An intelligent foot massage shoe comprising: the magnetorheological fluid device comprises magnetorheological fluid 1, a magnetorheological fluid storage bin 2, a magnetorheological fluid channel 3, a magnetorheological fluid cavity 4, a coil 5, a single chip microcomputer 6, a piezoelectric film 7, a super capacitor 8, an electric control valve 9 and a wireless communication module 10; the magnetorheological fluid storage bin 2 is connected with the magnetorheological fluid cavity 4 through a magnetorheological fluid channel 3; the coil 5, the piezoelectric film 7 and the super capacitor 8 are connected; the super capacitor 8, the electric control valve 9, the shoe end communication module and the singlechip 6 are connected; the single chip microcomputer 6 controls whether the electric control valves 9 at two ends of the magnetorheological fluid storage bin 2 at the arch position are opened or not, and due to the pressure of a human body on the magnetorheological fluid storage bin, the magnetorheological fluid flows into the magnetorheological fluid cavities 4 corresponding to all acupuncture points of the sole through the magnetorheological fluid channels 3; the super capacitor 8 supplies current with corresponding strength to the coils in the magnetorheological fluid storage bin corresponding to the corresponding acupuncture points of the half sole, the coils generate a magnetic field required by the magnetorheological fluid after being electrified, and the magnetorheological fluid becomes hard and soft continuously along with the change of the magnetic field, so that accurate massage of different acupuncture points of the half sole with different forces is realized.
The sole of the intelligent foot bottom massage shoe is also provided with a pressure ceramic plate 12 and a GPS chip 13 which are arranged in the prior art; the piezoelectric ceramic piece 12 is arranged in the half sole of the sole and is used for counting the walking steps of a user, when the user walks, the pressure ceramic piece can vibrate and bend, an electric signal can be generated after the pressure ceramic piece vibrates and bends, and each generated electric signal is regarded as one step of walking of the user; the single chip microcomputer calculates the walking speed of the user according to the user moving distance and the time provided by the GPS chip 13.
The intelligent sole massage shoe is characterized in that the existing miniature gyroscope is arranged in the sole of the intelligent sole massage shoe, on one hand, the gyroscope can measure the moving direction of a user and provide a more accurate motion track for the user by matching with the GPS chip 13, on the other hand, the gyroscope can measure the acceleration of the user during walking and running and measure the moving speed of the user by matching with the GPS chip 13 and the pressure ceramic piece 12, so that more accurate speed information is provided for the user; the gyroscope is connected with the single chip microcomputer 6, and the single chip microcomputer receives monitoring data of the pressure ceramic chip, the GPS chip and the gyroscope and then analyzes and calculates the moving direction and speed of the user.
The magnetorheological fluid 1 is an intelligent material and is prepared by suspending magnetic particles and an anti-settling coagulation additive in a mother solution according to a certain proportion; under the condition of no magnetic field, the magnetorheological fluid is in a Newtonian fluid state, but at the moment of applying the magnetic field, the rheological properties such as viscosity, plasticity and the like of the magnetorheological fluid can be changed sharply, the transition from the Newtonian fluid to the non-Newtonian fluid can be realized within millisecond level and is in a semi-solid state or a solid state, and the transition is reversible, so that the magnetorheological phenomenon is generated; in the intelligent sole massage shoe, magnetorheological fluid flowing into the magnetorheological fluid cavity is hardened in a magnetic field generated by the coil and then collides with sole acupuncture points, the magnetic field is softened after cancellation, and the sole acupuncture points are massaged by utilizing the repeated softening and hardening processes of the magnetorheological fluid and the pressure of the sole on the sole.
The magnetorheological fluid storage bin 2 is a bin body made of a flexible material and is arranged inside the arch of the sole; one end of the bin body faces the heel, the other end faces the half sole, and two ends of the bin body are respectively provided with an electric control valve 9 for controlling the outflow and inflow of the magnetorheological fluid 1 in the bin; the singlechip 6 controls the opening and closing of the electric control valves 9 at the two ends according to the massage part selected by the user; the electric control valve 9 has three general working schemes, namely, a half sole valve is opened and a heel valve is closed, a half sole valve is closed and a heel valve is opened, and the half sole and heel valves are alternately opened and closed; the massage parts corresponding to the three schemes are the half sole, the arch, the heel and the whole sole respectively.
