6. The geriatric monitoring method of claim 5, further comprising a mode change monitoring step, the mode change monitoring step comprising:
when the mute mode and/or the flight mode of the mobile phone of the old man are triggered and started, a change request is sent to the monitoring end, and the monitoring end sends a confirmation signal to the mobile phone of the old man to start the mute mode and/or the flight mode.
7. The elderly care method of claim 5, further comprising a fall alarm step, wherein the fall alarm step comprises:
whether a falling signal is output by a falling detection module of the mobile phone of the old man is detected in real time or regularly, when the duration time of the falling signal output by the falling detection module exceeds T1, the mobile phone of the old man starts a camera module to take a picture and sends an alarm signal, a position signal and a taken picture to a monitoring end, when the duration time of the falling signal output by the falling detection module does not exceed T1, the mobile phone of the old man does not send the alarm signal to the monitoring end, and T1 is larger than 0.
8. The geriatric monitoring method of claim 5, further comprising a safe zone monitoring step, the safe zone monitoring step comprising:
setting a safe position area of the mobile phone of the old man, acquiring the position of the mobile phone of the old man in real time or at intervals, judging whether the position of the mobile phone of the old man is located in the safe position area, if the position of the mobile phone of the old man is not located in the safe position area continuously for a time T2, sending an alarm signal to a monitoring end, otherwise, not sending the alarm signal to the monitoring end, wherein T2 is more than 0;
and/or further comprising the steps of:
if the monitoring end does not receive the alarm prompt when the duration of the mobile phone position information of the old people exceeds T3, wherein T3 is greater than 0;
and/or further comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the moving speed of the mobile phone of the old man according to position information continuously uploaded by the mobile phone of the old man, sending an alarm signal to a monitoring end when the moving speed reaches a speed threshold value, and otherwise not sending the alarm signal to the monitoring end.
9. An elderly monitoring system based on the elderly monitoring method according to any of claims 5-8, comprising an elderly mobile phone and a monitoring terminal; the monitoring end is in wireless connection with the mobile phone of the old man.
