Embodiment four:
in one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
s10: acquiring monitoring information of all target repair points of a target building;
s20: respectively comparing the monitoring information with corresponding preset repair target information, and judging whether all target repair points meet the repair target requirement;
s30: if not, generating a correction scheme about the substandard target repair points, sending the correction scheme to personnel related to target repair point construction, and displaying the substandard target repair points in an alarm mode on a preset target building BIM model.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.

Claims (6)

1. A method of repairing engineering supervision, the method comprising:
acquiring monitoring information of all target repair points of a target building;
respectively comparing the monitoring information with corresponding preset repair target information, and judging whether all the target repair points meet the repair target requirement;
if not, generating a correction scheme about the substandard target repair points, sending the correction scheme to personnel related to the construction of the target repair points, and carrying out alarm display on the substandard target repair points on a preset target building BIM model;
wherein the monitoring information comprises monitoring data and monitoring images, the monitoring information is respectively compared with corresponding preset repair target information, whether all the target repair points meet the repair target requirement is judged,
if the monitoring information is monitoring data, comparing the monitoring data with a preset monitoring threshold range, and if the monitoring data exceeds the monitoring threshold range, determining that the target repair point does not meet the target repair requirement;
if the monitoring information is a monitoring image, the monitoring image is overlapped with a corresponding preset repair target image to analyze repair similarity errors, and if the repair similarity errors exceed a preset error threshold, the target repair point is determined to not reach the target repair requirement;
the modification scheme includes a target modification project, and after the step of generating the modification scheme for the target modification points that do not meet the standard, the method further includes:
acquiring feedback information of a target repair point about the target repair project;
and judging whether the target modification project is modified according to the modification scheme according to the feedback information, and if so, eliminating the alarm display of the target modification point on the target building BIM model.
2. The repair works supervision method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of acquiring the monitoring information of all the target repair points of the target building, the method further comprises:
acquiring a repair scheme of all target repair points;
and importing the repair scheme into a preset target building BIM model to visualize the repair scheme of all the target repair points on line.
3. The repair works supervision method according to claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring daily construction data of a target repair point;
according to the construction data and the repair scheme, analyzing the daily construction progress by utilizing a Gantt chart so as to visualize the daily construction condition of a target repair point;
judging whether the target repair points are constructed according to the repair scheme, if not, generating a repair scheme about the target repair points, and carrying out alarm display on a preset target building BIM model.
4. A repair engineering supervision system, the system comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring monitoring information of all target repairing points of the target building;
the judging module is used for respectively comparing the monitoring information with corresponding preset repair target information and judging whether all the target repair points meet the repair target requirement;
the system comprises a rectifying module, a rectifying module and a storage module, wherein the rectifying module is used for generating a rectifying scheme about an unqualified target renovation point if the target renovation point does not reach the standard, sending the scheme to personnel related to target renovation point construction, and carrying out alarm display on the unqualified target renovation point on a preset target building BIM model, wherein the rectifying scheme comprises a target rectifying project;
the judging module comprises:
the data judging sub-module is used for comparing the monitoring data with a preset monitoring threshold range if the monitoring information is the monitoring data, and determining that the target repair point does not reach the target repair requirement if the monitoring data exceeds the monitoring threshold range;
the image judging sub-module is used for carrying out image superposition on the monitoring image and a corresponding preset repair target image to analyze repair similarity errors if the monitoring information is the monitoring image, and determining that the target repair point does not reach the target repair requirement if the repair similarity errors exceed a preset error threshold;
the system further comprises:
the feedback information acquisition module is used for acquiring feedback information of the target repair point about the target repair project;
and the alarm eliminating module is used for judging whether the target modification project is modified according to the modification scheme according to the feedback information, and eliminating alarm display of the modification target repair point on the BIM of the target building if the target modification project is modified according to the modification scheme.
5. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the repair engineering supervision method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 when the computer program is executed.
6. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the repair engineering supervision method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
