Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The inventor finds that the cleaning device such as a dust collector or a sweeping robot absorbs sundries, garbage, dust and the like by negative pressure through long-term research. The structural design of the dust collector or the sweeping robot requires small occupied space as much as possible, and the dust collector or the sweeping robot can be convenient to operate or flexible to work, so that the dust box is difficult to be made to be large in size. If the structural design of the dust box is not reasonable enough, objects such as garbage and the like are easy to block at one position when being sucked into the dust box, and further the space utilization rate of the dust box is low. In order to improve the above technical problems, the inventors of the present application have made extensive research and experiments to propose the following examples.
Referring to FIG. 1, a dust box assembly 1 as described in the present application of embodiments of the dust box assembly may include: a dust box 10, a fan 21, etc.
Referring to FIG. 2, the dirt tray 10 may be configured to hold debris, dust, etc. that is being picked up. The dust box 10 has a housing 100, and specifically, the housing 100 can house dust such as sundries and dust to be sucked. The dust box 10 also has a dust suction port 110 communicating with the accommodating chamber 100. The trash objects enter the receiving chamber 100 through the dust suction opening 110. The dirt box 10 can also have at least one air outlet 120. For example, the dust box 10 may further have at least two air outlets 120, and each of the at least two air outlets 120 is connected to the accommodating cavity 100. After the garbage objects enter the accommodating cavity 100 through the dust suction opening 110 along with the air, the air flows out through the air outlet 120. Thus, the dust suction opening 110, the accommodating chamber 100 and the air outlet 120 are formed as a passage through which the air flows under the action of the fan 21.
The number of the fans 21 is at least one, and corresponds to at least one air outlet 120. That is, at least two fans 21 are correspondingly located at least two air outlets 120, and the fans 21 and the air outlets 120 may correspond to each other one by one. The fan 21 is mainly used for drawing air through the air outlet 120, and forming an air flow from the dust suction port 110 to the air outlet 120. The positions, specific structures, and the like of the fan 21 and the air outlet 120 are not limited to the examples presented in fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the dust box assembly 1 may further include a connecting member 22 for better cooperation between the blower 21 and the outlet 120, facilitating connection therebetween and adapting to the structure of the dust box 10 and the like. The blower 21 may be connected to the connection member 22, and may communicate with the outlet 120 through the connection member 22. The blower 21 is connected to the air outlet 120 through the connecting member 22, that is, air in the accommodating chamber 100 can be drawn from the air outlet 120 through the connecting member 22. A coupling 22 and a fan 21 may be provided as a set of suction assemblies 20. The dust box assembly 1 of the present embodiment may be provided with a plurality of air outlets 120, and a plurality of sets of dust collecting assemblies 20 are correspondingly disposed.

Further, set up connecting piece 22 cooperation fan 21 intercommunication air outlet 120, can be convenient for to the installation of fan 21 and the structural arrangement and the design of whole subassembly to and set up connecting piece 22 and can prolong the wind channel, can make the air velocity accelerate, can further promote the suction and the clean effect of dust absorption mouth 110.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the dust box 10 may be further formed with a passage chamber 101. The passage chamber 101 and the accommodating chamber 100 are disposed adjacent to each other in the thickness direction of the dust box 10, and the passage chamber 101 communicates with the accommodating chamber 100. The passage chamber 101 communicates with the air outlet 120. Wherein the passage chamber 101 is located downstream of the air flow in comparison with the accommodation chamber 100 by the suction action of the fan 21. That is, when the fan 21 performs a suction operation, the airflow enters the accommodating chamber 100 from the dust suction port 110, then enters the passage chamber 101 from the accommodating chamber 100, and finally is discharged through the connecting member 22 and the fan 21, and the passage chamber 101 is located downstream of the accommodating chamber 100 in the airflow flowing direction.
The channel cavity 101 is communicated with the air outlet 120, so that the circulating space in the dust box 10 is increased. Further, be favorable to the arrangement and the design of a plurality of air outlets 120, and then do benefit to the setting of a plurality of fans 21 and connecting piece 22, and then form the multiple wind channel, fan 21 does not directly aspirate moreover and holds the interior air of chamber 100, but draws through passageway chamber 101, more is favorable to holding chamber 100 and carries out the rubbish deposit, further promotes the suction and the clean effect of air.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, for example, when the number of the air outlets 120 is two, the two air outlets 120 may be respectively formed on two side surfaces opposite to the dust box 10. For example, the arrangement direction of the two air outlets 120 is perpendicular to the thickness direction of the dust box 10, and may be substantially the same as the length direction of the dust suction port 110. The dust suction opening 110 and the two air outlets 120 are arranged at intervals, and the dust suction opening 110 is located between the two air outlets 120 and is not located on the same side face as the two air outlets 120. The dust suction opening 110 and the two air outlets 120 are respectively formed on the side surfaces of the dust box 10 in the thickness direction, that is, the sequential connection line of the dust suction opening 110 and the two air outlets 120 surrounds the thickness direction of the dust box 10.
