a fifth support 3345, wherein the fifth support 3345 is disposed at one side of the first base 1;
a connecting rod 3346, wherein the connecting rod 3346 is slidably disposed on the fifth support 3345, and is elastically connected to the fifth support 3345 through a fourth spring 3347, and one end of the connecting rod 3346 is abutted against the connecting plate 332; and
a second rack 3348, the second rack 3348 is disposed at the other end of the connecting rod 3346, and is meshably disposed with the second gear 3344.
It should be noted that, a supporting seat 14 is disposed on the first base 1, a circular sliding groove 141 for the push rod 331 to slide is disposed on the supporting seat 14, and the second driving element 34 is disposed on the supporting seat 14.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the clamping assembly 41 includes:
the bottom plate 411 is connected with a chain link at the side of the first conveying mechanism 4 through a connecting block 412, a first guide rod 413 is arranged at the rear part of the bottom plate 411, and a forming part 414 is arranged at the front end part of the bottom plate 411; and
a fitting plate 415, wherein the fitting plate 415 is elastically arranged on the first guide rod 413 by a fifth spring 416 along the length direction of the first guide rod 413, the front end part of the fitting plate 415 is provided with an annular hoop 417, and the annular hoop 417 is matched with the molding piece 414 to press and position the base cloth; the side of the first conveying mechanism 4 is provided with a second rail 418, and the matching plate 415 is matched with the second rail 418.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the cloth clamping assembly 51 includes:
the first clamping pieces 511 are arranged in an array along the conveying direction of the second conveying mechanism 5, and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping assemblies 411; and

The working process is as follows:
as shown in fig. 11 to 15, the decocting apparatus 2 is used for decocting the plaster slurry, after the decoction is completed, the plaster slurry is poured into the water cooling tank 11 manually, the plaster slurry is detoxified in the water cooling tank 11, the second driving member 314 drives the first rotating shaft 312 to rotate, the plaster slurry is stirred by the stirring blade 313, so that the plaster slurry does not move continuously in the horizontal cold tank 11, meanwhile, due to the action of the planetary wheel set 315, the rotating directions of the second support 321 and the first rotating shaft 312 are opposite, the rotating directions of the second rotating shaft 322 and the first rotating shaft 312 are consistent, the second rotating shaft 322 generates an adhesion effect on the plaster slurry, meanwhile, the furling plate 3233 has a scraping effect on the inner wall of the water cooling tank 11, when the abutting member 3234 abuts against the rail 3235, the two furling plates 3233 are furled inwards, so that the adhesion effect of the plaster slurry on the second rotating shaft 322 is better, when the plaster slurry is furled onto the second rotating shaft 322, the cold water in the water cooling tank 11 is discharged, the second driving member 314 stops operating, the second rotating shaft 322 is just positioned on the discharging station, the first driving member 34 drives the pushing rod 331 to move downwards, the pushing rod 331 pushes the plaster slurry on the second rotating shaft 322 out of the second rotating shaft 322, the pushing rod 331 pushes the plaster slurry to contact with the touch plate 3333, the touch plate 3333 slides downwards, meanwhile, due to the elastic action of the third spring 3334, pressure exists between the touch plate 3333 and the pushing rod 331 to compact the plaster slurry into a cylindrical shape, after the touch plate 3333 is separated from the discharging port 12, the connecting plate 332 pushes the connecting rod 3346 to operate, the second rack 3348 is meshed with the second gear 3344 to drive the third rotating shaft 3342 to rotate, because the first rack 3335 is meshed with the first gear 3343, the sliding piece 3331 slides along the sliding section 13, the touch plate 3333 is separated from the plaster slurry, the pushing rod 331 continues to push the plaster slurry downwards, the plaster slurry is discharged from the sliding section 13, the cutting knife 136 cuts the plaster slurry at intervals, so that the plaster slurry falls onto the first conveying mechanism 4, the second conveying mechanism 5 conveys the cloth clamping component 51, the first clamping piece 511 and the second clamping piece 512 clamp the base cloth and are conveyed and transferred to a position between the bottom plate 411 and the matching plate 415 by the second conveying mechanism 5, the matching plate 415 moves downwards under the action of the second track 418, the matching plate 415 drives the base cloth clamped by the first clamping piece 511 and the second clamping piece 512 downwards in the downward movement process, the bottom plate 411 and the matching plate 415 are matched to position and firmly clamp the base cloth, when the base cloth moves to a position below the profiling mechanism 6, the film conveying mechanism 7 conveys the film to a profiling station, the film is positioned above the plaster slurry, the second air cylinder 62 pushes the dynamic pressure forming piece 63 downwards to press and form the film, the plaster slurry and the base cloth into a whole, and simultaneously the profile of the profiling piece 63 is matched with the profile of the forming piece 414, the plaster slurry can not flow in disorder, is in an integral regular shape, improves the forming quality of the Chinese medicinal plaster, and is taken out manually or by a manipulator for sequential circulation.

