Connection relation of the water-cooling cylindrical rectifier: the outer circumferential surface of the water-cooling head cover 1 is coaxially welded at one axial end of a connecting flange 3 through four support plates 2 (the four support plates 2 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the water-cooling head cover 1), the end of the connecting flange 3 is connected with an expansion section of a heater, and the other end of the connecting flange is connected with a stable section of the heater; the small end of the expansion section faces the combustion chamber, so that the water-cooled head cover 1 and the support plate 2 are both positioned in the expansion section, and high-temperature gas sprayed from the combustion chamber enters the expansion section and flows to the stable section of the heater after being rectified by the water-cooled head cover 1 in the rectifier;
four cooling water channels I5 are uniformly arranged on the connecting flange 3 along the circumferential direction and are respectively distributed along the radial direction, each cooling water channel I5 is correspondingly connected with one support plate 2 and is communicated with a cooling water channel II 6 arranged in the corresponding support plate 2, two paths of cooling water respectively flow in from two adjacent cooling water channels I5 on the connecting flange 3 and circularly flow out from the cooling water channels II 6 and the cooling water channels I5 on the opposite sides respectively through the cooling water channels II 6 corresponding to the same side, so that the heat of high-temperature gas is taken away, the combustion stability of the heater can be greatly improved, and the service life of equipment is greatly prolonged;

The water-cooled cylindrical rectifier for stable combustion of heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner cylinder of said water-cooled head cover (1) is outwardly flanged, the outer cylinder is inwardly flanged, and the flanges of the inner and outer cylinders are butted to increase the circumferential clearance therebetween.