Through setting up two air outlets 120 and being located the both sides face that dirt box 10 carried on the back mutually, dust absorption mouth 110 is located between two air outlets 120, can make the inside wind channel that forms of dirt box 10 more balanced, has guaranteed to carry out effectual synergism between two fans 21, but also can reduce the produced noise of air current.
Referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment can further describe a first exemplary structure of the dust box 10, which is described in detail as follows:
the dust box 10 may include a first housing 11, a second housing 12, and a cover 13. One side of the second housing 12 is covered on the first housing 11 to form a receiving chamber 100. The other side of the second casing 12 is formed with a groove 1210, and the cover 13 is covered on the other side of the second casing 12 to form the channel cavity 101. That is, the thickness direction of the dust box 10 may be the direction from the first housing 11 to the cover 13 and the opposite direction. The accommodation chamber 100 and the passage chamber 101 may be spaced apart by the second housing 12 so as to be adjacently disposed.
The first housing 11 may be, for example, a groove-shaped structure, and may include a bottom wall 111 and a side wall 112 surrounding the bottom wall 111, where the bottom wall 111 and the side wall 112 form a groove-shaped structure. When the second housing 12 is covered on the first housing 11, the groove structure is covered to form the receiving cavity 100. The dust suction port 110 may be opened at a sidewall 112 of the first housing 11. The dust box 10 may further include a dust suction portion 14, a dust suction opening 110 communicating with the first housing 11, and a side of the dust suction portion 14 away from the dust suction opening 110 is disposed obliquely. For example, the angle between the plane of the side of the suction portion 14 facing away from the suction opening 110 and the plane of the suction opening 110 is greater than 0 ° and less than 90 °, for example 45 °. Of course, the dust suction port 110 may be provided in the second housing 12, or a part of the dust suction port 110 may be provided in each of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 so as to form the dust suction port 110 when they are closed.
As shown in fig. 4, the second housing 12 includes, for example, a top wall 121 and an extension 122. The extension portion 122 is connected to an edge region of the top wall 121, and may extend toward a side of the top wall 121 toward the first housing 11, for example. Alternatively, the second housing 12 may include two extensions 122 disposed opposite each other. When the second housing 12 is covered on the first housing 11 for assembly, the top wall 121 is covered on the side wall 112 of the first housing 11, the extending portion 122 is disposed opposite to the side wall 112 of the first housing 11, and a partial region of the side wall 112 of the first housing 11 is sandwiched between the two extending portions 122.
Specifically, one side of the top wall 121 is covered on the side wall 112 of the first housing 11, so that the cooperation of the second housing 12 and the first housing 11 forms the accommodating chamber 100. As shown in fig. 4, the other side of the top wall 121 forms a recess 1210. Each extension portion 122 has a space communicated with the groove 1210, and a side of the extension portion 122 facing away from the top wall 121 can form an air outlet 120, and the air outlet 120 is communicated with the space. The cover 13 covers the other side of the top wall 121, so that the cover 13 and the second housing 12 cooperate to form a channel cavity 101, and the air outlet 120 is communicated with the channel cavity 101. Of course, the air outlet 120 may also be opened on the first casing 11, or both the first casing 11 and the second casing 12.
Alternatively, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 may be connected by a fitting manner, for example, a fitting groove (not labeled) is provided on a peripheral edge of one side of the top wall 121, and a fitting edge (not labeled) is provided on a peripheral edge of the side wall 112 of the first housing 11. When the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are covered, the engaging edge is inserted into the engaging groove for connection, so that the connection between the two is tighter and the sealing function is also achieved. Of course, a sealing member may be further provided in the fitting groove to further enhance the sealing function. In the present embodiment, the second housing 12 and the cover 13 may be connected by fitting, for example, by fitting a fitting groove and a fitting edge.

Under the suction effect of the fan 21, objects such as garbage and sundries enter the accommodating cavity 100 from the dust suction port 110 along with the airflow, due to the double filtering effect of the second filter screen 16 and the first filter screen 15, the airflow is sequentially filtered by the second filter screen 16 and the first filter screen 15, the objects such as dust and sundries are remained in the accommodating cavity 100, and the filtered air enters the passage cavity 101 and is drawn out through the air outlet 120.
