Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the control system 4 further includes a sewage quality detecting device 43, the sewage quality detecting device 43 is connected to a central control device 42, and the central control device 42 is connected to the first and second discharge pumps 21 and 31, respectively, to perform discharge when the quality of water in the first and second decay ponds 2 and 3 reaches a standard.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sewage quality detecting apparatus 43 includes decay time recording devices 431 respectively installed in the first and second decay ponds 2 and 3, and the sewage quality detecting apparatus 43 further includes water quality detecting devices 432 respectively installed in the first and second decay ponds 2 and 3; the decay time recording device 431 and the water quality detecting device 432 detect the water quality at the same time, thereby ensuring that the radioactivity of the sewage output to the discharge pipeline is reduced to a discharge value.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wastewater quality detecting apparatus 43 further includes a radiation detecting probe 433 mounted on an outer sidewall of the discharge pipe, the radiation detecting probe 433 is used for detecting a radioactive intensity of wastewater output from the drainage pipe to the drainage system, and the radiation detecting probe 433 is connected to the central control apparatus 42 to control the first discharge pump 21 or the second discharge pump 31 to be powered off and stopped when the radioactive intensity of the wastewater output from the discharge pipe is higher than a preset value.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, liquid level height early warning modules 44 are respectively arranged inside the first decay tank 2 and the second decay tank 3, and the liquid level height early warning modules 44 are the same as the liquid level detection device 41. Central control unit 42 is connected with and is used for warning device 45 and the touch display module 451 that is used for showing and operating when the inside liquid level height of first decay pond 2 or second decay pond 3 is higher than the default, warning device 45 is audible-visual annunciator, touch display device is the touch-sensitive screen, when liquid level height is higher than the default in first decay pond 2 or the second decay pond 3, central control unit 42 control warning device 45 reports to the police, show on touch display module 451 simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the data storage unit 46 is connected to the central control module, and the central control module includes a table generation unit that automatically generates a table based on the data in the data storage unit 46 and an animation simulation module 462 that performs an operation state simulation based on the operation state, and the table generation unit can automatically generate a table based on the time line, the number of times of water drainage and the detection result of the radioactivity intensity.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the animation simulation module 462 can model the operating state of the processing system and display it on the touch display module 451. The simulated operation states of the animation simulation module 462 comprise the operation states of the first discharge pump 21, the second discharge pump 31, the first transfer pump 12 and the second transfer pump 13 and the liquid level simulation indications of the wastewater collection tank 1, the first decay tank 2 and the second decay tank 3.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the central control module is connected to a wireless communication module 47 for uploading data to the cloud server, and the wireless communication module 47 wirelessly transmits the operating state controlled by the central control module to a mobile terminal of an operator, and can receive a remote operation from the operator and execute the operation through the central control device 42.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the central control unit 42 comprises a threshold setting module 48, the threshold setting module 48 being adapted to set the discharge standard threshold of the first and second decay tanks 2, 3 and the discharge pipeline. The threshold setting module 48 can also set the threshold value so as to adjust the storage capacity of the wastewater collection tank 1, the first decay tank 2 and the second decay tank 3. The threshold setting module 48 includes an identity recognition module 481, the identity recognition module 481 is used for recognizing the identity of the modifier before the threshold is modified, and the identity recognition module 481 may be used for login of an account password or fingerprint verification, so that the possibility that all persons can modify and set the threshold is eliminated.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a treatment method of the radioactive sewage and wastewater decay treatment system; the treatment method of the radioactive sewage and wastewater decay treatment system comprises the following steps:
s100, setting parameters of the equipment;
after the system is set up, the parameters of the equipment are set by the threshold setting module 48, so as to provide a reference for comparison of the equipment. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s110, verifying the identity of the setter through the identity recognition module 481;
S120, setting a liquid level height parameter through a threshold setting module 48;
the threshold value to be set is input to the threshold value setting module 48 through the touch display module 451, and then the reference value for setting the liquid level height as a comparison is set through the threshold value setting module 48.
