Abstract
The invention discloses a method for establishing a tread extrusion die plate opening standard, which comprises the following steps: pre-establishing a relation curve between the shrinkage rate of the tread rubber material and the opening rate of the die plate; and measuring the shrinkage rate of the tread rubber material, obtaining the opening rate of the corresponding die plate according to a relation curve between the shrinkage rate of the tread rubber material and the opening rate of the die plate, and determining the width opening size of the die plate according to the opening rate of the die plate. The method for establishing the opening standard of the tire tread extrusion port plate can effectively improve the primary qualification rate of the opening of the tire tread extrusion port plate, reduce the amount of returned glue caused by a test plate, improve the trial production completion rate of a new product, improve the shrinkage condition of the tire tread after extrusion, improve the uniformity of the weight of the tire tread, effectively reduce the RFV mean value and further improve the comfort of the tire in the use process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of rubber tire component generation, and particularly relates to a method for establishing a tire tread extrusion die plate opening standard.
Background
Tires are indispensable components for vehicles such as cars and trucks, and the performance of these vehicles is closely related to the characteristics of the tires. In the tire production process, each extrusion half part needs to be processed and produced corresponding to a single die plate, so that different die plates need to be designed.
At present, in a workshop tread extruding procedure, the yield of plate opening of a mouth-shaped plate is low, the primary yield is only 37%, and repeated mouth-shaped plate opening can cause the generation of a large amount of returned glue, so that the plate opening efficiency of the mouth-shaped plate is low, the stock of the returned glue is increased, and the trial production completion rate of new products is low. In addition, the opening rate of the mouth plate corresponds to that of all rubber materials, but the shrinkage rates of different rubber materials are different, so that the phenomenon that the extruded tire tread is not uniform in shrinkage in the use process is caused, the vertical fluctuation generated in the rotation of the tire is increased, the RFV mean value is increased, and the comfort of the tire in the use process is reduced.
Accordingly, further developments and improvements are still needed in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, a method for establishing a tire tread extrusion die opening standard is proposed to improve the first pass yield of the tire tread extrusion die opening, improve the shrinkage of the tire tread at the extrusion opening, improve the uniformity of the tire tread weight, and improve the comfort of the tire in the use process.

and S3, determining the width opening size of the mouth plate according to the opening ratio of the mouth plate in the step S2.

Specifically, the shrinkage rates of various tread rubber materials are measured, the initial opening rate of the mouth plates corresponding to the tread rubber materials is calculated respectively, the corresponding mouth plates are designed according to the initial opening rates of the mouth plates, the mouth plates are actually debugged at an extrusion line to obtain the opening rate data of the mouth plates, and a relation curve between the shrinkage rate of each tread rubber material and the opening rate of the corresponding mouth plates is established.
Further, the initial die opening ratio = 1-shrinkage of the tread compound.
Further, the shrinkage measurement process of the tread compound is specifically as follows: a 200mm by 300mm sample of tread compound was open milled on a 10 inch calender for 2 minutes, with the spacing between the two rolls in the calender set to 2mm to obtain a 2mm thick film, and the calender was stopped after the film was obtained. And sticking a 50mm paper board with the thickness of 150mm on a compression roller, cutting the rubber sheet along the paper board by a rubber cutter, wherein the length of the paper board is the initial length of the rubber sheet before shrinkage of 150mm, placing the rubber sheet in a disc with talcum powder for 24 hours, measuring the length of the rubber sheet after shrinkage, and calculating the shrinkage rate of the tread rubber material according to the initial length of the rubber sheet and the length of the rubber material after shrinkage.

