Preferably, the supporting plate is a trapezoidal metal supporting plate, and the near end of the metal supporting plate is wide, the far end of the metal supporting plate is narrow, and the metal supporting plate is thicker at the near end and thinner at the far end corresponding to the lower limbs of a human body. In this application, proximal refers to the patient's cephalad side and distal refers to the patient's plantar side.
Further preferably, the two side edges of the supporting plate are provided with enclosing barriers, and the enclosing barriers extend along the length direction of the supporting plate and are used for preventing the legs from sliding down from the supporting plate.
The supporting plate comprises a first supporting plate 11 and a second supporting plate 12, wherein the first supporting plate 11 and the second supporting plate 12 are connected through a folding hinge 4, so that the supporting plate can be converted between an unfolding state shown in fig. 5 and a folding state shown in fig. 6. The volume of the whole abduction bracket is reduced after being folded (figure 6), which is convenient for disinfection and carrying.
The support is a foldable and telescopic support.
As shown in fig. 4, the struts include an outer sleeve 5 and an inner strut 6; the inner layer strut is inserted in the outer sleeve and can extend and retract up and down along the axial direction of the outer sleeve.
A plurality of pressable balls 7 are provided on the outer peripheral wall of the inner strut 6, and the pressable balls are connected to the outer peripheral wall of the inner strut 6 through an elastic member (e.g., a spring); be provided with a plurality of card holes 8 on the periphery wall of outside sleeve 5, the position that can press the marble corresponds with the position in card hole, and inlayer pillar can slide in the sleeve in the outside when pressing this can press the marble, relaxs this can press behind the marble, should press the marble card in the card hole that corresponds, and inlayer pillar is then the relevant position of card on outer sleeve, realizes the regulation to the pillar height.
Preferably, the depressible marbles are depressible semicircular marbles, and a plurality of depressible marbles are linearly distributed along the axial direction of the inner strut 6; the clamping hole is a round hole; the clamping holes are distributed in a straight line along the axial direction of the outer sleeve.
Further preferably, a plurality of symmetrical round holes are distributed on two sides of the outer peripheral wall of the outer sleeve 5, a plurality of symmetrical semi-circular beads are distributed on two sides of the outer peripheral wall of the inner strut 6, and the positions of the semi-circular beads correspond to the positions of the round holes.
As shown in fig. 1, the struts comprise two proximal (cephalad) struts 2 and two distal (plantar) struts 3, and the outer sleeves of the proximal struts 2 are hinged at the bottom of a proximal support 21; the near-end support 21 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the first supporting plate 11; the outer sleeve of the far-end strut 3 is hinged at the bottom of the far-end support 31; the far-end support 31 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the second supporting plate 12; the proximal strut 2 can be switched between a supporting state perpendicular to the first supporting plate and a retracting state close to the first supporting plate; the distal struts 3 are capable of transitioning between a deployed state perpendicular to the second blade and a deployed state proximate to the second blade.
The adjusting height of the near-end strut is designed to be shorter than that of the far-end strut, so that the far end of the lower limb is lifted up and unfolded.
In use, the adjustable intraoperative hip abduction stent of the present invention deploys the first blade 11 and the second blade 12, adjusting the proximal strut 2 to a support position perpendicular to the first blade (shown in phantom in fig. 5), and adjusting the distal strut 3 to an abduction position perpendicular to the second blade (shown in phantom in fig. 5). The patient's legs are placed on the upper surfaces of the first and second trays. The adjustment height of the proximal strut 2 and the distal strut 3 is adjusted to abduct the hip joint to the desired angle.
The support column is telescopic, the telescopic mode is a sleeve marble type, namely, the two sides of the outer sleeve are distributed with symmetrical round holes, the two sides of the inner support column are provided with pressable semicircular marbles, the inner support column can slide in the outer sleeve when the marbles are pressed, and the inner support column is clamped at the corresponding position on the outer sleeve after the marbles are released, so that the height of the support column is adjusted. In addition, the near-end strut is designed to be short in height adjustment, and the far-end strut is designed to be high in height adjustment, so that the far end of the lower limb is lifted in an abduction state.
When the adjustable hip abduction frame for use in surgery according to the present invention is folded, as shown in fig. 5, the first splint and the second splint are folded in the direction of arrow a, and then the proximal strut 2 is transformed from the supporting state perpendicular to the first splint to the retracted state close to the first splint in the direction of arrow B; the distal struts 3 are transformed in the direction of arrow C from a flared state perpendicular to the second blade to a fitted state adjacent to the second blade.
The foregoing describes preferred embodiments of the present invention, but is not intended to limit the invention thereto. Modifications and variations of the embodiments disclosed herein may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.
