The radio frequency ablation operation is a minimally invasive thermal ablation operation, and is safely and effectively applied to the treatment of various tumors such as liver, lung, kidney, prostate, pancreas, uterine fibroids and the like. The treatment mechanism is that a radio frequency generator emits alternating current with certain frequency, so that ions in tissues around an electrode needle are excited, and the focus is directly damaged by oscillation, friction and heat generation.
In the actual operation process, ultrasonic monitoring is usually needed to be carried out on a focus part after the first ablation so as to observe the ablation effect. However, after the electrode is adopted to melt the focus part, smoke particles can be generated near the focus, so that the interference on the ultrasonic monitoring image is caused, and the judgment of a doctor on the focus melting effect is influenced.

After the ablation is completed, the filter 11 can still be opened to ensure the smoke filtering effect. After smoke suction and filtration are finished, ultrasonic detection is carried out on the focus again, and the ablation effect is observed so as to determine whether the focus needs to be ablated again. After the ablation is finished, the accommodating sleeve 6 is reversely slid, the supporting spring piece 3 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 7 and is drawn out of the abdominal cavity along with the electrode needle body 1.

Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, one end of the supporting reed 3 far from the receiving sleeve 6 is fixedly connected to the suction sleeve 2, a sliding ring 10 is further disposed between the supporting reed 3 and the receiving sleeve 6, the other ends of the supporting reeds 3 are all connected to the sliding ring 10, the sliding ring 10 slides in the receiving cavity 7, and an outer diameter of the sliding ring 10 is smaller than an inner diameter of the receiving cavity 7.
