Background
The lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is one of the more common diseases, mainly because each part of the lumbar intervertebral disc (nucleus pulposus, annulus fibrosus and cartilage plates), especially the nucleus pulposus, has degenerative changes of different degrees, under the action of external force factors, the annulus fibrosus of the intervertebral disc is ruptured, and nucleus pulposus tissues protrude (or are separated) from the ruptured part to the back or the vertebral canal, so that adjacent spinal nerve roots are stimulated or pressed, and a series of clinical symptoms such as lumbar pain, numbness and pain of one lower limb or two lower limbs are generated. The incidence of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is highest in 4-5 parts of the waist and 5-1 parts of the waist, and accounts for about 95 percent.
When lumbar disc herniation is treated through an operation, a patient enters from a waist incision of the patient, partial vertebral plates and ligamentum flavum are cut off, a dura mater sac and nerve roots are exposed, the operation is convenient, the dura mater sac and the nerve roots need to be pushed aside in the operation, a clear operation visual field is provided for a doctor, a horsetail and walking nerve roots in the dura mater sac need to be pushed away temporarily, at present, a nerve retractor is usually used to be matched with a nerve stripper to assist in pushing away and keep for a certain time, however, in the operation process, two instruments for pushing away nerves need to be supported by hands of an assistant, the operation visual field of a main knife is affected, meanwhile, the correct positions of the instruments are easily affected by the operation, the instruments are held by a hand of the user, the operation visual field cannot be.
