Abstract
A disposable portable memory and learning ability enhancement paste comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a power supply and a switch, wherein one end of the positive electrode is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, one end of the negative electrode is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, the other end of the positive electrode and the other end of the negative electrode are respectively positioned at positions F10 and F3 in an international 10-20 electroencephalogram, and the switch is arranged between the positive electrode and the power supply or between the negative electrode and the power supply. The positive electrode, the negative electrode, the power supply and the switch are arranged in the reinforcing layer, the adhesive layer is arranged on the reinforcing layer, the positive electrode and the negative electrode are exposed out of the adhesive layer, and the switch is exposed out of the reinforcing layer. The supply voltage was 9v and the current was 2 mA. The enhancement paste is simple and convenient, can ensure that no harm is caused to the brain by limiting voltage, current and using time, can change neuron discharge and enhance synaptic transmission among neurons by enhancing synaptic plasticity, achieves the effect of enhancing memory and learning ability, and can provide 2 hours of improvement of obvious mental level.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for improving synaptic plasticity of a single nerve and enhancing synaptic signal transmission capacity so as to improve memory and learning capacity of young and adult, in particular to a disposable portable memory and learning capacity enhancing patch, belonging to the comprehensive technical field of neurology, medicine and encephaly.
Background
In 1801, a study was conducted by the Italian physicist Gerani Aldini (Giovanni Aldini) to successfully use the DC stimulation technique to improve mood in hypochondriac patients. Since then, such TES (transcranial electrical stimulation) that stimulates neurons inside the brain with a small current and is safe and non-invasive has been widely studied, tDCS (transcranial direct current stimulation) is one of the TES. Over the years, a plurality of top-level science teams have proved the usefulness of tDCS and the effectiveness thereof in improving learning and working memory through a large number of experiments.
The memory function of the brain encodes, stores and retrieves data or information as needed, and retains information over time to affect future actions, playing a vital role in cognition. Cognition refers to the mental act or process of "gaining knowledge and understanding through thought, experience and sense. Cognitive processes include thinking, knowing, remembering, judging, and solving problems. The horizontal functions of the brain include language, imagination, perception and planning, and when two neurons fire together, brain cells acquire knowledge while firing impulses so that the connection (synapse) between them becomes more secure. The device accelerates the learning process by changing the pattern of neurons carrying current; at the cellular level, tDCS alters neuronal firing and by enhancing synaptic plasticity achieves the goal of enhancing synaptic transmission between neurons. This neuromodulation technique may help with both immediate (short-term memory) and long-lasting (long-term memory) brain function.
However, existing tDCS devices are heavy, bulky or require connection to an output box, which is very inconvenient for the user. Some tDCS devices do not focus on the specific areas of the brain that should be stimulated (including the specific locations of the electrodes and the locations of the positive and negative electrodes), the time or voltage limits that should be used.
Furthermore, because of the neglect of resistance, many tDCS devices are inefficient, produce little current through the brain, and therefore do not result in any changes or improvements to the brain.

Therefore, the invention provides a disposable portable memory and learning ability enhancing patch, which solves the problems of inconvenient use and the like, and aims to help students, daily staff, musicians, professional game players and athletes concentrate on energy and improve the memory and learning ability of the students, the daily staff, the musicians, the professional game players and the athletes.
In order to achieve the above object, the disposable portable memory and learning ability enhancing sticker of the present invention adopts the following solution:
the enhancement paste comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a power supply and a switch, wherein one end of the positive electrode is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, one end of the negative electrode is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, the other end of the positive electrode and the other end of the negative electrode are respectively positioned at positions F10 (anode) and F3 (cathode) in the international 10-20 electroencephalogram, and the switch is arranged between the positive electrode and the power supply or between the negative electrode and the power supply.
The positive electrode, the negative electrode, the power supply and the switch are arranged in the reinforcing layer, the adhesive layer is arranged on the reinforcing layer, the positive electrode and the negative electrode are exposed out of the adhesive layer, and the switch is exposed out of the reinforcing layer. Be provided with the cavity that holds the power in the enhancement layer, the enhancement layer is made by soft and tensile cloth, can furthest improve the comfort level. An insulating layer is arranged between the positive electrode and the adhesive layer and between the negative electrode and the adhesive layer.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the disposable portable memory and learning ability enhancing sticker of the present invention is a rectangular sticker, and includes a reinforcing layer 5 and a sticker layer 6, wherein the reinforcing layer 5 is used for fixing and hiding components such as a switch 1, a battery (power supply) 2, a negative electrode 3, a positive electrode 4, etc. An adhesive layer 6 is provided on the reinforcing layer 5 for adhering to the head 7. The voltage of the battery 2 is 6v-12v (optimally 9v), the supply current is 1mA-2mA, and the optimal use current is 2 mA. The negative electrode 3 and the positive electrode 4 are cylindrical with a cross-sectional area of about 3.5 square centimeters, the shape of which is selected to enhance the memory and learning effect.