The magnetorheological fluid channel 3 is a pipeline made of flexible materials, the diameter of the pipeline is determined according to the sizes of the magnetorheological fluid storage bin 1 and the magnetorheological fluid cavity 3, and the magnetorheological fluid can smoothly and quickly flow in the magnetorheological fluid storage bin and the magnetorheological fluid cavity; the two electric control valves 9 are respectively connected with a total magnetorheological fluid channel, and the latter channels are connected to the magnetorheological fluid cavities corresponding to the acupuncture points in a crotch shape.
The magnetorheological fluid cavity 4 is made of flexible materials, the whole appearance is bullet-shaped, and one end with a tip faces to the sole of a foot; distributed at the corresponding positions of the acupuncture points of each sole in the sole; the number of sole acupuncture points determined by the medical field is 66, namely 33 acupuncture points are respectively distributed on the soles of the left foot and the right foot, 33 magnetorheological fluid cavities 4 are distributed in each sole, and the magnetorheological fluid cavities are mutually communicated through magnetorheological fluid channels; the number of the magnetorheological fluid cavities 4 of the intelligent foot massage shoe is not limited to 66, and the establishment of the magnetorheological fluid cavities 4 under certain unimportant acupuncture points can be cancelled according to the requirements of users; for more important acupuncture points, the original magnetorheological fluid cavity can be changed into more than one small magnetorheological fluid cavity aiming at one acupuncture point at the same time; for the newly added acupuncture points, the corresponding magnetorheological fluid cavities 4 are added at the sole positions of the newly added acupuncture points; a coil 5 installed in a spring is arranged in the magnetorheological fluid cavity 4, and the coil provides a magnetic field required by work for the magnetorheological fluid in the cavity after being electrified; the coils in each cavity are powered by a specific lead, and the single chip microcomputer 6 controls the working condition of the magnetorheological fluid in each coil, namely each magnetorheological fluid cavity independently, so that personalized massage of a user is realized; the wires for supplying power to the coils 5 are arranged according to the magneto-rheological channels, and the single chip microcomputer 6 controls the power supply strength of the super capacitor to each coil to control the working strength of the magneto-rheological fluid in each magneto-rheological fluid cavity, so that the massage strength to each acupuncture point is controlled.
The piezoelectric film 7 is an existing device, adopts the piezoelectric effect to generate electricity, and converts the pressure of the sole on the sole into electric energy when a user walks; the piezoelectric films 7 are distributed in gaps between the magnetorheological fluid cavities and the magnetorheological fluid channels in the half sole and the heel sole, each piezoelectric film 7 is connected with a super capacitor installed inside the arch of the sole, electric energy generated by the piezoelectric films is stored in the super capacitor 8, and the super capacitor 8 supplies power to other power consumption elements on the intelligent sole massage shoe.
The temperature sensor 11 is further installed at the arch position of the insole of the intelligent foot massage shoe and used for monitoring the temperature of the foot of a user in real time, so that the user can clearly master the temperature in the shoe and take further measures to improve the comfort of the user.
The intelligent foot massage shoe is also provided with an APP used by a user, the APP is installed at a mobile equipment end of the user and used for visualizing massage service, foot sole temperature monitoring results, step numbers, walking speed and real-time positions on the intelligent foot massage shoe, and meanwhile, the user can realize personalized service selection on the APP, namely, the user can select whether the foot sole part to be massaged, a specific massage acupuncture point, massage force, the temperature sensor 11 and the pressure ceramic piece 12GPS chip 13 work or not on the APP; information transmission and communication between the APP and each part on the shoe are realized through the wireless communication module, the shoe end communication module and the mobile end communication module are arranged at the mobile end, the shoe end communication module is connected with the single chip microcomputer 6, and the mobile end communication module is connected with the APP; after the user selects the corresponding massage area, the specific massage point and the massage strength, the singlechip 6 controls whether the electric control valve is opened or not and the intensity of the current in the coil at the specific position according to the service information selected by the user so as to achieve the service state selected by the user.