Through the combined design that sets up first casing 11, second casing 12 and lid 13, can make the structural stability of dirt box 10 better, the dismouting of being convenient for moreover does benefit to the clearance of rubbish object, the maintenance of dirt box 10 etc.. Moreover, the combined structure of the dust box 10 facilitates the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 to cooperate to form the accommodating cavity 100, and the second housing 12 and the cover 13 cooperate to form the passage cavity 101, so that the accommodating cavity 100 can better accommodate objects such as sundries and garbage, and the passage cavity 101 can discharge the air in the accommodating cavity 100 more quickly, thereby increasing the flowing speed of the airflow.
Further, set up multistage filtration system, second filter screen 16 and first filter screen 15 can carry out multiple filtration to the air current, guarantee rubbish objects such as debris, dust can effectively be filtered, and deposit in holding chamber 100, realize good clean effect. Of course, the number of the communication holes 1211 may be plural, and an example will be given later in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, the cover 13 is used to cover the second housing 12 and cooperate with the second housing 12 to form a channel cavity 101. In this embodiment, the cover 13 and the second housing 12 may be sealingly engaged by a sealing member (shown in fig. 4 but not labeled) having a shape adapted to the outer shape of the two. As shown in fig. 4, the cover 13 may include a cover body 131 and a screen upper cover 132. The cover body 131 is formed with a mounting hole 130 at a position corresponding to the first screen 15, and the mounting hole 130 communicates with the passage chamber 101. When the cover body 131 is covered on the side wall 112 of the first housing 11, the first filter 15 and the second filter 16 may be exposed. Optionally, the filter screen upper cover 132 is rotatably connected to the cover body 131. For example, one side of the filter screen upper cover 132 is rotatably disposed on the inner wall of the cover body 131 enclosing the mounting hole 130 through a rotating shaft. The upper filter cover 132 may be opened by rotating the cover to cover the mounting holes 130 or opening the mounting holes 130 to expose the first and second filters 15 and 16. Alternatively, the size of the mounting hole 130 is larger than or equal to the size of the communication hole 1211. Of course, in other embodiments, the size of the mounting hole 130 may be smaller than that of the communication hole 1211.
Further, the upper cover 132 can be engaged with the mounting hole 130 through a sealing member (not shown) with a shape corresponding to the mounting hole 130 (as shown in fig. 4) to improve the sealing effect of the dust box 10 and ensure the suction force of the dust suction opening 110 and the effective flow of the airflow inside the dust box 10.
Through setting up rotatable formula filter screen upper cover 132 and mounting hole 130 and cooperating, can be convenient for dismantle or clean second filter screen 16 and first filter screen 15, the setting of mounting hole 130 also can be convenient for observe the inside condition of dirt box 10 moreover, is convenient for inspect and repair.

The cover body 131 is provided with a locking hole (not labeled) at a position corresponding to the locking portion 321. When the pressing portion 31 is not pressed, the elastic portion 33 is elastically supported between the first placing groove 1110 and the second placing groove 310, the fastening rod 32 is abutted, and the fastening portion 321 may protrude out of the fastening hole to be capable of performing a fastening connection when being assembled with other devices. When the pressing portion 31 is pressed, the elastic portion 33 further elastically compresses, the pressing portion 31 can move toward the bottom wall 111, for example, can move into the first placing groove 1110, and the latch lever 32 moves away from the cover 13 along with the movement so that the latch portion 321 does not protrude out of the latch hole of the cover 13, and thus can be disengaged. The snap rod 32 can be limited by the rod-receiving groove 1212, so as to limit the pressing portion 31 from being pressed to move continuously.
Of course, positioning posts (not shown) may be disposed in both the first placement groove 1110 and the second placement groove 310 to position and fix the elastic portion 33, for example, two ends of the spring are respectively sleeved on the positioning posts.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the present embodiment can also describe a second exemplary structure of the dust box 10, which is described in detail as follows:
the first housing 11a may be provided in a plate shape. The second housing 12a includes a top wall 121a and a side wall 122a provided around the top wall 121 a. A portion of the side wall 122a extends from the top wall 121a toward the first housing 11a, and the top wall 121a and the portion of the side wall 122a are enclosed in a groove-shaped structure. Another portion of the side wall 122a extends from the top wall 121a toward the cover 13 a. When the second housing 12a is covered on the first housing 11a, the top wall 121a, the side wall 122a, and the bottom wall 111a form the accommodating chamber 100. The first housing 11a and the second housing 12a may be hermetically covered by a suitable sealing member.
