Abstract
A manufacturing method of an airfoil blade for a fan comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing materials, namely preparing a plate material, and rolling the plate material into a planar material plate through a rolling shaft of a rolling machine; secondly, blanking a plate, namely cutting the material plate according to the outer contour shapes of the upper end surface, the lower end surface and the side edges of the airfoil blade, wherein the blanked cutting plate is in a planar shape after the airfoil blade is unfolded; thirdly, radian forming, namely processing the cutting plate into a wavy radian plate by using a forming die; folding the arc plate into a wing shape, bending and folding the arc plate to enable two side edges of the arc plate to be abutted together, mounting the arc plate on a shaping clamp, and shaping the arc plate into the wing-shaped plate with the outer contour being the wing shape; and fifthly, welding the tail part, namely welding and fixing the two side edges of the wing plate together. The invention adopts the metal plate shaping and bending mode to manufacture the airfoil blade, can effectively save the cost of the airfoil blade, and can control the production cost of the airfoil blade.

Background

A manufacturing method of an airfoil blade for a fan comprises the following manufacturing steps:
preparing materials, namely preparing plates, and rolling the plates into a planar material plate through a rolling shaft of a rolling machine to remove the uneven defects on purchased plates;
blanking a plate, namely cutting the plate according to the outer contour shapes of the upper end surface, the lower end surface and the side edge of the airfoil blade, wherein the blanked cutting plate is in a planar shape after the airfoil blade is unfolded;
thirdly, radian forming, namely processing the cutting plate into a wavy radian plate by using a forming die;
folding the arc plate into a wing shape, bending and folding the arc plate to enable two side edges of the arc plate to be abutted together, and mounting the arc plate on a shaping clamp to shape the arc plate into the wing plate with the outer contour being the wing shape;
and fifthly, welding the tail part, namely welding and fixing the two side edges of the wing plate together.
Preferably, a plurality of connecting sheets are formed on the side edges of the upper side and the lower side of the cutting plate.
