Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides an evaporator dosing system 1 for at least one evaporator 10. The evaporator dosing system 1 comprises a scale inhibition and dispersion agent adding device 20 and a cleaning and dispersion agent adding device 30. Two evaporators 10 are shown in fig. 1, but the application is not limited thereto, and in some possible embodiments the number of evaporators 10 is for example one, three or another number. The evaporator 10 can evaporate and concentrate the waste liquid.
Referring to fig. 1, the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent adding apparatus 20 includes: scale inhibition and dispersion agent barrel 21, metering device 22 and scale inhibition and dispersion agent pipeline 23. The scale inhibition and dispersion agent barrel 21 is used for storing a scale inhibition and dispersion agent; the metering device 22 is arranged in the dirt dispersion agent barrel 21 and is used for weighing the dirt dispersion agent stored in the dirt dispersion agent barrel 21; the scale inhibition and dispersion agent barrel 21 adds the scale inhibition and dispersion agent to the evaporator 10 through a scale inhibition and dispersion agent pipeline 23. After the evaporator 10 is operated, waste liquid is fed into the evaporator 10, and before or during the liquid inlet stage, a quantitative scale inhibition and dispersion agent is weighed by a metering device 22 according to the scale inhibition treatment requirement, so that the scale inhibition and dispersion agent is quantitatively added into the evaporator 10 through a scale inhibition and dispersion agent pipeline 23.
In this embodiment, the metering device 22 is a load cell, and the dirt dispersion agent barrel 21 is arranged on the load cell. The amount of the scale inhibition and dispersion agent can be accurately measured by using the weighing sensor, so that the scale inhibition and dispersion agent can be quantitatively used according to actual needs. The application is not limited to the above, and in some possible embodiments, the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent can be metered by other metering devices such as a metering pump.
In addition, two evaporators 10 are shown in fig. 1, and the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent pipeline 23 comprises a scale inhibiting and dispersing agent first branch pipeline 24 and a scale inhibiting and dispersing agent second branch pipeline 26. The first branch pipe 24 of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent is connected with one of the evaporators 10 and is provided with a first valve 25 of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent, and after the first valve 25 of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent is opened, a set amount of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent, such as 5kg, can be added to one of the evaporators 10 through the first branch pipe 24 of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent. The second branch pipe 26 of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent is connected with the other evaporator 10 and is provided with a second valve 27 of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent, and after the second valve 27 of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent is opened, a set amount of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent, for example 5kg, can be added to the other evaporator 10 through the second branch pipe 26 of the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and a set amount of scale inhibiting dispersant may be added to the corresponding evaporator 10 through the scale inhibiting dispersant pipe 23 regardless of the number of evaporators 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wash dispersant adding apparatus 30 includes: a cleaning dispersant tank 31, a cleaning water tank 32, a cleaning dispersant inlet pipe 33, a cleaning water circulation pipe 34, a pH meter 341, and a cleaning water inlet pipe 36. The cleaning dispersant tank 31 is used to store cleaning dispersant. The washing water tub 32 stores washing water, and tap water may be added to the washing water tub 32 through a tap water pipe 37. The wash dispersant tank 31 adds wash dispersant to the wash water circulation line 34 through the wash dispersant inlet line 33 to perform a process of preparing wash water having a set PH value, and tap water and the wash dispersant are mixed to form the wash water. A washing water circulation pipe 34 is connected to the washing water tub 32 for circulating the washing water in the washing water tub 32. A PH meter 341 is provided on the washing water circulation line 34 to detect the PH of the washing water in the washing water circulation line 34.
That is, the washing water in the washing water tub 32 is mixed with the washing dispersant, and the mixed washing water is circulated through the washing water circulation pipe 34 and then flows into the washing water tub 32 again. The PH of the washing water circulating line 34 is detected by the PH meter 341, and if the washing water reaches the set PH to complete the process of preparing the washing water having the set PH, the washing water stops circulating in the washing water circulating line 34; if the pH value is not higher than the set pH value, the running water or the cleaning dispersant with higher concentration is continuously added according to the requirement, and the circulation is continuously carried out. When the preparation of the washing water having the set PH is completed, the washing water tub 32 adds the washing water having the set PH to the evaporator 10 through the washing water inlet pipe 36 connected to the washing water inlet 12 of the evaporator 10.
Generally, since the volume of the wash water tub 32 is greater than the volume of the wash dispersant tub 31, for example, the wash water tub 32 stores 10 tons of wash water and the wash dispersant tub 31 stores 1 ton of wash dispersant. The cleaning dispersant is added into the cleaning water circulating pipeline 34 through the cleaning dispersant barrel 31, and after the cleaning dispersant is mixed with the cleaning water in the cleaning water barrel 32, the cleaning water with the set PH value is convenient to prepare.
Therefore, after the scale inhibition and dispersion agent is added into the evaporator 10 through the scale inhibition and dispersion agent adding device 20, the scale formation in the evaporator 10 can be slowed down, the scale inhibition and dispersion agent can remove scales and prevent the formation of scale, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, and the consumption of electric energy or fuel is reduced.
After the evaporator 10 completes the evaporation concentration process, the evaporator 10 is cleaned by adding the prepared cleaning water with the set PH into the evaporator 10 through the cleaning dispersant adding device 30, and the number of cleaning times may be one or more. The water scale, oil stain and other substances in the evaporator 10 are cleaned in time through the cleaning water, so that the service life of the evaporator 10 is prolonged.
In addition, the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent can slow down the scale formation in the evaporator 10, so that the pollution discharge can be reduced when the scale inhibiting and dispersing agent is matched with cleaning water, the cleaning effect is good, the cleaning water and the cleaning frequency are reduced, and the utilization rate of the cleaning water is improved.
