By way of example, and not limitation, when the service request is a service subscription request, the service type information includes: when the car wash type information, the parking type information, and the charge type information, the service request may include reservation location information, time reservation information, and corresponding service type information. Taking the second client as a car washing client as an example: after receiving a car washing reservation request sent by a server, a car washing client inquires whether a car washing task is idle in a preset time period, if so, generates a feedback message for receiving the request, and sends the feedback message to the server; if not, generating feedback information for refusing the request to the server.
Taking the second client as the parking client as an example: after receiving a parking reservation request sent by a server, a parking client inquires whether a parking task is idle in a preset time period, if so, generates a feedback message carrying a parking space number, and sends the feedback message to the server; if not, generating feedback information for refusing the request to the server. Taking the second client as the charging client as an example: after receiving a charging reservation request sent by a server, a charging client inquires whether a charging pile task is idle in a preset time period, if so, generates a feedback message carrying a charging pile number, and sends the feedback message to the server; if not, generating feedback information for refusing the request to the server.
It should be noted that: the feedback information comprises feedback result information (such as receiving information and rejecting information) and service number data, and the service order comprises service items and the service number data corresponding to each service item.
S33, acquiring identification information of the mobile body according to the execution request sent by the server, matching the identification information with the identification information of the mobile body in the service request, and executing corresponding service according to the execution request if the identification information is matched with the identification information of the mobile body in the service request.
In this embodiment, after the second client receives the execution request, the acquisition module may acquire the identification information of the mobile body, and identify whether the acquired identification information is matched with the mobile body identification information in the service request sent by the server, if so, the corresponding service may be executed according to the execution request; if not, generating a message which does not respond to the execution request, and feeding back the message to the first client through the server.

Referring to fig. 7, a vehicle integrated service system of the present embodiment includes: a server 5, a first client 4 in communication with said server 5 and a second client 6 in communication with said server 5. Wherein the first client 4 may be plural, and the second client 6 may be plural.
The first client 4 is configured to receive service information carrying mobile body identification information input by a user, generate a service request according to the service information, and send the service request to the server 5 to obtain a service order sent by the server 5; the first client 4 is further configured to send an execution request to the server 5, so that the server 5 executes a corresponding service according to the execution request.
Further, the first client 4 shown in fig. 8 may include: a first receiving unit 41, a control unit 42 and a first transmitting unit 43.
The first receiving unit 41 is configured to receive service information including mobile body identification information inputted by a user.
A first sending unit 43, a control unit 42, for generating a service request according to the service information;

Further, the server 5 shown with reference to fig. 9 may include: a second receiving unit 51, a second transmitting unit 52, and a generating unit 53.

