S1、准备原料:利用蒸馏瓶装好自来水备用,点燃酒精炉,将蒸馏瓶放置酒精炉上方进行蒸馏水制备,称取定量的烟酰胺、熊果苷和VC,水杨酸、寡肽、维A酸和茶树,角鲨烷、金盏花、神经酰胺和虾青素;
S2、原料加工:将茶树的树叶放入压榨机内部进行榨汁,然后将汁液经过过滤器进行过滤备用;
S3、混合搅拌:将蒸馏水、烟酰胺、熊果苷和VC均倒入混合器内部,开启混合器对于以上材料之间混合,混合完毕后,将混合液倒入三个收集器皿其中的一个备用,并将混合器进行清洗干净;
将水杨酸、寡肽、维A酸和茶树汁液均倒入混合器内部,开启混合器对于以上材料之间混合,混合完毕后,将混合液倒入三个收集器皿其中的一个备用,并将混合器清洗干净;
将角鲨烷、金盏花、神经酰胺和虾青素倒入混合器内部,开启混合器对于以上材料之间进行混合,混合完毕后,将混合液倒入三个收集器皿其中的一个备用,并将混合器清洗干净。
S4、成品制备:将S3步骤中的三个收集器皿内部混合液全部倒入混合器内部,将混合器定时搅拌一个小时,待搅拌完毕后,利用检测设备检测其乳化程度,一旦达到标准即可将最终的混合液倒入存储罐内部。
本发明提供了一种修复护肤制剂制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该修复护肤制剂制备方法,通过烟酰胺、熊果苷和VC之间的充分混合,达到可以增加美白祛痘印的效果,相对较同类产生具有较大优势,通过水杨酸、寡肽、维A酸和茶树之间的充分混合,达到增加抗痘效果,避免脸部易生痘,通过角鲨烷、金盏花、神经酰胺和虾青素之间的充分混合,达到对于已产生的痘印起到很好的修复作用,解决了目前市场上针对抗痘祛痘印产品,使用效果单一,修复效果不明显,且易复发的问题。
2、该修复护肤制剂制备方法,通过烟酰胺、熊果苷和VC,水杨酸、寡肽、维A酸和茶树,角鲨烷、金盏花、神经酰胺和虾青素之间的相互混合,制得乳化产品涂抹于脸部,可以有效避免生痘和祛痘印的效果,同时还具有一定的美白效果,使得所使用的人更加自信,不必为了满脸痘印和痘痘而自卑。

一种修复护肤制剂,包括以下组成成分及其重量百分百:
蒸馏水:20-80%;
烟酰胺:5-30%;
熊果苷:1-10%;
VC:5-25%。

混合搅拌:将蒸馏水、烟酰胺、熊果苷和VC均倒入混合器内部,开启混合器对于以上材料之间混合,混合完毕后,将混合液倒入三个收集器皿其中的一个备用,并将混合器进行清洗干净,烟酰胺又称尼克酰胺,是烟酸的酰胺化合物,为白色的结晶性粉末;无臭或几乎无臭,味苦;略有引湿性,在水或乙醇中易溶,在甘油中溶解,烟酰胺是维生素B3的一种衍生物,也是美容皮肤科学领域公认的皮肤抗老化成份,近年来越来越为人们所重视,其在皮肤抗老化方面最重要的功效是减轻和预防皮肤在早期衰老过程中产生的肤色黯淡、发黄、菜色。当然,烟酰胺对皮肤的贡献远不止这些,也可以修复受损的角质层脂质屏障,提高皮肤抵抗力。还有一些可能被人们忽视的功效,就是烟酰胺的深层锁水功效,所以,含有烟酰胺的护肤品对都有极强的锁水、保湿功效。当烟酰胺作用浓度为0.25和1.25mg/ml时,黑素细胞中黑素小体的运动速率明显增加(P<0.05),同时细胞中黑素小体密集度随烟酰胺浓度增加而下降.结论烟酰胺参与黑素的转运过程并能加快黑素细胞中黑素小体的运动速率,显示烟酰胺对钙泵、细胞动力蛋白Dynein表达和黑素小体运动具有调控作用,作用浓度为一重要调节因素。

