Abstract
The invention discloses an automotive trim electronic device, which relates to the field of automotive electronics and comprises a signal acquisition element, wherein the signal acquisition element is arranged on the surface of an automotive trim, the signal acquisition element is connected with a circuit of an automobile through an FPC (flexible printed circuit) or an FFC (flexible flat circuit) and the FPC or the FFC is connected with the circuit of the automobile through a gap on the surface of the automotive trim. The invention adopts hidden wiring, does not need to change and replace the original vehicle parts, does not need exposed wires and supports, has compact result, is neat and beautiful, can realize the increase of signal acquisition elements no matter the whole vehicle is upgraded and modified or the intelligent upgrade of the after-market of the vehicle, and simultaneously keeps the beautiful appearance of the interior trim of the vehicle.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automotive electronics, in particular to an automotive interior electronic device, a device with the automotive interior electronic device and an automobile.
Background
With the rise of intelligent automobiles, new signal acquisition devices and signal processing systems need to be added to the automobiles. The traditional modification and installation method has the problems that wiring is exposed and not attractive, electronic parts of an original vehicle need to be replaced, and even a bracket needs to be additionally installed to occupy the position of a cup stand.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, a technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to develop an automotive interior electronics device that does not require a bracket, employs hidden wiring, does not require replacement of original vehicle components, and is traceless to install.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device having the automotive interior electronic component.
Another object of the invention is to develop a motor vehicle having the electronic component and the electronic device.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automotive interior electronic device including a signal collection element disposed on an automotive interior surface.
Further, the signal acquisition element is connected with a circuit of the automobile through an FPC or an FFC, and the FPC or the FFC is connected with the circuit of the automobile through a gap on the surface of the automobile interior.
Further, the automobile interior surface comprises an original factory interior surface and an external electronic device surface, and the external electronic device comprises an external GPS device.
Furthermore, the signal acquisition element is at least one of a sound acquisition element, an image acquisition element, a temperature acquisition element, a humidity acquisition element, a gas concentration induction element, a voltage induction element and a radio frequency signal acquisition element.
Further, the FPC or FFC includes a conductive metal foil and a protective film coated on the conductive metal foil, the protective film has a protective film thereon, and the FFC may also be a flat cable including a fine metal wire.
Furthermore, a connector is arranged on the FPC and connected with the signal acquisition element.
Further, the connector is connected with the signal acquisition element through a Pogo Pin.

The technical effect of the invention is to provide an automotive interior electronic device which adopts hidden wiring, does not need to change and replace the original vehicle parts, does not need bare wires, does not need a bracket, has compact result, is neat and beautiful, can realize the increase of signal acquisition elements no matter the whole vehicle is upgraded and modified or the intelligent upgrade of the market after the vehicle is carried out, and simultaneously keeps the beautiful appearance of the automotive interior.

Detailed Description
The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
In the drawings, structurally identical elements are represented by like reference numerals, and structurally or functionally similar elements are represented by like reference numerals throughout the several views. The size and thickness of each component shown in the drawings are arbitrarily illustrated, and the present invention is not limited to the size and thickness of each component. The thickness of the components may be exaggerated where appropriate in the figures to improve clarity.
In an embodiment 1 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) or a Flexible Flat Cable (FFC) is inserted through a narrow trim slot and then fixed near a USB port of a central control vehicle, and a USB sensor head is electrically connected to contacts on the surface of the FPC/FFC through Pogo Pin contact pins. Therefore, the connection of the intelligent communication box inside the interior trim and the electronic device outside the interior trim is realized. In the embodiment, the reliable electrical connection between the USB port of the central control vehicle machine exposed outside the interior and the intelligent communication box inside the interior is realized, and the reliable electrical connection between the microphone exposed outside the interior and the intelligent communication box inside the interior is realized. Fig. 2 is an external view of the USB connector. Fig. 3 is a side view of a USB socket and a USB plug with a microphone, the USB plug having a contact pin. The electronic device is arranged on the slit edge below the central control screen. The microphone, the USB connector, the Pogo Pin contact thimble and the like are arranged in the shell.
