Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a positioner for orthopedic surgery.
Background
Acromioclavicular dislocation is a common injury to the shoulder, accounting for 9% of shoulder injuries, 43.4% of which are found in younger people over 20 years of age. The acromioclavicular joint is a micro joint located at the scapula and the distal end of the clavicle. The stability of the joint is maintained by the joint capsule, the acromioclavicular ligament, the coracoid clavicular ligament and the like. When the acromioclavicular joint is dislocated, the distal clavicle is lifted relative to the acromion, which seriously affects the function of the whole upper limb.
Surgical treatment is used in severe need for dislocation. The existing treatment methods comprise Kirschner wire tension band fixation, hook steel plate fixation, coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction and the like, but as the acromioclavicular joint belongs to the micro joint, the operation treatment not only needs to meet the requirement of reduction, but also needs to meet the requirement of micro motion. The existing treatment scheme has the problems of unsatisfactory treatment effect, high technical requirement, high cost and the like, so that the treatment of the acromioclavicular dislocation is controversial and challenging.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a positioner for use in bone surgery.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a positioner for orthopedic surgery, which comprises a clavicle far-end steel plate and a screw hole device, wherein the clavicle far-end steel plate is provided with a screw hole; a acromion steel plate comprising a screw hole means thereof; the connecting device between the clavicle end steel plate and the acromion end steel plate is an artificial ligament or a high-strength artificial line or a material device with the characteristics of the ligament, and the connecting device mainly achieves the micro-motion effect of the acromioclavicular joint.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the clavicle far-end steel plate can be shaped according to the shape of a clavicle, hook ends extend out of the positions, close to the acromioclavicular joint, of the clavicle far-end steel plate to the lower portions of two sides of the clavicle, and the hook ends are lower than the surface of the clavicle and are provided with holes.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the linking means may be an artificial ligament or a high strength artificial thread or a material having ligament characteristics.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the acromion steel plate can be shaped according to the shape of the acromion end, the position of the acromion steel plate close to the acromioclavicular joint extends out of the hook end to the lower parts of the two sides of the acromion, and the hook end is lower than the hook end of the clavicle steel plate and is provided with holes.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the steel plate screw hole means may be a locking hole, a plain hole or a combining hole.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the parts are made of titanium alloy, memory alloy and titanium, and the connecting device between the clavicle end steel plate and the acromion end steel plate is an artificial ligament or a high-strength artificial line or a material with ligament characteristics.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the hook ends of the clavicle far-end steel plate and the acromion steel plate of the device are respectively positioned at two sides of the clavicle and the acromion, and the hook end of the acromion steel plate is lower than the hook end of the clavicle steel plate, so that the distal end of the dislocated clavicle can be pulled and reset.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the prior art, the positioner for the orthopedic surgery adopts the clavicle steel plate, the acromion steel plate and the artificial ligament or the high-strength artificial line or the material with the ligament characteristic to fix the acromioclavicular joint, has small wound and simple operation, can be firmly fixed and can achieve the micromotion effect of the acromioclavicular joint, thereby being beneficial to maintaining and recovering the function of the acromioclavicular joint.

FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an application structure of the present invention.
In the figure: 1-clavicle far-end steel plate, 1.1-clavicle far-end steel plate hook end and 1.2-clavicle far-end steel plate hook end; 2-a linking device between a clavicle end steel plate and a acromion end steel plate, 3-an acromion steel plate, 3.1-an acromion steel plate hook end, 3.2-an acromion steel plate hook end, 4-a clavicle and 5-an acromion.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
example (b): positioner for orthopedic surgery
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a locator for bone surgery, a clavicle distal end steel plate 1 includes its screw hole means, fixed to a clavicle distal end 4; the acromion steel plate 3 comprises a screw hole device and is fixed on the acromion 5; a linking device 2 between the clavicle end steel plate and the acromion end steel plate. The clavicle far-end steel plate and the acromion steel plate are fixed by artificial ligaments capable of micro-moving, high-strength artificial wires or materials with the characteristics of the ligaments, and not only can certain strength be maintained, but also certain micro-moving can be maintained.
According to the positioner for the orthopedic surgery, the method for elastically fixing the acromioclavicular joint achieves the effects of small wound, easiness in operation and more exact fixation.
The invention relates to a positioner for orthopedic surgery, which comprises a clavicle far-end steel plate 1 and a screw hole device; the acromion steel plate 3 comprises a screw hole device thereof; the connecting device 2 between the clavicle end steel plate and the acromion end steel plate is an artificial ligament or a high-strength artificial line or a material device with the characteristics of a ligament, and the connecting device mainly achieves the micro-motion effect of the acromioclavicular joint.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the clavicle far-end steel plate 1 can be shaped according to the shape of a clavicle, hook ends are extended out of the positions, close to the acromioclavicular joint, of the clavicle far-end steel plate to the lower portions of two sides of the clavicle, the hook ends are lower than the surface of the clavicle, and holes are formed in the hook ends.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the link means 2 may be an artificial ligament or a high-strength artificial thread or a material having ligament characteristics.
The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the acromion steel plate 3 can be shaped according to the shape of the acromion end, the position of the acromion steel plate close to the acromioclavicular joint extends out of the hook end to the lower parts of the two sides of the acromion, and the hook end is lower than the hook end of the clavicle steel plate and is provided with holes.
