5. A flexible track according to claim 1, wherein a recess (12) having an open side and adapted to receive a lamp is provided in the side of the track body (10) adjacent to the conductive portion (20).
6. A flexible track according to claim 5, characterised in that the grooves (12) are symmetrically arranged on the outer surface of the track body (10).