S130, setting a sewage discharge standard threshold through a threshold setting module 48;
the sewage discharge standard threshold is obtained according to the relevant national standard, the discharge standard threshold is input to the threshold setting module 48 through the touch display module 451, and then the threshold is set through the threshold setting module 48, so as to serve as the comparative standard of sewage discharge.
S200, collecting radioactive sewage into a sewage collecting tank 1 through a water collecting pipe 11; meanwhile, the liquid level detection device 41 detects the liquid level height of the sewage in the sewage collecting tank 1;
the radioactive sewage discharged by sickrooms containing radioactivity in the courtyard and cooling facilities is collected into a sewage collecting tank 1 through a special pipeline, and the radioactive sewage can decay in the sewage collecting tank 1 in advance. While the sewage collecting tank 1 collects sewage, the ultrasonic liquid level detection device 411 at the top of the sewage collecting tank 1 and the floating ball liquid level control device 412 at the side wall of the sewage collecting tank 1 detect liquid levels simultaneously.
S300, when the height of the sewage in the sewage collecting tank 1 is higher than a preset value, a first conveying pump 12 works and conveys the sewage to a first decay tank 2 for decay;
when the height of the sewage in the sewage collecting pool 1 is higher than a preset value, the central control device 42 controls the first conveying pump 12 to start, the sewage in the sewage collecting pool 1 is conveyed to the first decay pool 2 to decay, meanwhile, the liquid level height early warning module 44 on the first decay pool 2 detects the liquid level height in the first decay pool 2, and when the liquid level height reaches the preset value, the first conveying pump 12 is controlled to stop; and when the liquid level height reaches the early warning value, an alarm is given out, and an operator is timely reminded of overhauling.
S400, continuing to collect the sewage in the sewage collecting tank 1, and when the height of the sewage is higher than the preset value again, operating the second conveying pump 13 to convey the sewage to the second decay tank 3 for decay;
the sewage collected by the sewage collecting tank 1 in the process of the decay of the first decay tank 2 is conveyed to the second decay tank 3 through the second conveying pump 13 to decay, so that the first decay tank 2 and the second decay tank 3 can be alternately used, and the normal operation of sewage treatment can be ensured when the first decay tank 2 or the second decay tank 3 is overhauled and cleaned.
S500, when the sewage quality detection device 43 in the first decay tank 2 detects that the quality of the sewage is lower than a discharge threshold value, the first discharge pump 21 works to discharge the sewage to a drainage system; meanwhile, the radioactive detection probe 433 detects the radioactive intensity of the sewage discharged from the drainage pipeline, and when the radioactive intensity is higher than a discharge threshold value, the first discharge pump 21 is controlled to stop;
s600, when the quality of the sewage detected by the sewage quality detection device 43 in the second decay tank 3 is lower than a discharge threshold value, the second discharge pump 31 works to discharge the sewage to a drainage system; meanwhile, the radioactive detection probe 433 detects the radioactive intensity of the sewage discharged from the drainage pipeline, and when the radioactive intensity is higher than a discharge threshold value, the second discharge pump 31 is controlled to stop;
and S700, alternately cleaning the first decay tank 2 and the second decay tank 3.
When the first decay tank 2 and the second decay tank 3 are used for a period of time and need to be cleaned, the second decay tank 3 or the first decay tank 2 is independently used, so that the sewage treatment can be continued without stopping the sewage treatment due to cleaning and maintenance.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. The radioactive sewage and waste water decay treatment system is characterized in that: the device comprises a sewage collecting pool (1), a first decay pool (2) and a second decay pool (3), wherein the sewage collecting pool (1) is communicated with a collecting water pipe (11); be provided with on sewage collecting pit (1) and be arranged in lifting the sewage in sewage collecting pit (1) to first delivery pump (12) in first decay pond (2) and be arranged in lifting the sewage in sewage collecting pit (1) to second delivery pump (13) in second decay pond (3), be provided with on first decay pond (2) and be used for discharging the sewage after handling in first decay pond (2) to drainage system's first discharge pump (21), be provided with on second decay pond (3) and be used for discharging the sewage after handling in first decay pond (2) to drainage system's second discharge pump (31).
2. The radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system of claim 1, wherein: still include control system (4), control system (4) are including setting up liquid level detection device (41) in sewage collecting pit (1) and connecting in central control unit (42) of liquid level detection device (41), first delivery pump (12) and second delivery pump (13) are connected in central control unit (42) in order to control first delivery pump (12) and carry sewage to first decay pond (2) or control second delivery pump (13) and carry sewage to second decay pond (3) when the liquid level height is higher than the default in sewage collecting pit (1).

A radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the liquid level detection device (41) comprises an ultrasonic liquid level detection device (411) arranged on the top wall of the sewage collection pool (1), a floating ball liquid level control device (412) arranged on the side wall of the sewage collection pool (1) and an OR gate (413), wherein the ultrasonic liquid level detection device (411) and the floating ball liquid level control device (412) are respectively connected to the input end of the OR gate (413), and the output end of the OR gate (413) is connected with a central control device (42).
4. A radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system, as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the control system (4) further comprises a sewage quality detection device (43), the sewage quality detection device (43) is connected to the central control device (42), and the central control device (42) is respectively connected to the first discharge pump (21) and the second discharge pump (31) to discharge when the water quality in the first decay tank (2) and the second decay tank (3) reaches a standard.

The radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system of claim 4, wherein: the sewage quality detection device (43) comprises decay time recording devices (431) respectively arranged in the first decay tank (2) and the second decay tank (3), and the sewage quality detection device (43) further comprises water quality detection devices (432) respectively arranged in the first decay tank (2) and the second decay tank (3); the sewage quality detection device is characterized in that the output end of the first discharge pump (21) and the output end of the second discharge pump (31) are connected with a discharge pipeline, the sewage quality detection device (43) further comprises a radiation detection probe (433) arranged on the discharge pipeline, and the radiation detection probe (433) is used for detecting the radioactive intensity of sewage output to a drainage system from a drainage pipeline.

The radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system of claim 5, wherein: the liquid level height early warning device is characterized in that liquid level height early warning modules (44) are respectively arranged inside the first decay pool (2) and the second decay pool (3), and the central control device (42) is connected with a warning device (45) and a touch display module (451) for displaying and operating when the liquid level height inside the first decay pool (2) or the second decay pool (3) is higher than a preset value.

The radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system of claim 6, wherein: the system comprises a central control module and a cloud server, wherein the central control module is connected with a data storage unit (46), the central control module comprises a table generation unit for automatically generating a table based on data in the data storage unit (46) and an animation simulation module (462) for simulating the working state based on the working state, and the central control module is connected with a wireless communication module (47) for uploading the data to the cloud server.

The radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system of claim 7, wherein: the central control arrangement (42) comprises a threshold setting module (48), the threshold setting module (48) being adapted to set emission standard thresholds for the first decay tank (2), the second decay tank (3) and the discharge conduit, the threshold setting module (48) comprising an identity module (481), the identity module (481) being adapted to identify a modifier before modifying the threshold.
9. A method of treating a radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
setting parameters of the equipment;
radioactive sewage is collected into a sewage collecting tank (1) through a water collecting pipe (11) and collected; meanwhile, the liquid level detection device (41) detects the liquid level height of the sewage in the sewage collection pool (1);
when the height of the sewage in the sewage collecting tank (1) is higher than a preset value, a first conveying pump (12) works to convey the sewage to a first decay tank (2) for decay;
the sewage collecting tank (1) continues to collect the sewage, and when the height of the sewage is higher than the preset value again, the second conveying pump (13) works to convey the sewage to the second decay tank (3) for decay;
when the sewage quality detection device (43) in the first decay tank (2) detects that the quality of the sewage is lower than a discharge threshold value, the first discharge pump (21) works to discharge the sewage to a drainage system; meanwhile, the radioactive intensity of the sewage discharged from the drainage pipeline is detected by the radioactive detection probe (433), and when the radioactive intensity is higher than a discharge threshold value, the first discharge pump (21) is controlled to stop;
when the quality of the sewage detected by a sewage quality detection device (43) in the second decay tank (3) is lower than a discharge threshold value, a second discharge pump (31) works to discharge the sewage to a drainage system; meanwhile, the radioactive intensity of the sewage discharged from the drainage pipeline is detected by the radioactive detection probe (433), and when the radioactive intensity is higher than a discharge threshold value, the second discharge pump (31) is controlled to stop; and the number of the first and second groups,
the first decay tank (2) and the second decay tank (3) are cleaned alternately.
10. A method of treating a radioactive waste, wastewater decay treatment system as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the parameter setting of the equipment comprises the following steps:
verifying the identity of the setter through an identity recognition module (481);
setting a liquid level height parameter by a threshold setting module (48); and the number of the first and second groups,
the sewage discharge standard threshold is set through a threshold setting module (48).