1. A device for forming a patch, comprising;
the device comprises a first base (1), wherein a decocting device (2) is arranged on the first base (1), the decocting device (2) is used for decocting paste, and a water cooling tank (11) is arranged on the first base (1);
the forming mechanism (3) comprises a stirring assembly (31), a gathering assembly (32), a discharging assembly (33) and a first driving piece (34), and the stirring assembly (31) is rotatably arranged in the water cooling tank (11); the rotating direction of the gathering component (32) is opposite to that of the stirring component (31), and the gathering component (32) rotates to gather plaster slurry; the discharging assembly (33) is arranged on the first base (1), and the position of the discharging assembly (33) corresponding to the furling assembly (32) is a discharging station; the first driving piece (34) is positioned above the discharging station and drives the discharging assembly (33) to act;
the first conveying mechanism (4), the first conveying mechanism (4) is positioned below the first base (1), the first conveying mechanism (4) conveys clamping assemblies (41) at intervals along the width direction of the first base (1), and the clamping assemblies (41) clamp base cloth;
the second conveying mechanism (5) is arranged below the first base (1) and is positioned on one side of the first conveying mechanism (4), the conveying direction of the second conveying mechanism (5) is the same as that of the second conveying mechanism (5), the second conveying mechanism (5) conveys a cloth clamping assembly (51) along the conveying direction, and the cloth clamping assembly (51) conveys base cloth to the clamping assembly (41);
the profiling mechanism (6) is arranged above the middle part of the first conveying mechanism (4), the profiling mechanism (6) is used for profiling the medicinal patches, and the position, corresponding to the first conveying mechanism (4), of the profiling mechanism (6) is a profiling station; and
the film feeding mechanism (7), the film feeding mechanism (7) is arranged on one side of the profiling mechanism (6), and the film feeding mechanism (7) conveys the film to a profiling station;
the agitating assembly (31) comprises:
the first bracket (311) is arranged on the first base (1) and is positioned above the water cooling tank (11);
a first rotating shaft (312), wherein the first rotating shaft (312) is rotatably arranged on the first bracket (311);
a stirring blade (313), the stirring blade (313) being disposed on the first rotation axis (312) along a circumferential array of the first rotation axis (312);
a second driving member (314), wherein the second driving member (314) drives the first rotating shaft (312) to rotate; and
a planetary gear set (315), the planetary gear set (315) comprising a sun gear (3151), a planet gear (3152) and a ring gear (3153), the sun gear (3151) being arranged on the first rotation axis (312) and rotating synchronously with the first rotation axis (312); the planet wheel (3152) is rotatably arranged on the first bracket (311) and is meshed with the sun wheel (3151); the gear ring (3153) is meshed with the planet wheel (3152), and is positioned outside the planet wheel (3152);
the furling assembly (32) includes:
a second bracket (321), wherein the second bracket (321) is connected with the gear ring (3153);
the second rotating shaft (322) is rotatably arranged on the second bracket (321), and is in transmission connection with the first rotating shaft (312) through a planetary gear set (315); and
the folding unit (323) is arranged below the second support (321), and is arranged in a sliding manner along the length direction of the second support (321);
the gathering unit (323) includes:
the third support (3231), the third support (3231) is symmetrically arranged below the second support (321);
the first spring (3232) is arranged on the third support (3231), and the first spring (3232) and the third support (3231) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the furling plate (3233) is connected with the first spring (3232), and the two furling plates (3233) are matched;
the contact pieces (3234) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the furling plates (3233) and are arranged in a sliding manner along the length direction of the second bracket (321); and
the first rail (3235), one of the first rails (3235) is disposed on the first base (1), the other of the first rails (3235) is disposed on the first bracket (311), and the first rail (3235) and the abutting part (3234) can be disposed in an abutting manner.

