Description

Absorption refrigerator refrigerating system damage pre-judging method and device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a method and a device for prejudging damage of an absorption refrigerator refrigeration system.
Background
The absorption refrigerator is a high-tech refrigeration equipment of environment protection type, because does not use freon, has protected the atmospheric ozone layer, moreover, the absorption refrigerator still does not set up compressor and any mechanical transmission system, consequently can not produce any noise in the operation process, is praised as "two green environmental protection products".
The core component of the absorption refrigerator is a refrigerating machine core, and the refrigerating machine core is a full-closed system formed by bending, forming, combining and welding a series of steel pipes.
The absorption refrigerator, like the conventional refrigerator, also requires certain safety protection measures in order to ensure safe operation of the refrigerator. Because the absorption refrigerator is a novel refrigeration device, the safety protection technology for the absorption refrigerator in the industry is single, and the absorption refrigerator is simple on-off protection.
If the absorption refrigerator does not refrigerate (the reason may be that the refrigerator door is not closed, or the refrigerator sealing performance is reduced to cause cold leakage), the temperature in the absorption refrigerator cannot be reduced, then the refrigerating machine core of the absorption refrigerator can run for a long time, and the damage of the refrigerating system of the refrigerator is very easy to cause the leakage of the refrigerant. Since the refrigerant used in the absorption refrigerator is ammonia water, leakage of the refrigerant may generate a very bad smell to cause an irritating injury to a user.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic circuit diagram of a damage prediction apparatus for a refrigeration system of an absorption refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The invention provides a damage pre-judging device for an absorption refrigerator refrigerating system, which is used for monitoring the real-time temperature of the absorption refrigerator refrigerating system during operation (specifically aiming at a certain functional area or functional part of the absorption refrigerator refrigerating system, such as an evaporator part).
For example, for the evaporator section of an absorption refrigerator refrigeration system, which operates normally at temperatures between-5 ℃ and 15 ℃, if a fault occurs, the temperature at which the system operates may reach above 35 ℃ or even higher, and therefore the temperature threshold set for the evaporator section of an absorption refrigerator refrigeration system should be less than 35 ℃, and the most preferred temperature is 15 ℃, but of course 10 ℃, 16 ℃, 17 ℃, 18 ℃, 19 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃ or 35 ℃.
For another example, for the generator part of the absorption refrigerator refrigeration system, the temperature is between 45 ℃ and 60 ℃ during normal operation, and if a fault occurs, the temperature during operation of the system may reach above 70 ℃ or even higher, so the temperature threshold set for the generator part of the absorption refrigerator refrigeration system should be greater than 60 ℃, 70 ℃ being the optimal set threshold, and certainly may be 71 ℃, 72 ℃, 73 ℃, 74 ℃ or 75 ℃.
For another example, for the separator part of the absorption refrigerator refrigeration system, the temperature is between 30 ℃ and 45 ℃ during normal operation, and if a fault occurs, the temperature during operation of the system may reach above 60 ℃ or even higher, so the temperature threshold set for the separator part of the absorption refrigerator refrigeration system should be greater than 45 ℃ and 50 ℃ as the optimal set threshold, but may be 51 ℃, 52 ℃, 53 ℃, 54 ℃ or 55 ℃.
For another example, in the evaporator portion of the absorption refrigerator refrigeration system, when the evaporator portion or the inside of the refrigerator is normally operated, frost may be formed, and the controller 6 of the refrigerator may automatically stop the operation of the absorption refrigerator refrigeration system according to a set degree to perform a defrosting operation. A restart of the absorption refrigerator refrigeration system may fail. Or the absorption refrigerator refrigeration system fails during normal operation, the evaporator section will also defrost. The invention monitors whether the temperature of the evaporator part changes or not within a set time after defrosting (if the absorption refrigerator refrigerating system operates normally, the temperature of the evaporator part is reduced, and if the absorption refrigerator refrigerating system operates abnormally or does not operate, the temperature of the evaporator part is not reduced or even increased). The set time is 2h, if the temperature of the evaporator part is not reduced by 2 ℃ compared with the temperature at the initial monitoring time after 2h, the controller 6 judges that the absorption refrigerator refrigerating system is damaged, the controller 6 cuts off the power supply and stops the absorption refrigerator to continuously work.
