It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The following describes in detail the processing method of the upgrade failure provided by the embodiment of the present application through a specific embodiment and an application scenario thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a processing method for an upgrade failure, including:
step 11: a first input is received from a user.
Optionally, the first input may be a power-on input, such as: the user can control the electronic equipment to start by operating the power key; alternatively, the first input may also be a restart operation in the backup mode, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Step 12: and responding to the first input, and displaying target prompt information under the condition that the electronic equipment fails to roll back, wherein the target prompt information is an operation mode for starting the electronic equipment.
Wherein the rollback failure is: and under the condition that the electronic equipment carries out system upgrading and fails in upgrading, the electronic equipment is recovered to the original system before upgrading and fails in recovering.
For example: after detecting the system upgrade version, the electronic device automatically downloads the system installation package of the upgrade version when detecting that the electronic device is connected to the network, for example, the electronic device such as a mobile phone or a tablet can automatically download the system installation package of the upgrade version when being connected to wifi, so as to avoid consuming mobile data traffic. After downloading the system installation package of the upgraded version, the electronic device can automatically perform system upgrade through the downloaded system installation of the upgraded version under the condition that the electronic device is not used (such as in the morning hours) or is in a charging state, so that the system version before upgrade can be backed up and the system upgraded version can be installed under the condition that the use of the electronic device by a user is not influenced.
In the process of system upgrade, if the upgrade is successful (namely the installation of the system upgrade version is successfully completed), the electronic equipment can be automatically restarted, so that the electronic equipment is prevented from influencing the use of a user after the system upgrade; if the upgrade fails (namely the upgrade version of the installed system fails), the electronic device executes rollback operation, namely, under the condition that the electronic device performs system upgrade and fails to upgrade, the electronic device is restored to the original system before upgrade and restarted, so that the electronic device can be normally used under the condition that the upgrade fails through the rollback operation.
In the case where the electronic device has a rollback failure (i.e., a failure to perform a rollback operation), the electronic device cannot be automatically restarted, and the electronic device cannot be normally started. Therefore, in order to avoid influencing the use of the user when the rollback failure occurs to the electronic device, the target prompt information for starting the operation mode of the electronic device can be displayed under the condition of receiving the starting input of the user, so that the operation mode of restarting the electronic device by the user can be provided by displaying the target prompt information, and the influence on the use of the user due to the fact that the electronic device cannot be normally started is avoided.
Optionally, the step of displaying the target prompt message in response to the first input and in the case that the electronic device fails to rollback may specifically include:
responding to the first input, the electronic equipment displays a boot loader interface (bootloader) and displays the target prompt information on the boot loader interface.
Specifically, the target prompt message may be a text message, an image message, or the like, for example: when the electronic device fails to rollback, a user can display a picture on a starting loading interface (or called a starting interface) by pressing a starting key so as to display an operation mode for restarting the electronic device; or directly displaying text information on the starting interface to display the operation mode of restarting the electronic equipment and the like.
For another example, when the user presses the power-on key, the electronic device may further flash through an indicator (e.g., a flash, a breathing light, etc.) according to a predetermined rule (e.g., a predetermined frequency, a predetermined number of flashes, etc.) to prompt the user that the electronic device currently has a rollback failure.
Optionally, the target prompt information includes: at least one of the first prompt message and the second prompt message.
Wherein the first prompt message is: and installing a system upgrade installation package of the full version through the electronic equipment, and starting an operation mode of the electronic equipment.
The second prompt message is: and starting the operation mode of the electronic equipment through the backup mode of the electronic equipment.
For example: the electronic equipment can record the failure of upgrading the system by the increment package or the patch package and the event of rollback failure when the system fails to upgrade by adding the patch or modifying the increment package (also called differential package) or the patch package on the basis of the original system and the rollback failure occurs; in this way, when a user presses a power-on key, the first prompt information can be displayed for the event, so that the user can be prompted to perform system upgrade by downloading a full-version system upgrade installation package (that is, a new system is completely installed in the electronic device, and the system upgrade performed by adopting the full-version system upgrade installation package is complete firmware upgrade), so that the problem that the system upgrade fails in a mode of adding or modifying a patch on the basis of an original system through an increment package (also called a difference package) or a patch package is solved.