The second client 6 is configured to receive the service request sent by the server 5, query a current service task according to the service request, generate the feedback information according to a query result, and send the feedback information to the server 5; the second client 6 is further configured to collect identification information of a mobile body according to the execution request sent by the server 5, match the identification information with the identification information of the mobile body in the service request, and if the identification information is matched with the identification information of the mobile body, execute a corresponding service according to the execution request.
Further, the second client 6 shown in fig. 10 may include: a third receiving unit 61, a processing unit 63, a third transmitting unit 62 and an executing unit 64.
The third receiving unit 61 is configured to receive a service request carrying mobile identification information sent by the server 5, and also configured to receive the execution request sent by the server 5.
And the processing unit 63 is configured to query the current service task according to the service request, and generate feedback information according to the query result.
A third sending unit 62, configured to send the feedback information to the server 5.
And an execution unit 64, configured to collect identification information of a mobile body according to the execution request sent by the server 5, match the identification information with the identification information of the mobile body in the service request, and if the identification information is matched with the identification information of the mobile body, execute a corresponding service according to the execution request.
In this embodiment, the vehicle integrated service system can unify a plurality of different second clients 6 (vehicle service ends) into one platform, and the server 5 is utilized to perform unified control on the second clients 6, so as to achieve the purpose of providing integrated services for the first clients 4 (user ends). The user can send a service request carrying mobile body identification information to the server 5 through the first client 4, and the server 5 sends the service request to the corresponding second client 6 according to the service type information in the service request; each second client 6 generates corresponding feedback information based on the service request and feeds the feedback information back to the server 5, and the server 5 generates a service order based on the feedback information sent by all the second clients 6 and feeds the service order back to the first client 4 so that a user can know the acceptance condition of the request; when the user arrives at the service location, an execution request corresponding to the service type information may be sent to the server 5 through the first client 4, and the server 5 sends the execution request to the corresponding second client 6, so that the second client 6 executes the corresponding service according to the service order. The invention saves the time of the user, simplifies the process of searching the service provider by the user and improves the experience effect of the user.
Example five
To achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a computer device 7, where the computer device 7 includes a plurality of computer devices 7, and the components of the server 5 of the embodiment 7 may be dispersed in different computer devices 7, and the computer device 7 may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a rack server, a blade server, a tower server, or a rack server (including a stand-alone server, or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers) for executing a program, or the like. In this embodiment, the memory 71 includes at least one type of computer-readable storage medium, including flash memory, hard disk, multimedia card, card memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), random Access Memory (RAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), read-only memory (ROM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), magnetic memory, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc. In some embodiments, the memory 71 may be an internal storage unit of the computer device 7, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device 7. In other embodiments, the memory 71 may also be an external storage device of the computer device 7, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the computer device 7. Of course, the memory 71 may also comprise both an internal memory unit of the computer device 7 and an external memory device. The network interface 72 may comprise a wireless network interface or a wired network interface, which network interface 72 is typically used to establish a communication connection between the computer device 7 and other computer devices 7. For example, the network interface 72 is used to connect the computer device 7 to an external terminal through a network, establish a data transmission channel and a communication connection between the computer device 7 and the external terminal, and the like. It is noted that fig. 11 shows only the computer device 7 with components 21-23, but it is understood that not all shown components are required to be implemented, and that more or fewer components may be implemented instead.
In the present embodiment, the server 5 stored in the memory 71 may also be divided into one or more program modules, which are stored in the memory 71 and executed by one or more processors (the processor 73 in the present embodiment) to complete the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A vehicle integrated service method, applied to a server, the method comprising:
receiving a service request carrying mobile body identification information sent by a first client, wherein the service request comprises at least one service type information, and each service type information corresponds to a second client;
the service type information in the service request is sent to the corresponding second client to obtain feedback information sent by the second client;
Generating a service order according to the feedback information and sending the service order to the first client;
receiving an execution request sent by the first client, wherein the execution request corresponds to the service type information;
sending the execution request to the second client corresponding to the service type information, so that the second client executes corresponding service according to the service order;
the feedback information comprises feedback result information and service number data, and the service order comprises service items and the service number data corresponding to each service item;
when the feedback result message is a received message, the feedback result message has the associated service number data and service item;
when the feedback result message is a rejection message, the service number data associated with the feedback result message is none;
when the service request comprises a plurality of service type information, each service item in the feedback information and the corresponding service number data are associated and combined one by one, so that the service order comprising a plurality of service items is generated.
2. The vehicle integrated service method according to claim 1, wherein each of the service type information includes a first request object data associated with a second client corresponding to the service type information;
The service type information in the service request is sent to the corresponding second client to obtain feedback information sent by the second client, and the method comprises the following steps:
and identifying first request object data of each piece of service type information in the service request, and respectively sending the service request to the second client associated with the corresponding first request object data so as to acquire feedback information sent by the corresponding second client.
3. The vehicle integrated service method of claim 1, wherein generating a service order from the feedback information and transmitting to the first client, comprises:
identifying the feedback result message in the feedback information sent by each second client;
establishing the service item according to the feedback result message in each piece of feedback information, and associating the service item with the corresponding service number data to generate the service order;
and sending the service order to the first client.
4. The vehicle integrated service method according to claim 1, wherein the execution request includes second request object data, the second number of request objects being associated with a second client corresponding to the service type information;
Sending the execution request to the second client corresponding to the service type information, so that the second client executes the corresponding service according to the service order, including:
and identifying second request object data in the execution request, and sending the execution request to the second client associated with the corresponding second request object data so that the second client executes corresponding service according to the service order.

generating a service order according to the feedback information and sending the service order to the first client;
the feedback information comprises feedback result information and service number data, and the service order comprises service items and the service number data corresponding to each service item;
when the feedback result message is a received message, the feedback result message has the associated service number data and service item;
When the feedback result message is a rejection message, the service number data and the service item associated with the feedback result message are both absent.