The dust suction port 110 opens in a side wall 122a of the second housing 12 a. The dust box 10 may further include a dust suction portion 14a, the dust suction portion 14a may be disposed on the sidewall 122a of the second housing 12a to communicate with the dust suction opening 110 of the second housing 12a, and a side of the dust suction portion 14a facing away from the dust suction opening 110 is disposed in an inclined manner. For example, the angle between the plane of the side of the suction portion 14a facing away from the suction opening 110 and the plane of the suction opening 110 is greater than 0 ° and less than 90 °, optionally 45 °. Alternatively, the dust suction part 14a may be detachably provided to the second housing 12 a. Optionally, the dust suction part 14a is rotatably disposed on the second housing 12a, for example, one side of the dust suction part 14a in the length direction is rotatably connected to the second housing 12a (for example, the dust suction part 14a may be rotatably connected by a rotating shaft), and the other side of the dust suction part 14a in the length direction is in snap-fit connection with the second housing 12 a. The longitudinal direction of the dust suction portion 14a coincides with or substantially coincides with the longitudinal direction of the dust suction port 110. After the dust suction part 14a and the second housing 12a are disengaged, the other side of the dust suction part 14a in the length direction thereof can rotate around the rotation axis of the one side of the dust suction part 14a in the length direction thereof, so that the dust suction opening 110 can be exposed, and operations such as observation, cleaning and repair can be conveniently carried out.
The side of the top wall 121a facing away from the first housing 11a and the other portion of the side wall 122a enclose a groove 1210a, and the groove 1210a and the groove-shaped structure adjacent to the side of the first housing 11a are respectively located at two sides of the top wall 121 a. The cover 13a covers the second housing 12a to form the channel cavity 101. The second housing 12a and the cover 13a may be sealed and closed by a suitable sealing member.
The second housing 12a further includes an extending portion 123a, and the extending portion 123a is located on two opposite sides of the second housing 12 a. Specifically, the extension 123a has a space, and a portion of the sidewall 122a of the second housing 12a can be an outer sidewall (facing the outer side of the dust box 10) of the extension 123a, and of course can also be an inner sidewall of the extension 123 a. When the first housing 11a and the second housing 12a are closed, the space of the extension 123a does not directly communicate with the accommodation chamber 100, but communicates with the passage chamber 101. The extending portion 123a is opened with an air outlet 120, and the air outlet 120 is opened on, for example, an outer sidewall of the extending portion 123a, and a part of the sidewall 122a, for example, the outer sidewall of the extending portion 123a is opened with the air outlet 120, so as to communicate with a space of the extending portion 123 a.
The second housing 12a may be opened with a communication hole 1211a, and the communication hole 1211a may penetrate the top wall 121 a. In the present embodiment, the number of the communication holes 1211a may be plural, and the shape is, for example, a circle, an ellipse, a square, or the like. The communication hole 1211a is for communicating the passage chamber 101 and the accommodation chamber 100.
The screen assembly includes a first screen 15a and a second screen 16 a. The filtering accuracy of the second screen 16a is smaller than that of the first screen 15 a. In other words, the second screen 16a may be used as a coarse screen (primary screen) and the first screen 15a may be used as a fine screen (high efficiency screen). For example, for second screen 16a and first screen 15a to be both mesh-like, the mesh size of second screen 16a may be larger than the mesh size of first screen 15 a. For example, the second screen 16a may have 4 meshes, the first screen 15a may have 100 meshes, and the entire size of the second screen 16a and the entire size of the first screen 15a are adapted to the communication hole 1211a, i.e., the size of the meshes of the second screen 16a is larger than that of the meshes of the first screen 15 a. Of course, as shown in fig. 5, the first screen 15a may have a foldable screen.
The second screen 16a is provided in the second casing 12a, and may be positioned inside the communication hole 1211a or outside the communication hole 1211a to cover the communication hole 1211 a. The second screen 16a may be a single body which covers the plurality of communication holes 1211 a. The second screen 16a may be a plurality of screens, and is correspondingly positioned in each of the communication holes 1211 a. The first filter 15a may be disposed in the space of the extending portion 123a to cover the air outlet 120, so as to filter the airflow flowing out of the air outlet 120. The number of the second filter screens 16a is, for example, at least two, and corresponds to at least two air outlets 120, that is, each air outlet 120 is provided with one second filter screen 16 a.
