; the filter screen driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed in the shielding device can intercept oil fume particles in oil fume gas, the first net strip connected with the central disc on the net strip of the filter screen is divided into two second net strips, and the density of the net strips is increased under the condition of ensuring the ventilation area and the flow performance of the oil fume gas not to be attenuated, so that the interception rate of the oil fume particles is improved, and the oil fume purification effect is improved; the first net strip and the second net strip are arranged in an arc structure, the distance between the net strips of the filter screen can be reasonably controlled, a certain rectification effect is achieved, the oil fume gas spirally rises, the wind direction is more uniform, the wind guiding effect is good, the subsequent purification of the oil pressure gas is facilitated, and the noise is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the filter screen mesh strip with the arc-shaped structure is more beneficial to centrifugally throwing oil out, so that grease is prevented from being accumulated on the filter screen body; the third net strip is used for reinforcing and connecting two adjacent filter screen net strips, so that the firmness and stability of the structure of each filter screen net strip can be improved, the filter screen net strips are not easy to damage, and the service life is long; meanwhile, a fourth mesh strip is arranged between two adjacent second mesh strips, the contact area of the fourth mesh strip and the oil fume gas is enlarged, the oil fume purification effect is further improved, and the oil fume separation degree is improved; the cleaning device and the drying device which can clean and dry the high-voltage electric field are arranged, a servo motor of the cleaning device drives the spray arm to perform reciprocating circular spraying on the high-voltage electric field, comprehensive cleaning can be performed, oil smoke cannot be accumulated on the high-voltage electric field, the filtering effect of the high-voltage electric field is ensured, disassembly-free cleaning of the high-voltage electric field can be realized, and time and labor are saved; meanwhile, the high-voltage electric field after cleaning is dried by the drying device, so that the high-voltage electric field is prevented from being corroded and damaged, and the service life is prolonged; and the drying device is provided with shielding fan blades, so that oil smoke is prevented from entering the drying device, and the drying machine can be protected.

the shielding device, the high-voltage electric field (3) and the drying and cleaning device are sequentially installed in the oil smoke ascending channel (103) from bottom to top, the shielding device comprises a motor and a filter screen (4) driven by the motor to rotate, and the filter screen (4) can intercept oil smoke particles in oil smoke gas when rotating; the high-voltage electric field (3) can adsorb and filter the oil fume gas filtered by the filter screen (4); the drying and cleaning device comprises a cleaning device (5) and a drying device (6), wherein the cleaning device (5) is used for cleaning the high-voltage electric field (3), and the drying device (6) is used for drying the cleaned high-voltage electric field (3).
