The heat preservation is vertical silk rock wool board, and the adhesive linkage is high temperature resistant epoxy glue, and the enhancement layer is by the reinforcing mesh that glass fiber net cloth and polyester fiber complex formed, and the flexible waterproofing membrane that the waterproof roll material layer was formed by the coating of waterproof adhesive cement on the fine felt child of glass complex, waterproof adhesive cement comprises following parts by weight raw materials: 35-55 parts of petroleum asphalt, 15-30 parts of natural asphalt, 5-10 parts of SBS, 0.2-1 part of anti-aging agent CPPD, 1-5 parts of organic silicon emulsion, 20-25 parts of wollastonite powder and 1-5 parts of zinc white powder. According to the invention, the tensile strength of the rock wool board is increased through the reinforcing layer, and the flexible waterproof coiled material layer is bonded on one side of the rock wool board, so that the defects of easy shrinkage and cracking and high water absorption rate of the rock wool board are overcome, and the application range of the rock wool board is expanded.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a flexible waterproof coiled material modified vertical-filament rock wool board and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
The rock wool board is a novel heat-insulating, fire-insulating and sound-absorbing material, and has the characteristics of light weight, small heat conductivity coefficient, heat absorption and non-combustion. However, the rock wool board has low tensile strength, high water absorption and easy shrinkage and cracking, and the rock wool board is limited to be applied to an external thermal insulation system of an external wall.
At present, in the construction process of the rock wool board, anti-crack mortar gridding cloth is needed to make up the defect that the rock wool board is easy to shrink and crack so as to achieve the effect of acting on wall heat preservation, and meanwhile, a waterproof protective layer is coated after the rock wool board is finished heat preservation so as to prevent the rock wool board from being affected with damp or collapsing due to water absorption.
The waterproof coiled material is a waterproof material product prepared by impregnating asphalt or polymer waterproof materials on a matrix and is provided in a coiled material form. The waterproof roll has good water resistance, stability to temperature change, certain mechanical strength, extensibility and fracture resistance, certain flexibility and ageing resistance and the like, and is one of important varieties of waterproof materials for building engineering. At present, most of waterproof coiled materials in the market use modified asphalt which is easy to harden and crack at low temperature, can flow at high temperature, cannot resist sunlight irradiation, has large volatilization amount, is not environment-friendly and is highly carcinogenic.
Therefore, if the waterproof coiled material modified rock wool board can be used, the defects of low tensile strength, high water absorption and easy shrinkage and cracking of the rock wool board are overcome, and the improvement of the application range of the rock wool board has important significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to make up the defects of the prior art, provides the flexible waterproof coiled material modified vertical-filament rock wool board and the manufacturing process thereof, overcomes the defects of low tensile strength, high water absorption rate and easy shrinkage and cracking of the rock wool board, and improves the application range of the rock wool board.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following scheme:
the invention provides a flexible waterproof coiled material modified vertical-filament rock wool board which comprises a heat-insulating layer, an adhesive layer, a reinforcing layer and a waterproof coiled material layer, wherein one side of the heat-insulating layer is bonded with the reinforcing layer through the adhesive layer, the other side of the heat-insulating layer is bonded with the waterproof coiled material layer through the adhesive layer, the waterproof layer is a flexible waterproof coiled material formed by coating waterproof mortar on a glass fiber felt, and the waterproof mortar is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of petroleum asphalt, 15-20 parts of natural asphalt, 5-10 parts of SBS, 0.2-1 part of anti-aging agent CPPD, 1-5 parts of organic silicon emulsion, 20-25 parts of wollastonite powder and 1-5 parts of zinc white powder.
Preferably, the heat-insulating layer is a vertical-wire rock wool plate, and the density of the rock wool plate is 100-3。
Preferably, the bonding layer is high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin glue.
Preferably, the reinforcing layer is a reinforcing mesh formed by compounding glass fiber mesh cloth and polyester fibers, and the polyester fibers are formed by mixing short fibers with the length of 2-3cm and long fibers with the length of 6-9cm according to the mass ratio of 7: 4.
Preferably, the waterproof adhesive cement is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of petroleum asphalt, 15 parts of natural asphalt, 5 parts of SBS, 0.2 part of anti-aging agent CPPD, 2 parts of organic silicon emulsion, 20 parts of wollastonite powder and 3 parts of zinc white powder.
The invention also provides a manufacturing process of the flexible waterproof coiled material modified vertical-filament rock wool board, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, placing petroleum asphalt and natural asphalt into a stirrer, stirring and heating to 175-190 ℃, adding SBS, anti-aging agent CPPD, organic silicon emulsion, wollastonite powder and zinc white powder after the petroleum asphalt and the natural asphalt are uniformly mixed, heating to 70-85 ℃, stirring for 1-2h to prepare waterproof adhesive cement, and coating the waterproof adhesive cement on a glass fiber felt to obtain a flexible waterproof coiled material;
s2, cutting the rock wool block into heat insulation plates with certain thickness, and uniformly coating high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin glue on the surfaces of the rock wool plates;
and S3, respectively bonding the flexible waterproof coiled material and the reinforcing net on the upper surface and the lower surface of the rock wool board, and obtaining the flexible waterproof coiled material rock wool board through high-pressure compounding.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the vertical-filament rock wool board is adopted, the reinforcing layer is bonded on one side of the rock wool board, the reinforcing net formed by compounding the glass fiber gridding cloth and the polyester fiber is used as the reinforcing layer, the tensile strength of the rock wool board is increased through the reinforcing layer, and the defect that the rock wool board is easy to shrink and crack is overcome.