Through corresponding the first filter screen 15a that sets up at two at least air outlets 120, form the filtration system of many high-efficient filter screens, so a plurality of first filter screens 15a can filter respectively the air current of flowing through two at least air outlets 120, can promote filter effect and filtration efficiency, can further promote the speed that the air current flows. Further, the plurality of communication holes 1211a may increase an area through which the air flow passes, thereby preventing an air flow from being obstructed due to the accumulation of the garbage objects such as the foreign materials in the receiving chamber 100.
The second exemplary construction of the dust box 10 described above may use the same construction of the snap assembly 30 as the first exemplary construction of the dust box 10. Of course, a second exemplary configuration of the dust box 10 may also provide a different configuration of the latch assembly 30 than the first exemplary configuration of the dust box 10, and another example of the latch assembly 30 may be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the latch assembly 30 may include a pressing portion 31a, a latch lever 32a, and an elastic portion 33a, wherein the pressing portion 31a is connected to the latch lever 32 a. For example, the latch bar 32a may be integrated, for example, the pressing portion 31a is connected to a middle region between both ends of the latch bar 32 a. The two ends of the fastening rod 32a are respectively provided with a fastening part 321a in a protruding manner. Of course, as shown in fig. 5, the number of the latch levers 32a may be two, and the two latch levers are respectively connected to two sides of the pressing portion 31a, and each latch lever 32a has one end connected to the pressing portion 31a and the other end extending away from the pressing portion 31a and provided with a latch portion 321 a. The elastic portion 33a is provided on the pressing portion 31a, and the elastic portion 33a is rotatable with respect to the dust box 10. The pressing portion 31a is rotatable with respect to the dust box 10 by the elastic portion 33 a.
As shown in fig. 5, the other side of the second housing 12a may be further formed with a rod receiving groove 1212a spaced apart from the groove 1210 a. Specifically, when the second housing 12a and the cover 13a are closed, the rod receiving groove 1212a and the channel 101 may be isolated from each other and not communicated with each other, so as to ensure that the suction force of the dust suction port 110 can better suck the garbage. As shown in FIG. 6, the snap rod 32a and the pressing portion 31a can be received in the rod receiving groove 1212 a. For example, the part of the groove body of the rod-receiving groove 1212a corresponding to the snap rod 32a is adapted to the external shape of the snap rod 32a, and the part of the groove body of the rod-receiving groove 1212a corresponding to the pressing portion 31a is adapted to the external shape of the pressing portion 31 a. When the snap lever 32a and the pressing portion 31a are accommodated in the lever accommodating groove 1212a, the elastic portion 33a is elastically deformed as the pressing portion 31a is pressed.
The elastic portion 33a includes, for example, a rotating lever 331a, a torsion spring 332a, and a connecting body 333a, and the connecting body 333a is fixed to the pressing portion 31 a. The connecting body 333a is provided with a torsion spring slot (not labeled), for example, a middle region of the connecting body 333 a. The rotating rod 331a is disposed through the connecting body 333a along the length direction of the connecting body 333a, and specifically passes through one end of the connecting body 333a, the torsion spring placing groove, and the other end of the connecting body 333a in sequence, and the two ends of the protruding connecting body 333a are disposed. The torsion spring 332a is sleeved on a portion of the rotating lever 331a located in the torsion spring placing groove. Of course, an elastic body of another shape may be used instead of the torsion spring 332 a.
Both ends of the rotating lever 331a may be directly rotatably provided to the second housing 12 a. The rotation lever 331a may also be provided to the second housing 12a to be indirectly rotatable. For example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fastening assembly 30 may further include a fixing portion 34a, the fixing portion 34a is opened with a connecting body placing groove, and the fixing portion 34a is opened with a hole on each of two side walls of the connecting body placing groove, and a portion of the rotating rod 331a protruding from both ends of the connecting body 333a is inserted into the hole to be rotatably connected. When the pressing portion 31a and the locking rod 32a are placed in the rod receiving groove 1212a, the fixing portion 43a is fixedly connected to the second housing 12a, for example, by screws. Both ends of the torsion spring 332a may be limited by the second housing 12a and the connecting body 333a, respectively, so as to be elastically deformed during the relative rotation.
When the latch rod 32a is accommodated in the rod accommodating groove 1212a, the latch portion 321a extends toward the cover 13 a. When the pressing portion 31a is pressed toward the bottom wall 111a, the pressing portion 31a rotates along the axis of the rotating rod 331a, and the torsion spring 332a can further elastically deform, so as to drive the fastening portion 321a to displace and move toward the bottom wall 111 a. When the pressure applied to the pressing portion 31a disappears, the torsion spring 332a makes the pressing portion 31a rotate reversely (relative to the pressed state) due to the elastic restoring force, and drives the buckling portion 321a to move reversely and away from the bottom wall 111 a.