Further, under the condition that the system upgrade is failed through the system upgrade installation package of the full version, if the electronic device cannot be restarted normally, second prompt information can be displayed on the startup interface to prompt a user to restart the electronic device through a backup mode (recovery) so as to ensure that the electronic device can be used.
For another example: under the condition that rollback of the electronic equipment fails after system upgrade failure, namely under the condition that the electronic equipment fails to perform system upgrade by adding patches or modifying patches on the basis of an original system through an increment package or a patch package and fails to perform rollback, or under the condition that the electronic equipment fails to perform system upgrade through a full-version system upgrade installation package and fails to perform rollback, the electronic equipment can be restarted through a backup mode (recovery) to ensure that the electronic equipment can be used.
Another example is: under the condition that rollback fails after system upgrading failure of the electronic equipment occurs, the first prompt message and the second prompt message can be displayed at the same time, so that the user can conveniently select by prompting different operation modes of restarting the electronic equipment by the user.
Furthermore, the preferred operation mode can be identified when the first prompt message and the second prompt message are displayed, so that the reminding of the preferred operation mode is further provided on the basis of providing different feasible operation modes for restarting the electronic equipment by the user. Such as: when the electronic device detects that the system upgrade through the incremental package or the patch package fails and a rollback failure event occurs, the user may be prompted to preferentially download the full-version system upgrade installation package and perform the system upgrade through the full-version system upgrade installation package, thereby avoiding data loss and the like which may be caused by restarting the electronic device in a backup mode (such as restoring factory settings).
Optionally, in a case that the target prompt information includes the first prompt information, after the displaying the target prompt information, the method may further include:
receiving a first input of a first target message from a user;
responding to the second input, acquiring and installing a system upgrade installation package of a full version;
and starting the electronic equipment under the condition that the upgraded system is installed.
Wherein the first prompt message includes the first target message.
Specifically, under the condition that the first prompt information is displayed, if the first prompt information is a specific operation flow for performing system upgrade through the system upgrade installation package of the full version, the user can operate the electronic device to perform the system upgrade of the full version according to the first prompt information.
Optionally, the first target message may be an option button for determining whether to perform system upgrade through a full-version system upgrade installation package, or the first target message may also be a download interface for downloading the full-version system upgrade installation package, or the first target message may also be an interface for performing system upgrade through the full-version system upgrade installation package, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
For example: under the condition that the electronic equipment receives a second input of the user, whether a system upgrade installation package of a full version exists in the current electronic equipment can be detected; if so, installing according to the system upgrade installation package of the full version in response to the second input; if the system upgrade installation package does not exist, the electronic device can download the system upgrade installation package of the full version through the server, or can obtain the system upgrade installation package of the full version sent by other electronic devices by sending request information to other devices, and install the system upgrade installation package of the full version after obtaining the system upgrade installation package of the full version.
The step of downloading the system upgrade installation package of the full version by the electronic device through the server may further specifically include:
and downloading the full-version system upgrade installation package from a specified server under the condition that the electronic equipment is connected with wifi, wherein the specified server is the server of the corresponding supplier of the current electronic equipment.
Specifically, under the condition that the current electronic equipment does not have the system upgrade installation package of the full version, the electronic equipment can firstly detect whether the current electronic equipment is connected with wifi, and the electronic equipment downloads the system upgrade installation package of the full version from a specified server under the condition of being connected with wifi so as to avoid consuming mobile data flow and ensure the downloading speed.
The step of acquiring, by the electronic device, the system upgrade installation package of the full version sent by the other electronic device by sending the request information to the other device may specifically include:
sending request information to other equipment, wherein the request information is used for indicating the other equipment to send a system upgrade installation package of a full version corresponding to the electronic equipment;
and receiving a system upgrade installation package of a full version corresponding to the electronic device, which is sent by the other device according to the request information, under the condition that the connection between the electronic device and the other device is established, where the system upgrade installation package of the full version corresponding to the electronic device, which is sent by the other device, may be downloaded and sent by the other device according to the request information, or may be a system upgrade installation package of a full version corresponding to the electronic device, which currently exists in the other device.
