As further shown in fig. 5 and 7, the surfaces of the upper sleeve 13 and the lower sleeve 15 are both provided with hinge holes respectively matched with the rotating seat 12 and the sliding seat 16; the limiting straight plate 36 is located below the second angle adjusting base 35 and tightly attached to the second angle adjusting base 35.

Firstly, rotating the movable seat 5, moving the movable seat 5 to the lowest end of the support 1, then rotating the movable seat 5 counterclockwise, and after the movable seat is rotated to be incapable of rotating, moving the limiting fixture block 2 downwards to fix the movable seat 5, so that the support rod 7 extends downwards; then, the support rod 7 and the sliding seat 16 are mutually fixed through the rotation limiting bolt 17, the rotating handle 11 is rotated to drive the threaded seat 10 to rotate, the threaded seat 10 drives the rotating seat 12 to move downwards, the rotating seat 12 drives the upper sleeve 13, the lower sleeve 15 and the threaded rod 14 to be unfolded, so that the support rod 7 is driven to be unfolded, and after the support rod 7 is unfolded, the supporting condition of the device can be changed through rotating the telescopic support legs 9 and the threaded rod 14 according to actual conditions, so that the device can be stably placed on the ground; then, the height adjusting base 19 is rotated, the height adjusting base 19 drives the pillar 20 to move upwards or downwards, thereby changing the overall height of the device, after the height adjustment is completed, the first fixing bolt 21 is rotated, the first fixing bolt 21 is moved inwards, thereby limiting the pillar 20, preventing the pillar 20 from rotating, then the first angle adjusting base 22 is inserted onto the pillar 20, the second fixing bolt 23 is rotated to fix the pillar 20 and the first angle adjusting base 22 to each other, then, the first rotating button 26 is rotated, the first rotating button 26 drives the vertical bevel gear 27 to rotate, the vertical bevel gear 27 drives the horizontal bevel gear ring 29 to rotate, the horizontal bevel gear ring 29 drives the second threaded screw 28 to rotate, the second threaded screw 28 drives the first threaded hinge base 30 to move upwards or downwards, thereby driving the horizontal rotating base 32 to rotate through the first adjusting rod 31, then, the horizontal adjusting base 34 is rotated, the horizontal adjusting base 34 drives the second angle adjusting base 35 to move, thereby changing the extending distance of the second angle adjusting base 35, then, the second rotating button 38 is rotated, then, the second rotating button 38 drives the second rotating bevel gear ring 40 to rotate, thereby driving the spectrum adjusting base 40 to rotate, thereby driving the LED spectrum adjusting lamp mounting cone 40, and the LED mounting cone 40, thereby completing the LED lighting fixture 40.

the upper surface of the support (1) is fixedly connected with a first threaded screw rod (18); the peripheral side surface of the first threaded screw rod (18) is in threaded connection with a height adjusting seat (19); the upper surface of the height adjusting seat (19) is rotatably connected with a support column (20); the inner wall of the strut (20) is in sliding fit with the first threaded screw rod (18); a first fixing bolt (21) is connected to the peripheral side surface of the strut (20) in a threaded manner; the peripheral side surface of the support column (20) is connected with a first angle adjusting seat (22) in a sliding way; the peripheral side surface of the first angle adjusting seat (22) is in threaded connection with a second fixing bolt (23); a limiting hole (24) is formed in the peripheral side face of the strut (20) and corresponds to the position of the second fixing bolt (23); the peripheral side surface of the second fixing bolt (23) is in sliding fit with the limiting hole (24);