The body of the cover 13a has a fastening hole (not shown) at a position corresponding to the fastening portion 321 a. When the pressing portion 31a is not pressed, the engaging portion 321a protrudes from the engaging hole, and thus the engaging connection can be performed. When the pressing portion 31a is pressed and pressed toward the bottom wall 111a, the pressing portion 31a rotates toward the bottom wall 111a along the axis of the rotating lever 331a, so that the locking portion 321a is displaced toward the bottom wall 111a, and thus the locking portion does not protrude out of the locking hole of the cover 13a, thereby facilitating the releasing process. When the pressing portion 31a is pressed further, the latch lever 32a can be limited by the lever receiving groove 1212a, so that the pressing portion 31a is prevented from being pressed and further moving.
By providing the elastic rotation type snap assembly 30, the snap connection can be made more convenient, the structural stability is better, and the structural design can be further simplified compared with the former exemplary structure.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the third specific exemplary structure of the dust box 10 can be described in this embodiment, and specifically, the structure can be as follows:
as shown in fig. 9, the dust box 10 has at least two communication holes 1211b spaced apart from each other. A continuous hole 1211B and another continuous hole 1211B are formed in at least two of the continuous holes 1211B, and a projection point D of a center C of the dust suction port 110 on a line connecting a center A of the continuous hole 1211B and a center B of the other continuous hole 1211B is located between centers A, B of the two continuous holes 1211B. The center C of the dust suction port 110 is a perpendicular line connecting the centers A, B of the two communication holes 1211b, and an intersection point D at which the perpendicular line intersects the center A, B of the two communication holes 1211b is located between the centers A, B of the two communication holes 1211 b. The center C of the suction port 110 means a geometric center of a geometric shape identical to and matching the shape of the suction port 110 or a center of gravity of a homogeneous object identical to and matching the shape of the suction port 110. Similarly, the center A, B of the communication hole 1211b refers to a geometric center of a geometric shape that is the same as and matches the shape of the communication hole 1211b or a center of gravity of a homogeneous object that is the same as and matches the shape of the communication hole 1211 b.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the dust box 10 may include a first housing 11b, a second housing 12b, and a cover 13 b. The second housing 12b is covered on the first housing 11b to form an accommodating cavity 100, and the cover 13b is covered on the second housing 12b to form a channel cavity 101.
As shown in fig. 8, the first housing 11b is, for example, arranged in a groove shape, and may specifically include a bottom wall 111b and a side wall 112b arranged around the bottom wall 111b, and the bottom wall 111b and the side wall 112b enclose a groove-shaped structure. When the second housing 12b is covered on the first housing 11b, the groove structure of the first housing 11b may be covered into the receiving cavity 100. The first housing 11b may have a dust suction port 110 formed in a side wall 112b, for example, and the dust suction port 110 communicates with the groove structure, that is, the receiving chamber 100.
The second housing 12b may be substantially plate-shaped, for example. The second housing 12b may have at least two communication holes 1211b formed therein, and the communication holes 1211b extend from one side surface of the second housing 12b to the other side surface of the second housing 12 b. The communication hole 1211b communicates with the accommodating chamber 100. The arrangement of the at least two communication holes 1211b can form a plurality of flow directions for the air flow entering the dust collection opening 110, prevent the sucked garbage and the like from being only accumulated at the position adjacent to the dust collection opening 110, and disperse and accumulate along with different air channels, thereby improving the space utilization rate of the dust box 10.
As shown in fig. 9, a projection point D of the center C of the dust suction port 110 on a connecting line of the center a of the one communicating hole 1211B and the center B of the other communicating hole 1211B is located between the centers A, B of the two communicating holes 1211B, so that the air flow entering the dust suction port 110 can be divided to two sides of the center C, for example, the air flow flows to the one communicating hole 1211B, the other communicating hole 1211B, and the like, thereby improving the flowing direction of the air flow, enabling the sucked garbage objects to be preferentially stacked from two sides, and improving the space utilization rate of the dust box 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the arrangement direction of the two communication holes 1211b may be substantially along the length direction of the second housing 12b, so that the two communication holes 1211b are disposed at intervals and located in the adjacent areas of the two ends of the second housing 12b in the length direction thereof (the connection line direction of the two ends is substantially the length direction of the second housing 12 b), which enables the following air flow to be preferentially accumulated on the two sides when the garbage objects are sucked into the dust box 10, thereby improving the situation that the garbage objects are concentrated in the adjacent areas of the dust suction opening 110, reducing the phenomenon of blocking the dust suction opening 110, and improving the space utilization rate of the dust box 10. Further, the two communication holes 1211b may be located adjacent to a side of the first housing 11b opposite to the dust suction port 110 (a side away from the dust suction port 110), and a line connecting centers of the two communication holes 1211b and the center of the dust suction port 110 may be a triangle, for example, an isosceles triangle. Of course, the second housing 12b structure may also be the second housing 12 as shown in the first exemplary configuration of the dirt box 10.
