一种内存访问方法及装置，涉及计算机技术领域，能够显著提升内存访问请求的调度效率。该方法包括：处理器配置DMAA，该DMAA包括内存访问请求的带宽信息(S101)；并且处理器向流量整形器发送内存访问请求，该内存访问请求包括DMAA(S102)，该流量整形器用于调整内存访问请求的调度带宽。
