本发明公开了一种八月瓜的无籽栽培方法,包括冬季修剪、早春的管理、开花前的处理、花期的处理、花后果实膨大期的处理和采收前的处理。在花序生长至可明显区分雌花和雄花但花朵尚未盛开时,从花序中部雌、雄花交界处剪下,把雄花剪除,对花序喷施1次赤霉素、油菜素内脂、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰和钼酸铵,待药液晾干后,用无孔打蜡纸质果袋或信封把花序套严、扎紧。待幼果长至花生米大小时,喷施1次赤霉素、油菜素内脂、氯吡脲和硝酸钾;待果实长至鹌鹑蛋大小时,施膨果肥;施完膨果肥后,立即喷施1次膨果剂。本发明通过在开花期和果实膨大期进行花果管理而达到了生产无籽八月瓜的目的,具有较高的创新性和利用价值。

本发明涉及果树生产技术领域,具体为一种八月瓜的无籽栽培方法。
背景技术
八月瓜(Holboellia latifolia Wall.)是近年来兴起的第三代新型果树,为常绿木质藤本,掌状复叶有小叶3片,花为腋生总状花序,同一花序上雌雄异花,雌花位于靠近花序柄的位置,雌花位于花序下端部位;果为不规则的长圆形或椭圆形;种子多数,倒卵形。花期4-5月,果期7-9月。在我国主要分布于云南、贵州、四川、江西和西藏东南部。八月瓜四季常绿,是优良的攀援绿化树种;盆栽可作垂吊装饰或桩景材料,观叶赏花尝果,并且香味持久,又是很好的蜜源植物。果实除鲜食外还可酿酒、制作果桨和饮料,其果肉清香甘甜,但由于种子太多,严重影响了其口感和品质,使其整个产业发展缓慢。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种八月瓜的无籽栽培方法,本发明通过在开花期和果实膨大期进行花果管理而达到了生产无籽八月瓜的目的,具有较高的创新性和利用价值。
根据本发明的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种八月瓜的无籽栽培方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:冬季修剪
冬季修剪时把已经结过果的老枝、过密枝、病虫害枝、枯枝剪去,然后把留下的枝条拉匀,在棚架上进行绑缚;
步骤2:早春的管理
早春新梢萌发时施足肥料,3年生以上成年树每株施氮肥100g、磷肥50g和钾肥50g,做好病虫害的预防工作,保护好新梢和叶片;
步骤3:开花前的处理
花芽萌发后形成花序,雌花位于靠近花序柄处的数朵,雄花为花序末端数朵,在花序生长至可明显区分雌花和雄花但花朵尚未盛开时,用剪刀从花序中部雌、雄花交界处剪下,把雄花全部剪除,然后着重对花序喷施1次赤霉素20-30mg/L、油菜素内脂0.1-0.2mg/L、磷酸二氢钾2-5g/L、硼砂2g/L、硫酸锌2g/L、硫酸亚铁5g/L、硫酸锰2g/L和钼酸铵1g/L,待药液晾干后,立即用无孔打蜡纸质果袋或信封把花序套严、扎紧,防止风或昆虫传粉;
步骤4:花期的处理
整个花期均要严格套袋,在50%的花朵开始凋谢时叶面喷施1次赤霉素30-50mg/L、防落素15-30mg/L、磷酸二氢钾2-5g/L和尿素2-5g/L;结果枝长至15片叶时及时封顶,之后对萌发的腋芽要及时抹除;
步骤5:花后果实膨大期的处理
未经授粉的幼果无籽,不能产生促进果实膨大的细胞分裂素类激素,需人工喷施外源膨果剂;花后,为了不妨碍幼果的生长,要及时把所套的袋子摘除;待幼果长至花生米大小时,喷施1次赤霉素30-50mg/L、油菜素内脂0.2-0.5mg/L、氯吡脲5-10mg/L和硝酸钾3-6g/L;待果实长至鹌鹑蛋大小时,施膨果肥,3年生以上成年树每株施氮肥100g、磷肥30g、钾肥70g;
施完膨果肥后,立即喷施1次膨果剂,做好病虫害的预防工作,保护好果实,同时摘除所有非必要的枝梢;
步骤6:采收前的处理
在果实即将成熟时套上水果网套,以防其成熟后裂开。
进一步地,步骤4中,八月瓜新梢容易缠绕生长,其结果枝是1年生成熟枝条,除留作翌年结果的枝条外,其余无果枝条尽早剪除。