Optionally, the electronic device and the other devices may implement transmission of the system upgrade installation package of the full version corresponding to the electronic device by establishing a bluetooth connection, or the electronic device and the other devices may implement transmission of the system upgrade installation package of the full version corresponding to the electronic device by establishing a near field communication, so as to avoid being limited by that a wireless network connection condition is not satisfied currently, and also avoid consuming mobile data traffic.
Optionally, in a case that the target prompt information includes the second prompt information, after the target prompt information is displayed, the method may further include:
receiving a third input of the second target message from the user;
responding to the third input, and acquiring and installing a backed-up system installation package;
turning on the electronic device when the installation is completed;
wherein the second prompting message comprises the second target message.
Specifically, under the condition that the second prompt information is displayed, if the second prompt information is a specific operation flow for system reinstallation through the backed-up system installation package, the user can operate the electronic device to reinstall the system according to the second prompt information.
Optionally, the second target message may be an option button for determining whether to perform system upgrade through an installation package of the backup system, or the second target message may also be an interface for acquiring the installation package of the backup system, or the second target message may also be an interface for performing system reinstallation through the installation package of the backup system, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
For example: the electronic equipment can detect whether a backup system installation package exists in the current electronic equipment or not under the condition that the electronic equipment receives a third input of the user; if so, installation may be performed according to the backed up system installation package in response to the third input.
Optionally, in a case that the target prompt information includes the second prompt information, after the target prompt information is displayed, the method may further include:
receiving a fourth input of the third target message from the user;
in response to the fourth input, restarting the electronic device;
displaying third prompt information under the condition that the electronic equipment fails to restart, wherein the third prompt information is as follows: restoring factory settings through the electronic equipment to start the operation mode of the electronic equipment;
wherein the second prompting message comprises the third target message.
Specifically, in the case that the second prompt message is displayed, if the second prompt message is a specific operation procedure for restarting the electronic device in the backup mode, the user may operate the electronic device to restart according to the second prompt message.
Optionally, the third target message may be an option button for whether to restart the electronic device in the backup mode, or the third target message may also be an interface for restarting the electronic device in the backup mode, or the third target message may also be an interface for entering the backup mode, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
For example: under the condition that the electronic equipment fails to roll back, displaying a mode that the electronic equipment can be restarted in a backup mode through second prompt information so as to ensure that a user can restart the electronic equipment; and under the condition that the electronic equipment is not restarted, further displaying the operation mode of the electronic equipment by a third prompt message in a mode of recovering factory settings so as to start the operation mode of the electronic equipment, thereby ensuring that the electronic equipment can be normally used.
Specifically, the step of restarting the electronic device in the backup mode may include:
receiving a fifth input of the electronic equipment from the user;
responding to the fifth input, and displaying a functional interface of a backup mode by the electronic equipment;
receiving a sixth input of the function interface from the user;
in response to the sixth input, the electronic device performs a reboot operation.
Alternatively, the fifth input may be an input to a physical key of the electronic device, such as entering a backup mode through a combined input to a volume key and a power key on the electronic device; a functional interface of the backup mode may be displayed in the backup mode. The functional interface may include, but is not limited to: a factory setting function restoring button, an equipment restarting function button and the like.
In this way, in the case where the function interface of the backup mode is displayed, a sixth input of the restart device function button in the function interface by the user is received, and in response to the sixth input, an operation of restarting the device is performed.
Further, when the electronic device fails to restart in response to a sixth input of the user operating a function button of the restart device and the operation of executing the restart device is executed, the electronic device is prompted to restart by restoring factory settings by displaying third prompt information.
Optionally, after the third prompt information is displayed, the method may further specifically include:
receiving a seventh input of the function interface from the user;
and responding to the seventh input, and the electronic equipment executes the operation of restoring factory settings.