Of course, the arrangement position of the communication hole 1211b may be adjusted by specifically designing the structures of the first housing 11b, the second housing 12b, and the third housing 13b, and for example, there may be the following cases:
as shown in fig. 10, in one embodiment, the second housing 12b may include a top wall and a side wall, while the first housing 11b is provided in a plate shape, and the third housing 13b is provided to cover the first housing 11b, and the second housing 12b separates the receiving chamber 100 and the passage chamber 101. At least two of the communication holes 1211b may be partially opened in the top wall and partially opened in the side wall to communicate the receiving chamber 100 and the passage chamber 101. Of course, at least two communication holes may be provided on both side walls of the second housing 12b opposite to each other.
As shown in fig. 11, in another embodiment, the first housing 11b includes a bottom wall and a side wall, and the second housing 12b is provided to cover the side wall of the first housing 11. The third housing 13b is provided to cover the bottom wall of the first housing 11 b. The second housing 12b partitions the accommodation chamber 100 and the passage chamber 101. At least one of the at least two communication holes 1211b is opened in the second housing 12b, and at least another one is opened in a side wall of the first housing 11b, and both communicate the accommodation chamber 100 and the passage chamber 101. Of course, the at least two communication holes 1211b may be opened on both side walls of the first casing 11 b.
Alternatively, the dust box assembly 1 may include at least two filter screen assemblies each for filtering the air flow of one of the communication holes 1211 b. Each of the screen assemblies includes the first screen 15b, and the number of the first screen 15b and the communication holes 1211b may correspond one to one. The first screen 15b may be disposed in the communication hole 1211b to filter the air flow, and may be partially received in the communication hole 1211b, for example. Of course, the first filter 15b may be disposed on one side of the second casing 12b facing the cover 13b and correspondingly cover the communication hole 1211b to filter the air flow. Optionally, each screen assembly may further include a second screen 16b, and the filtering accuracy of the first screen 15b is greater than that of the second screen 16 b. The second screen 16b may be disposed in the through hole 1211b, and the first screen 15b is covered on the second screen 16b, and the first screen 15b is closer to the cover 13b than the second screen 16 b. In other words, the first screen 15b is located downstream of the second screen 16b, and the air flow passes through the second screen 16b and the first screen 15b in turn to be double-filtered.
Through setting up two at least intercommunicating pores 1211b, correspond and set up two at least first filter screen 15b, can get into the air current that holds chamber 100 through dust absorption mouth 110 and form two at least wind channels to change the wind channel flow direction, optimize the flow of air current, thereby make rubbish inhaled dirt box 10 can obtain more effective the depositing, thereby can improve dirt box 10's space utilization, make dirt box 10's filtration efficiency better, cleaning efficiency is higher, so can promote dust absorption mouth 110's suction.
The cover 13b covers the second housing 12b to enclose the channel cavity 101. For example, a groove (not shown) is formed on a side of the cover 13b facing the second housing 12b, and the groove is enclosed by the cover 13b and the second housing 12b when the cover and the second housing are covered together to form the channel cavity 101. Of course, the structure of the cover 13b and the second housing 12b may also be the same as the cover 13b and the second housing 12b in the first exemplary structure of the dust box.
Optionally, the dust box 10 may further include a rotating member 17b, and the cover 13b may be rotatably connected to the first housing 11b through the rotating member 17b, so as to cover or open the first housing 11b and the cover 13 b. When the first housing 11b and the cover 13b are opened from each other, the second housing 12b can be exposed, and cleaning, maintenance, and the like of the first filter 15b and the second filter 16b can be facilitated. Specifically, the rotating member 17b may include a rotating shaft 171b, a first shaft receiving portion 172b disposed on the first housing 11b, and a second shaft receiving portion 173b disposed on the cover 13b, and both ends of the rotating shaft 171b are respectively embedded in the first shaft receiving portion 172b and the second shaft receiving portion 173b, so that the first housing 11b and the cover 13b can rotate relatively.