实施例1
一种八月瓜的无籽栽培方法,自2017年1月至今,在云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州东风农场管理局明以则社区果园,依照本发明所述方法进行八月瓜的无籽栽培,进行如下操作:
冬季修剪:八月瓜的主要结果枝为一年生成熟枝条。冬季修剪时应把已经结过果的老枝、过密枝、病虫害枝、枯枝等剪去,然后把留下的枝条拉匀,在棚架上进行绑缚。
早春的管理:早春新梢萌发时应施足肥料,3年生以上成年树每株施氮(N)100g、磷(P2O5)50g、钾(KO2)50g。做好病虫害的预防工作,保护好新梢和叶片。
开花前的处理:花芽萌发后形成花序,八月瓜的花序为总状花序,雌花位于靠近花序柄处的数朵,雄花为花序末端数朵。在花序生长至可以明显区分雌花和雄花但花朵尚未盛开时,用剪刀从花序中部雌、雄花交界处剪下,把雄花全部剪除,然后着重对花序喷施1次赤霉素(GA3)20-30mg/L、油菜素内脂0.1-0.2mg/L、磷酸二氢钾2-5g/L、硼砂2g/L、硫酸锌2g/L、硫酸亚铁5g/L、硫酸锰2g/L和钼酸铵1g/L,待药液晾干后,立即用大小适合的无孔打蜡纸质果袋或信封把花序套严、扎紧,防止风或昆虫传粉。
花期的处理:整个花期均要严格套袋,防治雌花被授粉。去雄、套袋后,雌花未能授粉,幼果极容易脱落,所以花期处理的重点是保住幼果。在50%左右的花朵开始凋谢时叶面喷施1次赤霉素(GA3)30-50mg/L、防落素15-30mg/L、磷酸二氢钾2-5g/L和尿素2-5g/L。为防止新梢生长与花果竞争养分,结果枝长至20片叶时要及时封顶,之后对萌发的腋芽要及时抹除。八月瓜枝梢生长旺盛,新梢容易缠绕生长,其结果枝是1年生成熟枝条,除留作翌年结果的枝条外,其余无果枝条尽早剪除。
花后果实膨大期的处理:未经授粉的幼果无籽,不能产生促进果实膨大的细胞分裂素类激素,因此需要人工喷施外源膨果剂。花后,为了不妨碍幼果的生长,要及时把所套的袋子摘除。待幼果长至花生米大小时,喷施1次赤霉素(GA3)30-50mg/L、油菜素内脂0.2-0.5mg/L、氯吡脲5-10mg/L和硝酸钾3-6g/L。待果实长至鹌鹑蛋大小时,施膨果肥,3年生以上成年树每株施氮(N)100g、磷(P2O5)30g、钾(KO2)70g。施完膨果肥后,立即喷施1次膨果剂,膨果剂用油菜素内脂0.2-0.5mg/L、噻苯隆0.5-2mg/L和硝酸钙2-5g/L配制。做好病虫害的预防工作,保护好果实,同时摘除所有非必要的枝梢。
采收前的处理:因八月瓜果实成熟后会沿着腹缝线裂开,果肉外露,容易感染病菌和招惹昆虫,使果肉快速变质而不能食用。因此,在果实即将成熟时要套上水果网套,以防其成熟后裂开。
实施例2
采收后果品质量分析:从表1可看出:按照本专利的栽培方法所获得的八月瓜单果重为296.17g,远大于普通栽培方法单果重;按照本专利的栽培方法所获得的八月瓜平均单果种子数仅10.25粒,远少于普通栽培方法的198.04粒;按照本专利的栽培方法所获得的八月瓜单果果肉率达45.28%,而普通栽培方法为21.37%;按照本专利的栽培方法所获得的八月瓜亩产量为3.98吨,而普通栽培方法的亩产量为4.23吨;按照本专利的栽培方法所获得的八月瓜果肉可溶性固形物含量为25.12%,而普通栽培的可溶性固形物仅为22.09%。可见,本方法虽然使八月瓜产量略有降低,但却能提高其单果重、单果果肉率和可溶性固形物含量,且大大减少果肉中的种子数目,大幅度提高果实品质。

步骤2:早春的管理
早春新梢萌发时施足肥料,3年生以上成年树每株施氮肥100g、磷肥50g和钾肥50g,做好病虫害的预防工作,保护好新梢和叶片;
步骤3:开花前的处理