In this way, when the electronic device fails to restart in response to the operation of the user on the function button of the restart device, the electronic device may further receive a fourth input of the factory-reset-function-restoration button in the operation function interface from the user, and perform factory-reset-restoration operation in response to the seventh input, thereby restarting the electronic device in a flush manner, and further ensuring that the electronic device can be normally used.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the electronic device is tried to be restarted through the restarting device function button in the backup mode, and the user is prompted to restore the electronic device to factory settings when the restarting failure occurs, so that the electronic device is restarted under the condition that data in the electronic device are guaranteed to be lost as much as possible.
Optionally, in a case that the target prompt information includes the second prompt information, after the target prompt information is displayed, the method may further include:
receiving an eighth input of the electronic device by the user;
responding to the eighth input, and displaying a functional interface of a backup mode by the electronic equipment;
receiving a ninth input of the function interface from the user;
and responding to the ninth input, and the electronic equipment executes the operation of factory setting restoration.
Alternatively, the eighth input may be an input to a physical key of the electronic device, such as entering a backup mode through a combined input to a volume key and a power key on the electronic device; a functional interface of the backup mode may be displayed in the backup mode. The functional interface may include, but is not limited to: a factory setting function restoring button, an equipment restarting function button and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the electronic equipment fails to roll back, the electronic equipment can respond to the combined input of a volume key and a power key of the electronic equipment by a user and activate a backup mode; in the backup mode, a user can directly click a factory-setting-restoration function button in a function interface of the backup mode, so that the electronic equipment can respond to the operation of the user on the factory-setting-restoration function button, and the electronic equipment is restarted in a flashing mode, thereby ensuring that the electronic equipment can be normally used.
The following describes the processing method of the upgrade failure in the present application with reference to a specific example:
as shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a flowchart of an upgrade method, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 201: and automatically downloading the system upgrading installation package under the condition that the electronic equipment is connected with the network.
For example: the electronic device can automatically download the system upgrade installation package when detecting the system upgrade installation package under the condition of being connected with a network (such as wifi).
Step 202: judging whether the current time is in a preset time period and whether the current residual capacity meets a preset condition; if so, the following step 203 is executed, and if not, the following step 204 is executed.
For example: the predetermined time period may be a time period in the morning, and the satisfaction of the preset condition may be that the electric quantity of the electronic device is greater than a preset value (for example, the remaining electric quantity is greater than 50%), or that the electronic device is in a charging state, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Step 203: and automatically upgrading the system under the conditions that the downloaded system upgrading installation package is downloaded, the current time is in a preset time period, and the current residual electric quantity meets preset conditions.
Step 204: and under the condition that the downloaded system upgrading installation package is not in the preset time period at the current moment or the current residual capacity does not meet the preset condition, the system is not upgraded.
Step 205: judging whether the current system upgrading is successful; if the system upgrade is successful, the following step 206 is executed, and if the system upgrade is failed, the following step 207 is executed.
Step 206: and restarting the electronic equipment, and ending the process.
Step 207: and performing a rollback operation, namely recovering the electronic equipment to the original system before upgrading.
Step 208: judging whether the current rollback operation is successful or not; if the rollback operation is successfully executed, the above step 206 is executed, and if the rollback operation is failed, the following step 209 is executed.
Step 209: and recording the event that the current rollback operation fails.
For example: and in the case that the currently executed rollback operation fails, writing an event of the current rollback operation failure into a storage space of the electronic equipment.
Step 210: and recording the operation mode of restarting the electronic equipment corresponding to the event of the current rollback operation failure, and ending the current process.
For example: and under the condition that the currently executed rollback operation fails, determining the operation mode of the corresponding restarted electronic equipment according to the event of the current rollback operation failure, and writing the operation mode of the corresponding restarted electronic equipment into the storage space of the electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic equipment detects the system upgrade version, the system installation package of the upgrade version is automatically downloaded under the condition that the electronic equipment is detected to be connected with wifi, so that the consumption of mobile data flow is avoided. After downloading the system installation package of the upgraded version, the electronic equipment can be automatically installed to the system for upgrading through the downloaded system of the upgraded version under the conditions that the electronic equipment is not used (for example, a time period in the morning) and the residual electric quantity is greater than a preset value or in a charging state, so that the system version before upgrading can be backed up and the system upgraded version can be installed under the conditions that the use of the electronic equipment by a user is not influenced and the electronic equipment meets the installation condition.
