The valve rod 3 is rotated forward to drop the shutter 4 to enter the left sealing chamber 12, the right sealing chamber 13 and the lower sealing chamber 14, so that the inlet flow passage 101 and the outlet flow passage 102 are completely blocked, as shown in fig. 9, the shutter 4 is in a closed state, the first filling block 51 enters the first cleaning chamber 15 along the first connecting groove 17, and the second filling block 52 enters the second cleaning chamber 16 along the second connecting groove.
