本发明提供一种室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,主要是一种光伏集热器提供主要热源以热管辐射高效换热速率为基础的一种室内地热供暖系统,为克服室内供暖热量不均匀,效率低,易冻的问题。

本发明专利涉及室内地热供暖系统,具体而言,是一种室内热管辐射地热供暖系统。
背景技术
针对现在太阳能供暖系统出现室内供暖时供热量不均匀,效率低,易冻的问题,而且耗煤等常规能源提供热源引起环境大气污染日渐严重,因此提出了新型的一种室内热管辐射地热供暖系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,主要是一种光伏集热提供主要热源以热管高辐射效换热速率为基础的一种室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,为克服室内供暖热量不均匀,效率低,易冻的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,其特征在于:该室内地热供暖系统包括太阳能集热器1,水箱2,空气箱3,压力泵6,蒸汽池4,热管的蒸发段7,热管的冷凝段即敷设在室内地板填充层里的地暖8,液体池5,备用热源9。
根据权利要求1所述的室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,其特征是:空气箱3是密闭容器,置于土壤恒温层中,可以直接吸收地热能,同时降低热水箱2的散热速度,保持水箱水温度恒温。
根据权利要求2所述的室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,其特征是:当太阳能集热器1不满足供给水箱2的热能时,启用备用热源9。
根据权利要求2所述的室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,其特征是:热管的蒸发段7吸收水箱2中的热能,段内工质快速进行相变,液体蒸发汽化,在自身压差和压力泵6的作用下,热管内蒸汽工质易从蒸发段向热管的冷凝段即敷设在室内地板填充层里的地暖端流动,热管蒸发段热能快速均匀与室内冷空气换热,工质蒸汽放出热量发生相变凝结成液体,热管内液体工质易于从冷凝段回流到蒸发段,热管的毛细传热极限得到大幅度提高,在较小的冲液量下即可实现特定热流密度的换热,换热系数的增加,热管蒸发段内温度均匀性也得到提高,同时提高了热管提供供暖的稳定性。 蒸汽传至热管的冷凝段即敷设在室内地板填充层里的地暖8,途中经过蒸汽池4,蒸汽池4起到缓冲作用。 地暖8向室内供暖后,工质蒸汽放出热量凝结成液体,回流到热管,途中经过液体池5,液体池5起到缓冲作用。而且蒸发段7和热管的冷凝段即敷设在室内地板填充层里的地暖8的长度和面积可以根据室内面积大小调整。
本发明的有益效果在于:
光伏集热和热管地板辐射相结合的室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,与传统散热器采暖相比较,温度更均匀,有效提高热吸收效率,并主要采用太阳能集热器提供热源,提高清洁能源使用效率,气液分离式热管替代普通塑料材质地暖,能有效提高集热器室内供暖效率,同时压力泵大大提高热管的毛细传热极限,空气箱减低水箱热水无用功的热能损耗,提高水箱热能使用率。

本发明装置结构组成如附图1,具体实施方式如下:
方式一,太阳能集热器提供热能,加热水箱里的液体,热管的蒸发段吸收水箱中的热能,段内工质快速进行相变,液体蒸发汽化,在自身压差和压力泵的作用下,蒸汽经蒸汽池匀速高效传至室内地暖热管,热管蒸发段热能快速均匀与室内冷空气换热,工质蒸汽放出热量发生相变凝结成液体,热管内液体工质从冷凝段经液体池回流到蒸发段。
方式二,当太阳能集热器热器不能满足要求时,启用备用热源,加热水箱里的液体,热管的蒸发段吸收水箱中的热能,段内工质快速进行相变,液体蒸发汽化,在自身压差和压力泵的作用下,蒸汽经蒸汽池匀速高效传至室内地暖热管,热管蒸发段热能快速均匀与室内冷空气换热,工质蒸汽放出热量发生相变凝结成液体,热管内液体工质从冷凝段经液体池回流到蒸发段。

1.一种室内热管辐射地热供暖系统,其特征在于:该室内地热供暖系统包括太阳能集热器1,水箱2,空气箱3,压力泵6,蒸汽池4,热管的蒸发段7,热管的冷凝段即敷设在室内地板填充层里的地暖8,液体池5,备用热源9。