In addition, in the process of upgrading the system, if the upgrading is successful, the electronic equipment can be automatically restarted, so that the electronic equipment is prevented from influencing the use of a user after the system is upgraded; if the upgrade fails, the electronic device executes a rollback operation, that is, under the condition that the system upgrade of the electronic device is performed and the upgrade failure occurs, the electronic device is restored to the original system before the upgrade and is restarted, so that the electronic device can be normally used under the condition that the upgrade fails through the rollback operation.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application further provides a flowchart of a processing method for an upgrade failure, and the specific steps include:
step 301: a power-on input to a power-on key by a user is received.
Step 302: and responding to the starting-up input, and judging whether rollback failure occurs.
Specifically, in response to the power-on input, detecting whether an event that a rollback operation fails is recorded in a storage space; if not, determining that no rollback failure currently occurs and performing the following step 303, and if so, determining that a rollback failure currently occurs and performing the following step 304.
Step 303: and starting the electronic equipment and ending the process.
Step 304: and reading the operation mode of the restarting electronic device.
Specifically, when the currently executed rollback operation fails, it may be determined that the corresponding operation mode of restarting the electronic device is determined for an event where the current rollback operation fails, and the corresponding operation mode of restarting the electronic device is written in the storage space of the electronic device in advance; therefore, when the electronic equipment responds to the starting input, the operation mode of the restarted electronic equipment stored in the storage space can be read.
Step 305: and displaying target prompt information for restarting the operation mode of the electronic equipment.
The target prompt message may be a prompt message for prompting a user to start an operation mode of the electronic device in a backup mode of the electronic device. For example: the user is prompted to activate the backup mode by a combined input of a volume key and a power key. The backup modes of the electronic devices of different providers may be different, and the backup modes may be recorded in the storage space in advance according to different operation modes corresponding to the electronic devices of different providers, so as to prompt the electronic devices of different providers for responding to the operation modes.
Step 306: a first input of a user activating a backup mode is received, and the backup mode of the electronic device is activated in response to the first input.
Step 307: the operation of restarting is performed in the backup mode.
Step 308: whether the operation of restarting the electronic equipment is successful or not; if the process is successful, the process is ended; if not, the following step 309 is performed.
Step 309: and displaying prompt information for prompting a user to restore factory settings through the electronic equipment so as to start the operation mode of the electronic equipment.
Step 310: and executing the operation of restoring factory settings in the backup mode.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the electronic equipment cannot be automatically restarted due to the rollback failure, the electronic equipment is restarted after the rollback failure is realized by displaying the prompt information to indicate the operation mode of the user to restart the electronic equipment, so that the condition that the use of the user is influenced under the condition that the rollback failure occurs to the electronic equipment is avoided.
It should be noted that, in the processing method for failure of upgrade provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be a processing device for failure of upgrade, or a control module in the processing device for failure of upgrade, which is used for executing the processing method for failure of upgrade. In the embodiment of the present application, a processing device that fails to perform the above processing method that fails to perform the upgrade is taken as an example, and the processing device that fails to perform the upgrade provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides an upgrade failure processing apparatus 400, including:
a first receiving module 410, configured to receive a first input of a user;
a first response module 420, configured to, in response to the first input, display target prompt information when the electronic device fails to rollback, where the target prompt information is an operation mode for starting the electronic device;
wherein the rollback failure is: and under the condition that the electronic equipment carries out system upgrading and fails in upgrading, the electronic equipment is recovered to the original system before upgrading and fails in recovering.
Optionally, the target prompt message includes at least one of a first prompt message and a second prompt message;
wherein the first prompt message is: installing a system upgrade installation package of a full version through the electronic equipment, and starting an operation mode of the electronic equipment;
the second prompt message is: and starting the operation mode of the electronic equipment through the backup mode of the electronic equipment.
Optionally, in a case that the target prompt information includes the first prompt information, the apparatus 400 further includes:
the second receiving module is used for receiving second input of the first target message from the user;
the second response module is used for responding to the second input, acquiring and installing the system upgrade installation package of the full version;
