Description

Timing switching processing method and device based on time
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a timing switching processing method and device based on time.
Background
In the mobile communication field, handover is one of the characteristics that can best reflect the mobile characteristics, and handover failure is also the leading cause of mobile terminal drop or call drop. The quality of the handover directly affects the service quality of the mobile network, and is one of the most basic indexes examined by the mobile network. Meanwhile, frequent handover occurrence is also one of the important reasons for increasing the base station load. Currently, cell handover commonly used in wireless communication is based on how strong or weak a Reference Signal Receiving Power (RSRP) measured by a User Equipment (UE) is as a basis for cell handover. When the radio measurement value received by the UE weakens to a certain threshold, cell switching is triggered to switch to a cell with strong radio measurement value. The switching completely depending on the strength change of the wireless measurement value avoids the problems that the wireless signal is influenced by the environment, the wrong switching is easy to occur and the like, and the load of the base station is increased invisibly.
In a real mobile network, mobile handover in some areas has some distinct characteristics, such as transportation junction areas like high-speed rail stations and subway stations, mobile handover of terminals has strong correlation with time, most mobile terminals reside in the transportation junction station for three minutes or less, and then are wholly handed over to the next high-speed rail cell. Handover, one of the most important functional blocks in radio resources, has an important impact on the performance of the network. The good switching algorithm can correctly reflect the actual movement of the terminal, understand the switching willingness of the terminal, correctly complete cell switching, select a better serving cell, provide seamless connection for users and have better service quality.
In the prior art, a cell handover method based on the change of the wireless measurement signal strength of a serving cell is shown in fig. 1, and the handover process mainly includes three stages: handover measurement, handover decision and handover execution. RRC (Radio Resource Control) reconfiguration message issued by an eNodeB (Evolved Node B) issues measurement configuration to a terminal. In the Measurement stage, when the terminal measures that the received wireless Measurement signal of the serving cell reaches a configured threshold, reporting a triggered Measurement Report (MR) to an eNodeB; in the decision-making stage, the eNodeB evaluates according to the measurement result reported by the terminal and the threshold configured on the network side, and determines whether to trigger the switching; in the execution stage, the eNodeB issues a switching command to control the terminal to be switched to the target cell according to the decision result, and the terminal completes the switching.
In the existing mobile network switching scheme, the change of the strength of a wireless measurement value of a terminal service cell is basically used as a basis for cell switching, the wireless signal propagation is greatly influenced by the surrounding environment, various scattering, diffraction and refraction exist in transmission, and under a complex electromagnetic environment, various interferences also exist among wireless signals, so that the wireless signal propagation is unstable, and the wireless measurement value is inaccurate. The change of the strength of the wireless signal cannot correctly reflect the cell switching requirement of the terminal; especially, at the edge of a cell needing handover, the problems of wireless signals are particularly obvious, the defects are obvious, and error handover and ping-pong handover are easy to occur. Especially in the traffic hub areas such as high-speed railway stations, subway stations and the like, cell switching is completely carried out according to the strength change of wireless signals, error switching is easily triggered, and the switching intention of a terminal cannot be completely and correctly reflected.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a time-based timing switching processing method provided in this embodiment, and includes:
s201, if the terminal is judged to enter the target cell, recording the current entering time point, and if the terminal is judged to send the switching request and trigger the measurement of the switching measurement report, recording the current triggering time point and acquiring the signal intensity in the switching measurement report.
The terminal is any terminal entering a target cell.
The target cell is a cell marked in advance and needing timing switching processing on the switching request of the terminal.
And the entering time point is the time point when the base station detects that the terminal enters the target cell. Specifically, when the terminal is switched to the target cell, a switching confirmation message carrying the target cell ID is sent to the base station, and after receiving the switching confirmation message, the base station confirms that the terminal enters the target cell and records the current time as an entry time point.
The triggering time point is a time point when the base station detects that the terminal triggers the switching measurement report. Specifically, when detecting that the current signal strength is weak, the terminal sends a handover request to the current base station to request handover to another base station or another cell, and at the same time, the terminal triggers measurement of a handover measurement report and reports the handover measurement report obtained by the measurement to the base station.
The switching request is a request which is sent to the base station by the terminal and needs to be switched to other base stations.
And the switching measurement report is a measurement report which is obtained after the terminal measures according to the detected signal intensity and needs to be switched.
And the signal strength in the switching measurement report is the strength of a signal obtained after the terminal performs measurement according to the detected signal. S202, calculating the timing switching time period of the terminal according to the entering time point and the triggering time point.
Specifically, the timing switching time period is a difference between the trigger time point and the entry time point.
S203, determining whether to perform timing switching processing on the switching request according to a preset timing switching time period threshold, a measurement report off-line threshold, the signal strength and the timing switching time period.
