Description

Rotary disc device of lawn mower
Technical Field
The present invention relates to cutting assemblies, and more particularly to a turntable device for a lawn mower.
Background
The conventional handheld mower can cut weeds by driving the rotating disc provided with the blade to rotate so as to achieve the weeding effect, but the blade has the problems of being too sharp and rigid, and being easy to regenerate quickly, and the latter is easy to cause the temporary heavy defect of the blade when the blade hits stones and the like, thereby reducing the service life. In addition, the blade also has a safety problem that it is easy to injure people. The blade or saw blade has the disadvantages mentioned above, and most of the current ox tendon ropes are used for weeding by beating, so that the tangent plane on the weeds is uneven to reduce the regeneration speed, and on the other hand, when the ox tendon ropes hit obstacles, the rope-shaped structure can have a space for buffering the balance force, so as to avoid the damage caused by hard collision, and the ox tendon ropes are much safer compared with the blade.
However, the tendon rope is often fixed on the turntable by winding or clamping, the former is not easy to be assembled and disassembled, the latter has a problem of poor fixing ability, and the tendon rope has poor strength and high loss speed, which results in a problem of short service life and frequent replacement. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a further solution to the above problems.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to various embodiments, but it should be understood that these embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art should be able to make modifications and substitutions on the functions, methods, or structures of these embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the turntable device 1 of the lawn mower of the present invention comprises: the lawn mower comprises a cutter head 1, six limiting components 12 (only one of which is shown in fig. 1) which are arranged on the cutter head 11 in an annular mode at equal angular intervals, six weed removing rods 13 (only one of which is shown in fig. I) which are respectively limited on the limiting components 12, and six fixing pieces 14 (only one of which is shown in fig. I) which respectively fix the limiting components 12 on the cutter head 11. The axial direction a, the radial direction B, and the circumferential direction C mentioned in the present embodiment are based on the cutter head 11. In addition, the number of the limiting components 12, the weeding rods 13 and the fixing components 14 can be other than six according to the requirement.
The cutter head 11 includes a surrounding wall portion 112 surrounding an opening 111 extending in the axial direction a, a connecting portion 113 located in the opening 111 and connecting the surrounding wall portion 112 of the surrounding 50 in the radial direction B, and two body portions 114 connected to the outer peripheral surface of the surrounding wall portion 112 and spaced from each other in the axial direction a. The dish portions 114 cooperate with the surrounding wall portion 112 to define an annular groove 115 extending in the circumferential direction C. Each stop assembly 12 comprises two locating tabs 121 superimposed on each other in the axial direction a but opposite to each other in the radial direction B. Each positioning piece 121 has a ring plate portion 122 disposed in the ring groove 115, and a hook portion 123 connected to the ring plate portion 122 and extending outside the ring groove 115 along the radial direction B. The ring plate portion 122 surrounds and defines a fixing hole 124 extending in the axial direction a. The hook 123 is bent to define an extending groove 125 extending along the radial direction B. The ring plate 122 and the hook 123 cooperate to define an opening 126 that communicates with the extending groove 125 and extends along the circumferential direction C. Each of the weeding rods 13 is a steel strip with elasticity, but it can also be an iron strip or other metal strip, and the invention is not limited thereto. The weed removing stick 13 comprises a ring portion 131 passing through the extending grooves 125 corresponding to the position limiting component 12 and being sleeved on the hook portions 123, and a stick portion 132 connected with the ring portion 131 and extending outwards along the radial direction B. Each of the fixing members 14 includes a bolt 141 passing through the disk portions 114 and the fixing holes 124 of the corresponding limiting member 12 along the axial direction a, and a nut 142 locked to the end of the bolt 141.
The following describes a method for installing each weed-removing stick 13 on a corresponding position-limiting component 12, first, the loop portion 131 of the weed-removing stick 13 passes through the opening 126 of one of the positioning sheets 121, enters the extending slot 125, and makes the loop portion 131 be sleeved on the hook portion 123, then repeats the above steps to make the loop portion 131 be sleeved on the hook portion 123 of the other positioning sheet 121, then superposes the positioning sheets 121, and makes the openings 126 of the positioning sheets 121 face the opposite direction as shown in fig. 1, so that the opening 126 of each positioning sheet 121 is shielded by the other positioning sheet 121, and further makes the weed-removing stick 13 be rotatably limited on the positioning sheets 121, and thus, the weed-removing stick 13 can swing and rotate around the axial direction a as a rotating shaft relative to the positioning sheets 121, and can also have a rotational degree of freedom in other directions. When the weeding rod 13 needs to be removed, the corresponding fixing member 14 is only required to be unscrewed (but not required to be detached) to the extent that the positioning pieces 121 can rotate relatively, then the loop portion 131 of the weeding rod 13 passes through the gap between the hook portions 123 inwards, so that the loop portion 131 is only sleeved on one of the positioning pieces 121, then the positioning pieces 121 are unfolded, and at this time, the loop portion 131 is also only sleeved on one of the positioning pieces 121 and the opening 126 is not limited any more, so that the weeding rod 13 can be removed from the opening 126. Through the method, the trekking pole can be detached without disassembling the fixing piece 14, the operation is simple and convenient, and the parts cannot be scattered everywhere. Of course, the fixing member 14 can be removed to remove the position-limiting assembly 12 and the weed-removing stick 13 together.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the connecting portion 113 of the cutter head 11 can be provided with a through hole 116, the cutter head 11 can be mounted on a mower 2 shown as a circle 4 through the through hole 116, the mower 2 can drive the cutter head 11 to rotate, centrifugal force can throw the weed removing rods 13 out along the radial direction B, each weed removing rod 13 can break weeds by means of through striking, so that the tissue surface of the weeds is rough and uneven, and the regeneration speed of the weeds can be slowed down. Because the weeding rods 13 can relieve the impact force by reverse rotation when colliding with obstacles such as stones and the like relative to the limiting components 12, the damage can be reduced by avoiding the situation of hard collision, and in addition, the weeding rods 13 are elastic, wear-resistant and not easy to break iron rods, the service life can be effectively prolonged. On the other hand, the positioning pieces 121 can limit the corresponding weed-removing bars 13 only by locking with a corresponding bolt 141 and overlapping in opposite directions, so that the weed-removing bars 13 have freedom of rotation but not to be separated, and have simple structure but skillful design and quick and convenient assembly and disassembly.
In conclusion, the weeding rods can break up the tissue surface of weeds, the tangent plane is uneven, the growth speed of the weeds is reduced, and each weeding rod can rotate relative to the cutter head after being impacted. Thereby relieving the impact force and avoiding the situation of hard-to-hard collision, and the hard and elastic rod-shaped bodies of the weeding rods are wear-resistant and can prolong the service life.