Alternatively, the cover 13b may include a cover body 131b and a screen upper cover 132 b. The cover body 131b has a mounting hole 130b formed at a position corresponding to the first screen 15b, and the mounting hole 130b communicates with the passage chamber 101. When the cover body 131b is covered on the side wall 112b of the first housing 11b, the second filter 16b and the first filter 15b may be exposed. Optionally, the filter cover 132b is rotatably connected to the cover body 131 b. For example, one side of the upper filter cover 132b is rotatably disposed on the inner wall of the cover body 131b surrounding the mounting hole 130b through a rotating shaft. The screen upper cover 132b may be opened by rotating the cover to close the mounting hole 130b or opening the mounting hole 130b so that the second screen 16b and the first screen 15b are exposed. Alternatively, the mounting hole 130b is disposed opposite to the communication hole 1211b, and the size of the mounting hole 130b is greater than or equal to the size of the communication hole 1211 b. Of course, in other embodiments, the size of the mounting hole 130b may be smaller than that of the communication hole 1211 b.
Further, the upper cover 132b can be engaged with the mounting hole 130b through a sealing member (as shown in fig. 4, but not labeled) with a shape corresponding to the mounting hole 130b, so as to improve the sealing effect of the dust box 10 and ensure the suction force of the dust suction opening 110 and the effective flow of the airflow inside the dust box 10.
Through setting up rotatable formula filter screen upper cover 132b and mounting hole 130b and cooperating, can be convenient for dismantle or clean second filter screen 16b and first filter screen 15b, the inside condition of dust box 10 also can be convenient for observe in the setting of mounting hole 130b moreover, is convenient for inspect and repair.
The outlet 120 may be opened in the cover 13 b. Of course, when the second housing 12b is the same as the second housing 12 in the first exemplary structure of the dust box 10, the air outlet 120 may be opened in the second housing 12. Optionally, the cover 13 may further have a fastening hole.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, when the first screen 15b is partially received in the communication hole 1211b, the first screen 15b is inclined. For example, the first screen 15b may be inclined toward the air outlet 120, so that the air flow filtered by the first screen 15b can be quickly delivered to the air outlet 120. Specifically, an included angle between a side surface of the first filter 15b adjacent to the cover 13b and a side surface of the second casing 12b facing the cover 13b is greater than 90 ° and less than 180 °.
Optionally, a notch 1213b is formed at an edge of the second casing 12b away from the dust suction port 110, and a protrusion 1212b is disposed on a side of the second casing 12b facing the cover 13b, and the protrusion 1212b surrounds the notch 1213 b. The cover 13b has a mating groove (not shown) formed on a side facing the second housing 12b, the mating groove has a shape corresponding to the shape of the protrusion 1212b, and when the cover 13b covers the second housing 12b, the protrusion 1212b of the cover 13b can be inserted into the mating groove to separate the passage cavity 101 from the notch 1213 b. As shown in fig. 8, the first casing 11b has a first placement groove 1110b, and the first placement groove 1110b opens toward the cover 13b, corresponding to the notch 1213b of the second casing 12 b. When the second housing 12b is covered on the first housing 11b, the accommodating chamber 100 and the first placement groove 1110b are spaced from each other and do not communicate with each other.
With respect to the third exemplary construction of the dust box 10 described above, the dust box 10 may further be provided with a snap assembly 30 to facilitate the snap connection of the dust box 10 to other devices. Still another example of the snap assembly 30 of the dirt box assembly 1 can be described in detail below.
The latch assembly 30 may include a pressing portion 31b, a latch portion 321b protruding from the pressing portion 31b, and an elastic portion 33 b. The engaging portion 321b is for engaging with an engaging groove of the apparatus main body. The elastic portion 33b supports the pressing portion 31 b. Specifically, the pressing portion 31b is formed with a second placing groove 310b, and the shape of the pressing portion 31b is adapted to the shape of the notch 1213b, for example. The opening direction of the second placement groove 310b is opposite to the protruding direction of the catching portion 321 b. The elastic portion 33b is an elastic member such as a spring, for example, and one end of the elastic portion 33b extends into the second placement groove 310b and the other end thereof extends into the first placement groove 1110 b. When the first housing 11b, the second housing 12b, and the cover are assembled, the other end of the elastic portion 33b is supported in the first placing groove 1110b, thereby supporting the pressing portion 31b and the locking portion 321 b. The locking portion 321b corresponds to a locking hole of the cover 13 b.