In this example, the shrinkage rate of the tread rubber = (150-film length after shrinkage)/150.
Further, the initial opening ratio debugging process of the mouth plate is specifically as follows: and (3) observing the extruded state of the tire tread by eyes and continuously adjusting the initial opening rate of the mouth-shaped plate, wherein the opening rate of the mouth-shaped plate when the tire tread does not droop or stretch on the linkage line, the tire tread is in contact with a roller shaft of the linkage line, and the linear velocity of the tire tread is consistent with the linear velocity of the linkage line is the final opening rate of the mouth-shaped plate.
Further, the corresponding relation curve between the shrinkage rate of each tread rubber material and the opening rate of each die plate is as follows: the aperture ratio of the die = a × + shrinkage of the tread compound + b, where a and b are constants. When the die is used, the shrinkage rate of the rubber material which is not produced or new rubber material is substituted into a formula, and the opening rate of the die plate corresponding to the rubber material is obtained.
Specifically, taking sizing materials PE95, PE17, PE02, PE13, PE08, PE99, PE04, PE07, P299, PE16, P299, P212, P815, PE28, P350, PE72 and P165 as examples, respectively measuring the shrinkage rate of the sizing materials and calculating the initial opening rate of the corresponding die plate, designing the corresponding die plate according to the initial opening rate of the die plate, then actually debugging each die plate at an extrusion line, visually inspecting the extruded state of the tire tread and continuously adjusting the initial opening rate of the die plate, when the tire tread does not droop or stretch on the linkage line and is just in contact with a roller shaft of the linkage line, and measuring the linear velocity of the tire tread by using a velocimeter to be consistent with the velocity of the linkage line, wherein the opening rate of the die plate at the moment is the opening rate of the actual die plate, and recording the opening rate of the die plate at the moment. The shrinkage rate of each rubber material and the opening ratio of the corresponding die plate are shown in table 1, the relationship curve of the shrinkage rate of each rubber material and the opening ratio of the corresponding die plate is shown in fig. 2, and a linear equation is derived according to the shrinkage rate of each rubber material and the opening ratio of the corresponding die plate: y = -0.5213x +1.0117, wherein y is the opening rate of the mouth plate, and x is the shrinkage rate of the sizing material.

And S2, measuring the shrinkage rate of the tread rubber material and obtaining the opening rate of the corresponding die plate through the relation curve in the step S1.
Taking AQTE95 rubber as an example, the shrinkage of the rubber is 17%, the aperture ratio of the die plate corresponding to the rubber without the method of the invention is 98.7%, and the aperture ratio of the die plate corresponding to the rubber after the improvement of the method of the invention is 85%.
And S3, determining the width opening size of the mouth plate according to the opening ratio of the mouth plate in the step S2.
Further, the plate width opening size = plate opening ratio standard size of the glue component.
Specifically, the standard size of the rubber part is the size of the square book. In this embodiment, the standard size of the rubber part is as shown in fig. 3, the data unit in fig. 3 is mm, the opening size of the corresponding mouth plate width can be calculated according to the opening ratio of the mouth plate and the standard size of the rubber part, and further the mouth shape of the corresponding mouth plate is adjusted, so that the qualification rate of the primary test plate of the mouth plate is improved, and the comparison between the qualification rates of the primary test plate of the mouth plate before and after the mouth shape is changed is shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, by developing a sizing material shrinkage measurement method, a mouth-shaped plate opening standard is established, and the primary qualified rate of a mouth-shaped test plate is improved by 50%.
Taking the tread specifications of BT10376, BT10239, BT04874 and BT05910 as examples, the opening size of the die width is reset by the establishing method of the invention, and the RFV data before die change and after die change are compared with each other and shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, by developing a rubber material shrinkage rate measuring method, a linear relation between the tread rubber material shrinkage rate and the aperture ratio of the mouth plate is formed, data support is provided for the new specification opening ratio, the RFV of a finished tire is obviously reduced through the adjustment of the aperture ratio of the mouth plate, and the comfort of the tire in the using process is improved.
The invention is particularly suitable for the die plate opening of the extrusion die plate of the semi-steel radial tire tread, the rubber material shrinkage data is measured, the opening rate is established for the die plate according to the tread rubber material shrinkage data, the prior uniform opening rate of all rubber materials is improved into the prior uniform opening rate established according to different tread rubber materials, so that the opening qualification rate of the die plate of the tread is higher, the extruded tread is more stable, and the weight is more uniform.

s2, measuring the shrinkage rate of the tread rubber material and obtaining the opening rate of the corresponding die plate through the relation curve in the step S1;
s3, determining the width opening size of the mouth-shaped plate according to the opening ratio of the mouth-shaped plate in the step S2;
the specific process of step S1 is as follows: measuring the shrinkage rates of various tread rubber materials, respectively calculating the initial opening rate of the mouth-shaped plate corresponding to each tread rubber material, designing the corresponding mouth-shaped plate according to the initial opening rate of each mouth-shaped plate, actually debugging each mouth-shaped plate at an extrusion line to obtain the opening rate data of each mouth-shaped plate, and establishing a relation curve between the shrinkage rate of each tread rubber material and the opening rate of the corresponding mouth-shaped plate;
