As shown in fig. 1 and 4, two rotation limit switches are respectively arranged on the two sides of the axis of the spray cylinder 1 on the base 2, a rotation limit baffle for triggering the rotation limit switches is arranged on the bracket 3, the rotation limit baffle is an L-shaped plate 17, a short side plate of the L-shaped plate 17 is fixed at the bottom of the bracket 3, when the spray cylinder 1 and the bracket 3 rotate to the left in the circumferential direction relative to the base 2, when the L-shaped plate 17 rotates to the position of the left rotation limit switch 15, the L-shaped plate 17 and the left rotation limit switch 15 are blocked with each other to trigger the left rotation limit switch 15, and the left rotation limit switch 15 sends a signal to the controller 21, and the controller 21 controls the rotation driving device 14 to stop the spray cylinder 1 at the maximum limit position of the left rotation or to enable the spray cylinder 1 to rotate to the right; in the process that the atomizing cylinder 1 and the bracket 3 rotate rightwards relative to the base 2 in the circumferential direction, when the L-shaped plate 17 rotates to the position of the right-side rotation limit switch 16, the L-shaped plate 17 and the right-side rotation limit switch 16 are blocked mutually to trigger the right-side rotation limit switch 16, the right-side rotation limit switch 16 sends a signal to the controller 21, and the controller 21 controls the rotation driving device 14 to stop the atomizing cylinder 1 at the maximum limit position of the rightwards rotation or enable the atomizing cylinder 1 to rotate leftwards.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a rotary proximity switch 18 is disposed at a position between the two rotary limit switches in the circumferential direction of the base 2, and the L-shaped plate 17 can trigger the rotary proximity switch 18, so that the spray cylinder 1 is stopped at a position where the L-shaped plate 17 corresponds to the rotary proximity switch 18. That is, when the spray cylinder 1 is reset in the circumferential direction, the controller 21 is operated to cause the controller 21 to turn on the rotary proximity switch 18, so that the rotary proximity switch 18 is in an operating state, and when the spray cylinder 1 is rotated leftwards or rightwards until the L-shaped plate 17 triggers the rotary proximity switch 18, the rotary proximity switch 18 sends a signal to the controller 21, so that the controller 21 controls the rotary driving device 14, so that the spray cylinder 1 stops rotating, and the reset operation of the spray cylinder 1 in the circumferential direction is realized.
In this embodiment, the adjustment of the maximum upward elevation angle and the maximum downward depression angle is realized by adjusting the relative position of the upper trigger end of the trigger with respect to the rotation axis of the mounting section. In other embodiments, the position of the trigger is fixed, and a plurality of mounting holes or mounting rails can be arranged on the bracket to adjust the position of the pitching limit switch on the bracket, so that the adjustment of the maximum upward elevation angle and the maximum downward pitching angle is realized; or in other embodiments, in order to further enlarge the upper elevation angle and the lower depression angle of the spray cylinder, the position of the trigger end and the position of the pitch limit switch can be simultaneously adjusted, so that the spray cylinder has larger upper elevation angle and lower depression angle, and the adjustment range of the maximum pitch angle of the spray cylinder is enlarged.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the stability and the reliability of every single move limit switch in the course of the work, every single move limit switch sets up on the support, and the trigger piece sets up on the spray tube. In other embodiments, the pitching limit switch can be arranged on the spraying cylinder under the condition of meeting the stability and reliability of the pitching limit switch in the working process, and the corresponding trigger piece is arranged on the support.
In this embodiment, two pitching limit switches and two triggering pieces are respectively arranged on one side of the axis of the spraying cylinder so as to respectively adjust the maximum upper elevation angle and the maximum lower depression angle of the spraying cylinder. In other embodiments, one pitching limit switch can be arranged on one side of the axis of the spraying cylinder, two corresponding trigger pieces are arranged, and the maximum upper elevation angle and the maximum lower depression angle of the spraying cylinder are respectively adjusted by respectively adjusting the positions of the two trigger pieces; or in other embodiments, two pitching limit switches can be arranged on one side of the axis of the spraying cylinder, one corresponding trigger piece is arranged, and the maximum upper elevation angle and the maximum lower depression angle of the spraying cylinder are respectively adjusted by respectively adjusting the positions of the two pitching limit switches; or in other embodiments, two pitching limit switches positioned on one side of the axis of the spraying cylinder can be further provided, one corresponding triggering part is provided, the triggering part can be considered as two Z-shaped rods, the two Z-shaped rods share one mounting section and are rotatably assembled on the spraying cylinder through the mounting section, a back nut is arranged on the mounting section so as to fix the position of the triggering part through the back nut, two triggering ends are arranged on the triggering part, the two triggering ends are synchronously adjusted relative to the rotation axis of the mounting section, and the maximum upper elevation angle and the maximum lower depression angle of the spraying cylinder can be simultaneously increased or decreased by simultaneously adjusting the positions of the two triggering ends relative to the rotation axis.
In this embodiment, the triggering member is a rod-shaped structure, specifically, a Z-shaped rod, which has a simple structure, and can save the material cost of the triggering member and reduce the weight of the triggering member. In other embodiments, when the adjustment range of the maximum elevation angle and the maximum depression angle of the spray cylinder is small, the rod-shaped structure may be an L-shaped rod, the long side of the L-shaped rod is an installation section, the L-shaped rod is rotatably assembled on the spray cylinder through a thread, the trigger end is arranged on the short side of the L-shaped rod, the trigger end on the short side of the L-shaped rod triggers a corresponding elevation limit switch, and the maximum elevation angle and the maximum depression angle of the spray cylinder can be changed by changing the position of the short side of the L-shaped rod relative to the rotation axis of the installation section, so that the trigger of the L-shaped rod structure can save the material cost of the trigger and reduce the weight of the trigger; or in other embodiments, to increase the strength of the trigger, the trigger may also be a cam structure, where the rotation axis of the cam is the rotation axis of the trigger, and the edge of the cam is the trigger end for stopping triggering with the pitch limit switch.
In this embodiment, the pitching driving device includes a hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder is specifically a luffing cylinder, and the luffing cylinder drives the spray cylinder to pitch up and down, so as to simplify the structure of the pitching driving device. In other embodiments, the specific structural form of the pitching driving device is not limited, for example, the pitching driving device can also be a nut-screw structure, and the rotation of a motor or a hydraulic motor is converted into the linear motion of a screw, so that the spraying cylinder can pitch up and down around a cylinder pin; or the spraying cylinder can be regarded as a rocker mechanism, the motor or the hydraulic motor drives the crank to continuously rotate through the speed reducer, and the spraying cylinder can vertically pitch around the pin shaft of the cylinder body.
In this embodiment, every single move proximity switch sets up on the support, and corresponding baffle setting is on the spray drum to increase reliability and stability in every single move proximity switch working process. In other embodiments, when stability and reliability of the pitching proximity switch in the working process are met, the pitching proximity switch can be further arranged on the spraying cylinder, and the corresponding baffle can be further arranged on the support.
In this embodiment, gyration limit switch and gyration proximity switch all set up on the base, and corresponding gyration limit baffle is fixed in the support bottom to increase the reliability and the stability in gyration limit switch and the gyration proximity switch working process. Of course, in other embodiments, the rotation limit switch and the rotation proximity switch can also be both arranged on the bracket, and the corresponding rotation limit baffle is arranged on the base.