一种修复护肤制剂,包括以下组成成分及其重量百分百:
水杨酸:5%;
寡肽:25%;
维A酸:2%;
茶树:15%。

将水杨酸、寡肽、维A酸和茶树汁液均倒入混合器内部,开启混合器对于以上材料之间混合,混合完毕后,将混合液倒入三个收集器皿其中的一个备用,并将混合器清洗干净,多寡肽是肽的一种分类,分子量段一般在1000道尔顿以下,也称作小肽,寡肽、低聚肽或称为小分子活性肽,一般由4--10个氨基酸组成,超过的就称为多肽,氨基酸为50多个以上的多肽称为蛋白质。与其他肽的区别是,在人体不需消化,即可直接吸收。寡肽又可分为:寡肽-1、寡肽-3、寡肽-5等,寡肽-6又称为六肽或六胜肽,寡肽在人体内变成运输工具,将各种微量元素运输到人体各部位,使得各种护肤材料更易进入皮下快速吸收,以增加材料的利用率。

一种修复护肤制剂,包括以下组成成分及其重量百分百:

金盏花:8%;
神经酰胺:15%;
虾青素:15%。

将角鲨烷、金盏花、神经酰胺和虾青素倒入混合器内部,开启混合器对于以上材料之间进行混合,混合完毕后,将混合液倒入三个收集器皿其中的一个备用,并将混合器清洗干净,神经酰胺存在于所有的真核细胞中,对细胞分化、增殖、凋亡、衰老等生命活动具有重要调节作用。神经酰胺作为皮肤角质层细胞间脂质的主要成分,不仅在鞘磷脂途径中作为第二信使分子,还对表皮角质层形成过程发挥重要作用,具有维持皮肤屏障、保湿、抗衰老、美白和疾病治疗等作用;虾青素作为新型化妆品原料,以其优良的特性广泛应用于膏霜、乳剂、唇用香脂、护肤品等各类化妆品中。特别是在高级化妆品领域,天然虾青素以其独特的分子结构,通过其抗氧作用,可以高效地猝灭紫外线引起的自由基,防止皮肤光老化、减少UVA和UVB对皮肤的伤害、防止皮肤癌的产生、延缓细胞衰老、减少皮肤皱纹、减少黑色素沉积、减少雀斑产生,可保持水分,让皮肤更有弹性、张力和润泽感,以此也起到对于皮肤一定的修复效果。
实施例四:
一种修复护肤制剂,包括以下制备材料:
利用蒸馏瓶装好自来水备用,点燃酒精炉,将蒸馏瓶放置酒精炉上方进行蒸馏水制备,称取定量的烟酰胺、熊果苷和VC,水杨酸、寡肽、维A酸和茶树,角鲨烷、金盏花、神经酰胺和虾青素。

将以上实施例中的三个收集器皿内部混合液全部倒入混合器内部,将混合器定时搅拌一个小时,待搅拌完毕后,利用检测设备检测其乳化程度,一旦达到标准即可将最终的混合液倒入存储罐内部。

蒸馏水:20-80%;

水杨酸:5%;
寡肽:25%;
维A酸:2%;
茶树:15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复护肤制剂,其特征在于:包括以下组成成分及其重量百分百:
角鲨烷:10%;
金盏花:8%;
神经酰胺:15%;
虾青素:15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复护肤制剂,其特征在于:包括以下制备用设备:蒸馏瓶、酒精炉、压榨机、过滤器、三个收集器皿、混合器和存储罐。

S4、成品制备:将S3步骤中的三个收集器皿内部混合液全部倒入混合器内部,将混合器定时搅拌一个小时,待搅拌完毕后,利用检测设备检测其乳化程度,一旦达到标准即可将最终的混合液倒入存储罐内部。
