Claims (10)

1. A hoisting device for shipbuilding comprises a supporting plate (2), a lifting device and two supporting columns (1), wherein the two supporting columns (1) are respectively fixed at two sides below the supporting plate (2), the lifting device is arranged above the supporting plate (2), the lifting device comprises a motor (3), a rotating shaft (4), a winding reel (5), a steel wire rope (6), a scraping rod (7) and a first bearing, the motor (3) and the first bearing are both fixed above the supporting plate (2), the motor (3) is in transmission connection with one end of the rotating shaft (4), the other end of the rotating shaft (4) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the first bearing, a through hole is formed in the supporting plate (2), the winding reel (5) is fixed on the rotating shaft (4), one end of the steel wire rope (6) is wound on the winding reel (5), and the other end of the steel wire rope (6) penetrates through hole to be arranged below the supporting plate (2), the other end of the steel wire rope (6) is fixedly connected with the hook, the PLC is arranged in the supporting plate (2), and the motor (3) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the cooling mechanism comprises a connecting pipe (12), a protective cover (8), two water outlet pipes (13), two rotating assemblies and two water pumping assemblies, the protective cover (8) is fixed above the supporting plate (2), the lifting device is arranged inside the protective cover (8), the connecting pipe (12) is horizontally arranged above the protective cover (8), two ends of the connecting pipe (12) are respectively connected with the two water pumping assemblies, the two water pumping assemblies are respectively arranged at two sides of the protective cover (8), the water outlet pipes (13) are communicated with the connecting pipe (12), the water outlet pipes (13) correspond to the rotating assemblies one by one, the rotating assemblies are connected with the water outlet pipes (13), and the rotating assemblies are connected with an anti-rust mechanism;
the water pumping assembly comprises a water storage box (9), a water suction pump (11) and a water inlet pipe (10), the water storage box (9) is fixed above the supporting plate (2), clear water is arranged inside the water storage box (9), the water suction pump (11) is fixed above the water storage box (9), the water suction pump (11) is communicated with the bottom inside the water storage box (9) through the water inlet pipe (10), the water suction pump (11) is communicated with the connecting pipe (12), and the water suction pump (11) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the rotating assembly comprises a second bearing, a connecting shaft (15), a rotating plate (16), a transmission unit and a plurality of paddles (14), the second bearing is fixed on the inner wall of one end, far away from the connecting pipe (12), of the water outlet pipe (13), the paddles (14) are circumferentially and uniformly fixed on one end of the connecting shaft (15), the center of the rotating plate (16) is fixedly connected with the other end of the connecting shaft (15), the rotating plate (16) abuts against the upper side of the protective cover (8), the connecting shaft (15) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the second bearing, and the connecting shaft (15) is connected with the rust prevention mechanism through the transmission unit;
the anti-rust mechanism comprises a fixing box (17) and two anti-rust components, the fixing box (17) is fixed below the supporting plate (2), round holes are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the fixing box (17), one end, far away from the winding roll (5), of the steel wire rope (6) sequentially penetrates through the two round holes, the two anti-rust components are arranged on two sides of the fixing box (17) respectively, the anti-rust components correspond to the transmission units one to one, and the anti-rust components are connected with the transmission units;
the rust-proof assembly comprises a connecting box (23), a communicating pipe (25), a filter screen (24), air cylinders (21), a piston (26), an air rod (27), a feeding pipe (22), a discharging pipe (20), a spraying pipe (19), a driving unit and a plurality of spray heads (18), wherein the connecting box (23) is fixed below the fixed box (17), rust-proof agents are arranged in the connecting box (23), the upper part of the connecting box (23) is communicated with the inside of the fixed box (17) through the communicating pipe (25), the filter screen (24) is horizontally fixed in the connecting box (23), the two air cylinders (21) are respectively fixed on two sides of the fixed box (17), the piston (26) is arranged in the air cylinders (21), the piston (26) is connected with the inner wall of the air cylinders (21) in a sealing manner, the air cylinders (21) are communicated with the inside of the connecting box (23) through the feeding pipe (22), the both ends of shower (19) respectively with fixed box (17) in top and bottom fixed connection, shower nozzle (18) are evenly fixed on shower (19), shower nozzle (18) set up towards wire rope (6), shower nozzle (19) are through the inside intercommunication of discharging pipe (20) and inflator (21), one side of keeping away from fixed box (17) of inflator (21) is equipped with the opening, the one end of gas pole (27) and piston (26) be close to open-ended one side fixed connection, the other end of gas pole (27) passes the opening and is connected with drive unit, gas pole (27) match with the opening, gas pole (27) and opening sliding connection, drive unit is connected with transmission unit.

Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive unit comprises a rotating rod (29), a connecting rod (28), a support shaft (30) and two third bearings, the two third bearings are fixed above and below the support plate (2) respectively, the support plate (2) is provided with two through holes, the through holes correspond to the support shaft (30) one by one, the support shaft (30) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the third bearing, one end of the support shaft (30) is connected with the transmission unit, the other end of the support shaft (30) passes through the through holes and is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating rod (29), and the other end of the rotating rod (29) is hinged with one end of the air rod (27) far away from the piston (26) through the connecting rod (28).

Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 2, characterized in that the transmission unit comprises a conveyor belt (32) and two turning discs (31), the two turning discs (31) being fixedly connected with the connecting shaft (15) and the support shaft (30), respectively, the two turning discs (31) being connected by means of the conveyor belt (32).

Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 1, characterized in that the pumping assembly further comprises a level sensor (33), a water inlet is arranged above the water storage box (9), the level sensor (33) is fixed at the top inside the water storage box (9), and the level sensor (33) is electrically connected with the PLC.
5. Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 1, characterized in that the water extraction assembly further comprises a signal lamp (34), the signal lamp (34) being fixed to the support plate (2), the signal lamps (34) each being electrically connected to the PLC.
6. Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 1, characterized in that the reel (5) is provided with an annular groove, inside which the wire rope (6) is wound.
7. Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer surface of the protective cover (8) is coated with an anti-corrosion zinc coating.
8. Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 1, characterised in that the cross-sectional shape of the opening is square.
9. Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 1, characterized in that the motor (3) is a servomotor.
10. Hoisting device for use in shipbuilding according to claim 1, characterised in that a sound-absorbing panel (35) is fixed to the top inside the protective cover (8).