In a system circuit diagram of the intelligent foot massage shoe, the model of the adopted singlechip is AT89C 51. In a clock circuit, a crystal oscillator is used for providing a basic clock signal for a system, and usually one crystal oscillator is shared by one system so as to keep all parts synchronous; the sizes of the two resonance capacitors depend on the load capacitance value of the crystal oscillator and are used for filtering interference.
In order to ensure the operation of the singlechip, a reset circuit is added to the singlechip. The reset circuit has the following functions: the power-on reset may reset the internal memory; synchronizing internal and external clock signals; when the voltage fluctuates or is unstable, the reset circuit delays the circuit until the circuit is stable; when the program has an error, the single chip microcomputer is restored to a normal operation state through the reset circuit.
The super capacitor is a secondary power supply with super-strong electricity storage capacity. When the electrode is charged, the charges on the surface of the electrode attract the opposite ions in the electrolyte solution around, so that the ions are attached to the surface of the electrode to form a double charge layer. The wireless communication circuit adopts a sound meter device, so that the circuit stability is obviously improved. In addition, the frequency stability is almost the same as that of a crystal oscillator, the fundamental frequency can reach hundreds of kilohertz, and compared with the crystal oscillator, the circuit is very simple. The piezoelectric ceramic sheet is mainly used to convert mechanical energy into electric energy, where the piezoelectric ceramic generates electric energy by generating a discharge phenomenon on a surface using human pressure.
The process is described as follows: the device controls the magneto-rheological state by utilizing the strength of a magnetic field generated by the coil, thereby realizing the foot massage. The sole is provided with a temperature sensor and a GPS chip, can acquire temperature and position information in real time, and realizes interactive communication with a mobile phone client through wireless communication, so that the massage state of the device can be controlled at the client.

An intelligent foot massage shoe comprising: the magnetorheological fluid detection device comprises magnetorheological fluid (1), a magnetorheological fluid storage bin (2), a magnetorheological fluid channel (3), a magnetorheological fluid cavity (4), a coil (5), a single chip microcomputer (6), a piezoelectric film (7), a super capacitor (8), an electric control valve (9) and a wireless communication module (10); the magnetorheological fluid storage bin (2) is connected with the magnetorheological fluid cavity (4) through the magnetorheological fluid channel (3); the coil (5), the piezoelectric film (7) and the super capacitor (8) are connected; the super capacitor (8), the electric control valve (9), the shoe end communication module and the singlechip (6) are connected; the single chip microcomputer (6) controls whether the electric control valves (9) at two ends of the magnetorheological fluid storage bin (2) at the arch position are opened or not, and due to the pressure of a human body on the magnetorheological fluid storage bin, the magnetorheological fluid flows into the magnetorheological fluid cavities (4) corresponding to all acupuncture points of the sole through the magnetorheological fluid channel (3); the super capacitor (8) supplies current with corresponding strength to the coils in the magnetorheological fluid storage bins corresponding to the corresponding acupuncture points of the half sole, the coils generate a magnetic field required by the magnetorheological fluid after being electrified, and the magnetorheological fluid becomes hard and soft repeatedly along with the change of the magnetic field, so that accurate massage of different acupuncture points of the half sole with different forces is realized;
the sole of the intelligent foot bottom massage shoe is also provided with a pressure ceramic plate (12) and a GPS chip (13) which are arranged in the prior art; the piezoelectric ceramic piece (12) is arranged in the half sole of the sole and is used for counting the walking steps of a user, when the user walks, the pressure ceramic piece can vibrate and bend, an electric signal can be generated after the pressure ceramic piece vibrates and bends, and each generated electric signal is regarded as one step of walking of the user; the single chip microcomputer calculates the walking speed of the user according to the user moving distance and time provided by the GPS chip (13);
the existing miniature gyroscope is arranged in the sole of the intelligent foot massage shoe, on one hand, the gyroscope can measure the moving direction of a user and provide a more accurate motion track for the user by matching with the GPS chip (13), on the other hand, the gyroscope can measure the acceleration of the user during walking and running and measure the moving speed of the user by matching with the GPS chip (13) and the pressure ceramic piece (12), so that more accurate speed information is provided for the user; the gyroscope is connected with the single chip microcomputer (6), and the single chip microcomputer receives monitoring data of the pressure ceramic chip, the GPS chip and the gyroscope and then analyzes and calculates the moving direction and speed of a user.