In addition, the specific types of the scale inhibition and dispersion agent and the cleaning and dispersion agent are not limited, and the corresponding types of the scale inhibition and dispersion agent and the cleaning and dispersion agent are selected according to the scale inhibition treatment requirement and the cleaning treatment requirement. In some possible embodiments, the scale inhibition and dispersion agent is ZF-903 evaporator scale inhibition and dispersion agent, the appearance is precipitate-free and layering-free uniform liquid, the pH value is 1-12, and the density is more than 1.1g/cm3The dosage of the medicament is 50mg/L to 200 mg/L. When the washing water having a predetermined PH is prepared, the circulation pump 343 and the washing water circulation valve 344 of the washing water circulation line 34 are opened, and the washing dispersant valve 331 of the washing dispersant inlet line 33 is opened. The cleaning water in the cleaning water tub 32 is pumped into the cleaning water circulation pipe 34 by the circulation pump 343, the cleaning water in the cleaning water circulation pipe 34 passes through the venturi device 342, the venturi device 342 generates a negative pressure, and the cleaning dispersant having a high concentration in the cleaning dispersant tub 31 can be sucked out of the cleaning dispersant tub 31 and fed into the cleaning water circulation pipe 34 through the cleaning dispersant inlet pipe 33. If the washing water reaches the set PH, the circulation pump 343 is turned off. If the pH value does not reach the set pH value, tap water or a cleaning dispersant with higher concentration is continuously added according to the requirement, and the circulating pump 343 continuously works to continuously circulate. Accordingly, the PH of the washing water in the washing water tub 32 is cyclically adjusted by providing the washing dispersant tub 31, the washing water tub 32, the circulation pump 343, and the venturi device 342. In the present application, venturi device 342 is an ejector. The present application is not limited thereto and a venturi device capable of generating negative pressure is suitable for the present application.

If the waste residue content in the discharged liquid is higher, the waste liquid is discharged into the concentrated liquid barrel 50. If the waste residue content in the discharged liquid is small, the waste liquid is discharged into the washing water tank 32. The washing water discharged into the washing water tub 32 can be used for the next circulation washing. If the pH value does not reach the set pH value, the washing water or the washing dispersant with higher concentration is continuously added as required, and the circulating pump 343 continues to operate to circulate.
The pH of the washing water in the washing water circulation line 34 reaches the set pH, indicating that the preparation of the washing water is completed, the washing water in the washing water tub 32 stops circulating in the washing water circulation line 34, and the washing water in the washing water tub 32 has the set pH.
After the evaporator 10 has performed the evaporation and concentration process of the waste liquid, the washing water tub 32 adds washing water having a set amount of a set PH value to the evaporator 10 through the washing water inlet pipe 36 to wash the evaporator 10.
After the evaporator 10 finishes the evaporation concentration treatment, the prepared cleaning water with the set pH value is added into the evaporator 10 through the cleaning dispersant adding device 30 to clean the evaporator 10, and substances such as water scales and oil stains in the evaporator 10 are cleaned in time through the cleaning water, so that the service life of the evaporator 10 is prolonged.
In some possible embodiments, the method of medicating further comprises: after the cleaning of the evaporator 10 is completed, starting a sampling device 52 on a discharge pipeline 51 of the evaporator 10 for sampling detection; sampling and judging that the content of the waste residues in the discharged liquid is higher than a set value, and discharging the discharged liquid into a concentrated liquid barrel 50; sampling and judging that the content of the waste residue in the discharged liquid is lower than a set value, and discharging the discharged liquid into a cleaning water tank 32. The washing water discharged into the washing water tub 32 can be used for the next circulation washing. That is, after the evaporator 10 is washed, the washing water may be discharged to the washing water tub 32 or the concentrate tub 50.
In some possible embodiments, the method of medicating further comprises: when the weight of the cleaning dispersant in the cleaning dispersant barrel 31 is detected to be lower than a set value, namely when the cleaning dispersant is insufficient, adding the cleaning dispersant into the cleaning dispersant barrel 31; during the process of adding the cleaning dispersant into the cleaning dispersant tank 31 or after the completion of adding the cleaning dispersant into the cleaning dispersant tank 31, the agitator 311 in the cleaning dispersant tank 31 is started to agitate. The monitoring of the wash dispersant in the wash dispersant tank 31 facilitates the proper completion of the washing of the evaporator 10 with the wash water and the proper performance of the cyclical dispensing of the wash water at the set PH.
In some possible embodiments, the method of medicating further comprises: when the difference between the PH of the washing water in the washing water tub 32 and the set PH is detected to exceed the set range after the washing of the evaporator 10 is completed. For example, the washing water for washing the evaporator 10 has a pH value of 5, and the washing water in the washing water tub 32 is detected to have a pH value of 7, which exceeds the set pH value. It is explained that the washing water in the washing water tub 32 needs to be replaced and the washing water having the set PH is newly prepared. At this time, the washing water tub 32 discharges the washing water waste liquid to the waste liquid buffer tub 40. The waste washing water is discharged into the waste buffer tank 40, the waste buffer tank 40 can be washed, and the washing water in the washing water tank 32 can be replaced.
The above process of preparing the washing water having the set PH is repeated when the washing water tub 32 finishes discharging the washing water waste to the waste liquid buffer tub 40, for example, the second pressure sensor 322 provided on the washing water tub 32 shows the minimum value.
In addition, in some possible embodiments, during the dosing process of the evaporator 10, the evaporator 10 is in a negative pressure state, so as to realize the addition of the scale inhibiting dispersant and the cleaning dispersant to the evaporator 10 under the action of the negative pressure.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention, taken in conjunction with the specific embodiments thereof, and that no limitation of the invention is intended thereby. Various changes in form and detail, including simple deductions or substitutions, may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
