Abstract
The invention provides a resistance-adjustable suction resistance standard component, which comprises a cylindrical standard component, capillary holes penetrating through the standard component in the length direction and a group of sleeves detachably sleeved outside the standard component, wherein one end of each sleeve is open, the other end of each sleeve is provided with a round hole communicated with the capillary holes, and the number of the round holes of each sleeve in the group of sleeves is from one to multiple and is at most equal to the number of the capillary holes in the standard component. The sleeve can also be a plugging type sleeve with one end open and the other end provided with a round hole communicated with the capillary hole, and a plug used for plugging the round hole is arranged in each round hole. The resistance value of the resistance-adjustable resistance-absorbing standard component is adjustable, and one standard component can meet the verification, calibration or checking work of resistance-absorbing detection equipment.

Background
The suction resistance is an important parameter in the physical performance indexes of cigarettes and filter sticks. The tobacco industry generally uses a resistance-draw detection device to detect the resistance of a cigarette or the pressure drop of a filter stick. In the use process, the sleeve with only one round hole is used for sleeving the standard part to the sleeve with 10 holes, so that the resistance absorption value of the standard part can be gradually increased from about 100Pa minimum to about 2000Pa maximum.
During calibration, one end of the sleeve plug is communicated with the atmosphere, the other end of the sleeve plug is communicated with the suction resistance detection equipment, and the suction resistance value is calibrated by taking the current suction resistance value of the standard component as a reference.
By adopting the mode, after the standard component with the adjustable resistance value is endowed with a group of different absorption resistance values, the verification or the checking work of the absorption resistance detection equipment can be realized, because the standard rods are the same standard rod, the problem of performance difference among different standard rods does not need to be considered, the verification standard is more consistent, and the accuracy is higher.