The timing switching time period threshold is a threshold used for judging whether the timing switching time period meets the standard or not.
The measurement report disconnection threshold is a threshold used for judging whether the measurement report is disconnected.
The timing switching process is to avoid switching error, so the switching process is not immediately performed to the current switching request, but a period of time is set, and after the set time is reached, if the terminal still needs to switch, the switching process is performed.
In the embodiment, whether the switching request is subjected to the timing switching processing is determined by recording the entering time point of the terminal entering the target cell and the triggering time point of the triggering switching measurement report and judging by combining the preset timing switching time period threshold and the measurement report disconnection threshold, the occurrence of wrong switching is inhibited in a certain time period, the frequent switching caused by unstable signals is reduced, the switching quality is improved, the load of a high-speed rail station, a subway station and other traffic junction base stations is reduced, the switching willingness of the terminal can be correctly reflected, and the network quality is improved.
Further, on the basis of the above method embodiment, S203 specifically includes:
and if the timing switching time period is smaller than the timing switching time period threshold value and the signal intensity is greater than or equal to the measurement report disconnection threshold value, performing timing switching processing on the switching request.
And if the timing switching time period is smaller than the timing switching time period threshold value and the signal intensity is smaller than the measurement report disconnection threshold value, not performing timing switching processing on the switching request, and immediately performing switching processing on the switching request.
And if the timing switching time period is greater than or equal to the timing switching time period threshold, not performing timing switching processing on the switching request, and immediately performing switching processing on the switching request.
Specifically, when the base station performs the determination, the size of the timing handover time period and the threshold of the timing handover time period is determined first, and when the timing handover time period is determined to be smaller than the threshold of the timing handover time period, it indicates that the terminal requests to handover to another base station or another cell soon after entering the target cell, because the signal strength is found to be weak after the terminal is handed over to the target cell. For the transportation hub areas such as high-speed railway stations and subway stations, signals are weakened due to carriage blockage or overlarge pedestrian volume, and if terminals in each cell of the base station are frequently switched due to weak signals, the load of the base station is undoubtedly greatly increased. Therefore, when the timing handover time period is determined to be smaller than the timing handover time period threshold, the signal strength in the handover measurement report and the size of the measurement report drop threshold need to be further determined.
When the signal strength is greater than or equal to the drop threshold of the measurement report, it indicates that the signal strength of the terminal does not meet the handover standard, and at this time, in order to prevent the terminal from frequently handing over and increasing the load of the base station, the handover request of the terminal is rejected, that is, the handover request of the terminal is subjected to timing handover processing.
And when the signal intensity is smaller than the drop threshold of the measurement report, the signal intensity of the terminal is over weak and reaches the switching standard, and the switching request is immediately switched.
When the time period of the timing switching is greater than the threshold value of the time period of the timing switching, the terminal sends the switching request at a longer interval, and frequent switching does not exist, so that the switching request of the terminal is immediately switched.
For example, in a base station of a transportation junction station such as a high-speed rail, there is a frequent switching scenario, as shown in fig. 3 below, when a terminal enters a transportation junction station C1, a time point T1 of the terminal entering is recorded; within the time limit of the timing switching time period TT, the terminal triggers switching measurement (RSRP or RSRQ (Reference Signal Receiving Quality)) at the position A and reports a measurement value R1. If R1 is greater than or equal to the set measurement report disconnection threshold RR, the switching request is ignored, and timing switching processing is required; if R1 is less than RR, the normal switching state is entered directly. If the time that the terminal triggers the switching request exceeds the TT deadline, the normal switching state is directly entered.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, when the terminal enters a cell for starting the timing handover, an entry time point T1 is recorded; the terminal triggers a switching measurement report R1 and records a time point T2 at the moment; judging whether T2-T1 is within a threshold TT range of the timing switching time period, and if the T2-T1 exceeds the TT duration range, directly entering a normal switching state; if T2-T1 is in the TT duration range, further judging whether the switching measurement report R1 reaches the set measurement report disconnection threshold value RR, and if the switching measurement report R1 is smaller than the RR, directly entering a normal switching state; if the number is larger than or equal to RR, entering a switching timing state and ignoring the switching request of the terminal.
With the widespread use of mobile communications, operators put higher demands on network quality. Optimizing network indexes and improving network quality become urgent requirements of operators. According to a specific network environment, the switching scene is specifically refined, and the purpose of improving the network quality can be achieved. The embodiment aims at the cell switching characteristics of the traffic hub, increases the time judgment of timing switching when switching occurs, inhibits the occurrence of wrong switching in a certain time period, reduces frequent switching due to unstable signals, improves the switching quality, and simultaneously reduces the load of a hub base station.