The reinforcement layer 5 (outer layer) is made of a soft and stretchable cloth to maximize comfort. Electrode holes for exposing the negative electrode 3 and the positive electrode 4 are formed on the back surface contacting with skin, and an insulating layer is arranged between the electrodes and the electrode holes, and a gel pad can be used. The switch 1 exposes the front of the enhancement layer 5 for controlling the internal circuitry.
As shown in fig. 3, one end of the negative electrode 3 is connected to the negative electrode of the battery 2, and one end of the positive electrode 4 is connected to the positive electrode of the battery 2. The switch 1 is disposed between the positive electrode 3 and the battery 2, or between the negative electrode 4 and the battery 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the other end of the negative electrode 3 and the other end of the positive electrode 4 are at positions of F10 (anode) and F3 (cathode) in the international 10-20 electroencephalogram, respectively.
When the reinforcing patch is used, the reinforcing patch is adhered below the hairline of a user, so that high resistance caused by hair or fur is avoided, and the maximum effect is achieved.
When the switch 1 is turned on, the battery 2, the negative electrode 3, the positive electrode 4, and the brain tissue form a circuit. The electrons will leave the battery 2 and form a circuit inside the brain stimulating the neurons. The charge of the battery 2 may last for 15 minutes. A large number of experiments prove that 9v of voltage, 2mA of current and 15 minutes of use time do not cause any damage to the brain, but can provide 2 hours of remarkable improvement of the mental level, and avoid the phenomenon that the stimulated brain part is melted due to high voltage and too long use time. Users may use up to two per day, recommending and memory intensive tasks such as learning, reading or solving problems to be performed simultaneously.
The above-mentioned enhancement sticker is proposed on the basis of a research study on three schools, which involves hundreds of students, over two years. The study was aimed at investigating whether stimulating a part of the brain with direct current helps memory. In each individual experiment, 20 students were divided into two groups. Both of them were asked to remember a list of random words in ten minutes, ranging from 5 characters to 10 characters. A group of the reinforcing pastes is required to be pasted on the head according to the requirement. The results of this experiment were performed several times, showing that the user had greatly improved memory. The control group can remember only 7 words on average, while the group using the above enhancement post scored more than 14. The optimum voltage and the time taken were also found by further investigation. The improvement in the two-sided 9 volt voltage was found to be most significant, with 20 minutes of daily wear being most effective. High pressures and prolonged use can cause the stimulated brain to partially melt and even threaten life safety. A disposable portable memory and learning ability enhancing paste is characterized by comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a power supply and a switch, wherein one end of the positive electrode is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, one end of the negative electrode is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, the other end of the positive electrode and the other end of the negative electrode are respectively positioned at positions F10 and F3 in an international 10-20 electroencephalogram, and the switch is arranged between the positive electrode and the power supply or between the negative electrode and the power supply.

The disposable portable memory and learning enhancement sticker of claim 1, wherein the positive electrode, the negative electrode, the power source and the switch are disposed in the enhancement layer, the enhancement layer is disposed with the sticker layer, the positive electrode and the negative electrode are exposed out of the sticker layer, and the switch is exposed out of the enhancement layer.
3. The disposable portable memory and learning enhancement patch of claim 2, wherein a cavity is provided in the enhancement layer to contain a power source.
4. The disposable portable memory and learning enhancement patch of claim 2, wherein an insulating layer is disposed between the positive and negative electrodes and the patch layer.
5. The disposable portable memory and learning enhancement patch of claim 1, wherein the positive and negative electrodes are cylindrical with a cross-sectional area of 3.5 square centimeters.
6. The disposable portable memory and learning enhancement patch of claim 1, wherein the power supply voltage is 6v-12v and the current is 1mA-2 mA.
7. The disposable portable memory and learning enhancement patch of claim 1, wherein the power supply voltage is 9v and the current is 2 mA.