One embodiment 2 of the present invention is shown in fig. 5, wherein one end of the FPC/FFC is fixedly connected to the microphone device, the microphone device is fixed to the edge of the gap on the surface of the interior trim, and then the FPC/FFC is passed through the narrow gap of the interior trim and then connected to the intelligent communication box inside the interior trim through a connector. Therefore, the purpose that the sound outside the interior trim is collected to the intelligent communication box through the microphone is achieved. In the same way, sound can be collected at a plurality of locations in the interior of the automobile. In this embodiment, a microphone 1 is placed in a region in front of the driver for collecting voice commands of the driver, and a microphone 2 is placed at a position of a speaker in the vehicle for collecting reference audio for an echo cancellation (echo cancellation) algorithm. Fig. 6 is a position diagram of this embodiment.
In an embodiment 3 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a camera is fixed at a gap edge of an interior trim surface below a screen of a central control car, and then the camera is connected with an intelligent communication box inside the interior trim through an FPC, the intelligent communication box is connected with a device for processing 4G or 5G signals, and images of a driver and passengers are collected in the intelligent box for analysis. In the same way, the microphone device is fixed on the edge of the gap on the surface of the interior trim, then passes through the narrow gap of the interior trim through the FPC/FFC, and then is connected with the intelligent communication box in the vehicle through the connector inside the interior trim. Therefore, the purpose that the sound outside the interior trim is collected to the intelligent communication box through the microphone is achieved. Fig. 8 is a view showing the position where the collecting apparatus is installed.
In an embodiment 4 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, a camera is fixed at the edge of a gap on the surface of an interior trim below the screen of an instrument panel, and then the camera is connected with an intelligent communication box inside the interior trim through an FPC, and images monitored by a driver and recognized by fatigue are collected into the intelligent box for analysis.
The signal collecting element of the above embodiment may be modified to at least one of a sound collecting element, an image collecting element, a temperature collecting element, a humidity collecting element, a gas concentration sensing element, a voltage sensing element, and a radio frequency collecting element.
The FPC or FFC of the above embodiment includes a conductive metal foil and a protective film coated on the conductive metal foil, the protective film has a protective film thereon, and the FFC may also be a flat cable including a fine metal wire.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. Claims (11)
1. An automotive interior electronic device characterized by comprising a signal pickup element provided on an automotive interior surface.
2. The automotive interior electronics of claim 1 wherein the signal acquisition element is coupled to the electrical circuitry of the automobile through an FPC or FFC that is coupled to the electrical circuitry of the automobile through a gap in the surface of the automotive interior.
3. The automotive interior electronics of claim 1 wherein the automotive interior surface comprises a factory interior surface and an external electronics surface.
4. The automotive interior electronics of claim 1 wherein the signal acquisition element is at least one of a sound acquisition element, an image acquisition element, a temperature acquisition element, a humidity acquisition element, a gas concentration sensing element, a voltage sensing element, and a radio frequency signal acquisition element.
5. The automotive interior electronic device according to claim 2, wherein the FPC or FFC comprises a conductive metal foil and a protective film coated on the conductive metal foil, the protective film has a protective film thereon, and the FFC may be a flat cable comprising a thin metal wire.
6. The automotive interior electronics of claim 2 wherein the FPC has a connector thereon for connecting to the signal acquisition element.
7. The automotive interior electronics of claim 6 wherein the connector and the signal acquisition element are connected by a Pogo Pin.
8. The automotive interior electronics of claim 2 wherein the FPC or FFC is fixedly attached to the signal acquisition element.
9. Automotive interior electronics according to claim 2, characterized in that the automotive circuitry is provided with 4G or 5G signal processing means.
10. An automotive interior electronic device characterized by comprising the automotive interior electronic component according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. An automobile comprising the automotive interior electronic device according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