The medicine patch forming device according to claim 1, wherein a discharge port (12) is arranged below the first base (1), the discharge port (12) corresponds to a discharge station and is communicated with the water cooling groove (11), a sliding section (13) is arranged below the discharge port (12), sliding grooves (132) are formed in two sides of the sliding section (13), a discharge channel (133) is connected below the sliding section (13), a push plate is arranged in the discharge channel (133) in a sliding manner and driven by a second air cylinder (135), a cutter (136) is arranged at the front end of the discharge channel (133), and the cutter (136) acts at intervals.
3. Patch forming device according to claim 2, characterized in that said outfeed assembly (33) comprises:
the pushing rod (331), the pushing rod (331) is slidably arranged on the second rotating shaft (322) along the length direction of the second rotating shaft (322), and is sleeved outside the second rotating shaft (322), and the pushing rod (331) is driven by the second driving piece (314);
the connecting plate (332), the connecting plate (332) is arranged in the middle of the push rod (331), and the connecting plate and the second bracket (321) are elastically connected through a second spring (335);
the discharging piece (333) is slidably arranged in the discharging hole (12), the discharging piece (333) comprises a sliding piece (3331), a baffle plate (3332), a contact plate (3333) and a first rack (3335), the sliding piece (3331) is slidably arranged in the sliding section (13), the baffle plate (3332) is arranged on the sliding piece (3331), the contact plate (3333) is slidably arranged in the discharging hole (12) and is connected with the sliding piece (3331) through a third spring (3334), and the first racks (3335) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the sliding piece (3331) and are slidably arranged in the sliding groove (132); and
linkage unit (334), linkage unit (334) symmetry set up in the both sides of first base (1), connecting plate (332) promote linkage unit (334) action drives ejection of compact piece (333) slide.
4. Patch forming device according to claim 3, characterized in that said linkage unit (334) comprises:
a fourth support (3341), wherein the fourth support (3341) is arranged at the bottom of the first base (1);
a third rotation shaft (3342), the third rotation shaft (3342) being rotatably disposed on the fourth support (3341);
a first gear (3343), wherein the first gear (3343) is arranged at one end of the third rotating shaft (3342) and meshed with the first rack (3335);
a second gear (3344), the second gear (3344) being provided at the other end of the third rotating shaft (3342) with respect to the first gear (3343);
a fifth support (3345), wherein the fifth support (3345) is arranged on one side of the first base (1);
the connecting rod (3346), the connecting rod (3346) is slidably disposed on the fifth support (3345), and is elastically connected to the fifth support (3345) through a fourth spring (3347), and one end of the connecting rod (3346) is abutted to the connecting plate (332); and
a second rack (3348), the second rack (3348) is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod (3346), and the second rack and the second gear (3344) can be meshed.
5. Patch forming device according to claim 1, characterized in that said holding member (41) comprises:
the bottom plate (411) is connected with a chain link at the side of the first conveying mechanism (4) through a connecting block (412), a first guide rod (413) is arranged at the rear part of the bottom plate (411), and a forming part (414) is arranged at the front end part of the bottom plate (411); and
the matching plate (415), the matching plate (415) is elastically arranged on the first guide rod (413) along the length direction of the first guide rod (413) through a fifth spring (416), the front end part of the matching plate (415) is provided with an annular hoop (417), and the annular hoop (417) is matched with the forming piece (414) to press and position the base cloth; and a second rail (418) is arranged on the side edge of the first conveying mechanism (4), and the matching plate (415) is matched with the second rail (418).
