Claims (6)

1. A management system of an industrial mechanism model is characterized by comprising a model portal management layer, a model search management layer, a model function management layer, a model data management layer and an API interaction layer;
the model portal management layer is used for endowing users with different roles with different authorities, so that the users can perform different operations on the management system of the industrial mechanism model according to the authorities; the model portal management layer comprises a portal login module, an authority control module, a model billboard module and a model downloading module;
the model search management layer is used for carrying out search management on the existing models in the model library and transmitting the searched models to the model function management layer for editing management; specifically, the model search management layer searches and queries the needed model quickly according to the query requirement of the user; the model search management layer comprises a common search module, an advanced search module, a model navigation search module and a search service interface module;
and the model function management layer is used for editing the model searched by the model search management layer. The method comprises the steps of warehousing the model, delivering the model out of a warehouse, editing, classifying, deleting and recovering the online basic editing management function; the model function management layer comprises a model warehousing module, a model ex-warehousing module, a model editing module, a model classification module, a model deleting module and a model restoring module;
the model data management layer is used for designing a model database, storing the models in a classified mode and quickly calling the models according to user requirements; the model data management layer comprises a model database design module, a model data storage module and a model data auxiliary management module;
the API interaction layer is used for realizing cross-platform calling of the model, providing a model interaction API interface for a user and providing service for an external application program through the API interface, and comprises the following steps: and downloading the required model through an API (application programming interface) interface and then directly calling to other platforms or systems for multiplexing.
2. The management system of industrial mechanistic model of claim 1, wherein said portal login module is configured to enable a user to log in the system;
the authority control module is used for distributing corresponding operation authority to the users logged in the system according to the user roles; the user roles comprise common user roles and administrator roles; the rights of the general user include: carrying out model searching, model browsing, model editing and model downloading operations; the authority of the administrator role includes: carrying out system background management, design and editing operation of a model library; and the model billboard module is used for carrying out online visual display on the model searched by the user and downloading the model through the model downloading module as required.

The management system of industrial mechanistic models of claim 1, wherein the common search module is configured to search existing models of the model library by keyword; the keywords comprise model names, model storage time, model types, model keywords, model developers, service types and service prices;
the advanced search module is used for carrying out mixed search on a plurality of search conditions;
the model navigation searching module is used for recording and analyzing the searching habits of the user model, establishing a recommendation model searching navigation library according to the searching heat of the model, and providing model guidance and retrieval clues for the user;
the search service interface module is used for providing a uniform model search access service interface of the industrial mechanism model database; specifically, the search service interface module is connected to the model data storage module, so that the search service interface module obtains the model information stored in the model data storage module.
4. The management system of industrial mechanistic models according to claim 1, characterized in that the model storage module is configured to store the searched models in a user-independent model storage space;
the model editing module is used for editing the relevant attributes of the searched models, and the edited models are classified and stored in the user individual independent model library through the model classification module; the model deleting module and the model restoring module are used for deleting and restoring the models in the user personal independent model library, if the models in the user personal independent model library need to be exported, the models are exported through the model ex-warehouse module and are stored to the designated position through the model downloading module.

The management system of industrial mechanistic models of claim 1, wherein the model database design module opens usage rights only to administrator roles, the model database design module configured to: designing a system model library through two model library design technologies of a directory tree and a model dictionary based on an organization structure form of a relational database;
the model data storage module is used for storing the imported models in a classified manner according to different types, properties and application attributes of the models;
the model data auxiliary management module is used for managing abnormal data, specifically, an industrial time series data efficient management technology oriented to the field of industrial internet is adopted, and data check in a specific time period, data query based on value filtering and abnormal work data rapid acquisition are achieved.
6. A management method of a management system of an industrial mechanistic model according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
step 1, a user logs in a management system of an industrial mechanism model through a portal login module;
step 2, the authority control module distributes corresponding operation authority to the user logged in the system according to the user role; the user roles comprise common user roles and administrator roles; the rights of the general user include: carrying out model searching, model browsing, model editing and model downloading operations; the authority of the administrator role includes: carrying out system background management, design and editing operation of a model library;
step 3, when receiving a certain access request to the management system sent by the user, the authority control module judges whether the user has a corresponding access authority according to the role of the user, if not, the step 1 is returned, and an interface for logging in again is pushed to the user; if yes, executing step 4 or step 5;
step 4, if the role of the common user is the role of the common user, allowing the common user to access the management system in the following mode;
step 4.1, the management system pushes a model search management layer operation interface to the interface; a search service interface module in the model search management layer acquires model information required by a user from the model data storage module;
step 4.2, searching the existing model in the model library by adopting a common searching module, an advanced searching module and/or a model navigation searching module according to the model information obtained in the step 4.1 to obtain a target model;
4.3, the management system pushes a model function management layer interface to the interface;
storing the model searched in the step 4.2 into a user independent model storage space through a model storage module; and/or, editing the searched relevant attributes of the model through a model editing module, and storing the edited model into a user individual independent model library in a classified manner through a model classification module; and/or, deleting and restoring the model in the user personal independent model library through a model deleting module and a model restoring module, if the model in the user personal independent model library needs to be exported, exporting the model through a model ex-warehouse module and storing the model into a designated model library through a model downloading module;
step 4.4, the management system pushes an API interaction layer interface to the interface; 4.3, editing the obtained model, and sending the model to an external application system through an API interaction layer;
step 5, if the role of the administrator is the role of the administrator, the administrator is allowed to access the management system in the following mode;
step 5.1, the management system pushes a model data management layer interface to the interface;
designing a required model library through a model database design module, a directory tree and a model dictionary through two model library design technologies and based on an organization structure form of a relational database;
classifying and storing the imported model according to the difference of the type, the property and the use attribute of the model through a model data storage module;
the abnormal data is managed through the model data auxiliary management module, specifically, an industrial time sequence data efficient management technology oriented to the field of industrial internet is adopted, and data checking in a specific time period, data query based on value filtering and abnormal work data rapid acquisition are achieved.
