Further, the processor 1001 may call the control processing program for the air conditioner temperature adjustment abnormality stored in the memory 1003, and also perform the following operations:
an abnormal heat source is arranged in the air conditioner acting space, and prompt information of the abnormal heat source is output.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the present invention provides a method for controlling an abnormal temperature adjustment of an air conditioner, the method including:
step S10, acquiring indoor temperature in the process of temperature adjustment of the air conditioner;
after the air conditioner is started, the air conditioner performs cooling or heating according to the target temperature set by a user, and the indoor temperature is adjusted. The air conditioner is provided with a temperature sensor, and the indoor temperature is obtained by controlling the temperature sensor.
Step S20, determining whether the air conditioner has abnormal temperature regulation according to the acquired indoor temperature and the acquisition time point of the indoor temperature;
specifically, in the present embodiment, after obtaining the indoor temperature, it is determined whether a temperature regulation abnormality has occurred in the air conditioner according to the following steps S201 to S203:
step S201, predicting a reference indoor temperature which is reached by the air conditioner after a preset time interval from a first indoor temperature, wherein the first indoor temperature and a second indoor temperature are obtained at the preset time interval in the process of temperature adjustment of the air conditioner;
in this embodiment, the air conditioner acquires the indoor temperature at preset time intervals to monitor the indoor temperature variation condition within the preset time intervals.
In order to predict the average indoor temperature (namely, the reference indoor temperature) reached from the first indoor temperature after a preset time interval when the air conditioner works normally, a first time point corresponding to the first indoor temperature is determined in a pre-stored temperature change curve, a second time point is obtained according to the first time point and the preset time interval, then a temperature value corresponding to the second time point is determined in the temperature change curve, and the temperature value corresponding to the second time point is used as the reference indoor temperature.
Further, since the temperature adjustment rate of the air conditioner is greatly different when the outdoor ambient temperature is greatly different, in order to obtain more accurate prediction time, a temperature change curve model can be established, the current outdoor ambient temperature is used as an input parameter and input into the model, and the current temperature change curve is obtained in real time.
Step S202, a first temperature difference value between the second indoor temperature and the reference indoor temperature is obtained, whether the first temperature difference value is larger than or equal to a preset temperature difference value threshold value or not is determined, wherein the first temperature difference value is larger than or equal to a preset time difference value threshold value, and the air conditioner is judged to be abnormally regulated in temperature.
For example, in the morning 12:00 and 12: measuring 15 to obtain a first indoor temperature of 30 ℃ and a second indoor temperature of 27 ℃, namely, the preset time interval is 15 minutes, inquiring that the temperature is reduced from 30 ℃ for 15 minutes to reach a target indoor temperature of 26 ℃ from a temperature change curve, obtaining that the difference between the second temperature and the target indoor temperature is 1 ℃, comparing the difference with a preset temperature difference threshold value of 0.5 ℃, and judging that the air conditioner has abnormal temperature regulation if the difference is greater than the preset temperature difference threshold value.
It should be noted that the preset temperature difference threshold may be obtained from laboratory test data or analyzed from collected historical data of the air conditioner used by the user, where the historical data of the air conditioner includes temperature data of the air conditioner at multiple time points.
And S30, when the air conditioner is abnormal in temperature regulation, executing preset operation or outputting prompt information.
The preset operation includes turning off the air conditioner, restarting the air conditioner, or finding the cause of the temperature regulation abnormality. For example, when the temperature regulation of the air conditioner is detected to be abnormal, whether the rotating speed of the fan is normal or not is detected, or the air conditioner is provided with an infrared sensor, an infrared signal received by the infrared sensor is obtained, and whether an abnormal heat source exists in a room or not is judged according to the infrared signal.
The prompt message includes prompting the user to close or restart the air conditioner, or prompting the user to find a reason causing the abnormal temperature regulation of the air conditioner, for example, the user may check whether a window is opened. When an abnormal heat source exists in the space where the air conditioner acts, prompt information of the abnormal heat source can be output.
In this embodiment, whether temperature regulation of the air conditioner is abnormal or not is determined according to the acquired indoor temperature and the acquisition time point of the indoor temperature, and preset operation and prompt information output are executed, so that the problem that the air conditioner is abnormal in temperature regulation is solved in time, the target temperature set by a user is reached by the least electric energy, and the temperature regulation efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment, the present invention provides a method for controlling an abnormal temperature regulation of an air conditioner, where the present embodiment includes, in step S20:
s40, predicting the current indoor temperature according to the running time of the air conditioner and the current time point, and acquiring the current indoor temperature;
after the air conditioner is started and operated, the indoor temperature is adjusted at a certain speed, and a temperature prediction model can be established according to historical operating data or laboratory test data of the air conditioner, wherein the temperature prediction model can acquire information such as the air conditioner starting time and the indoor temperature during starting in real time. When the condition that whether the air conditioner is abnormal in temperature adjustment needs to be judged, the current time point and the current indoor temperature are input into the temperature prediction model, the temperature pre-storage model calculates the operation duration of the air conditioner according to the latest starting time of the air conditioner and the current time point, and then the current indoor temperature is predicted according to the operation duration.
For example, the current time point 12 at noon: 15 and the current indoor temperature is 27 degrees, and the air-conditioning indoor temperature prediction model firstly determines that the latest starting of the air conditioner is 12: the indoor temperature at 00 and 12 degrees is 30 degrees, and then the current time point 12 is predicted according to the built-in temperature regulation rate data: 15 room temperature was 26 degrees.
And S50, determining whether the second temperature difference value is greater than or equal to a preset temperature difference value threshold value or not according to the second temperature difference value between the acquired current indoor temperature and the predicted current indoor temperature, wherein the second temperature difference value is greater than or equal to a preset time difference value threshold value, and judging that the air conditioner is abnormally regulated in temperature.
For example, the predicted indoor temperature when 12 degrees is determined in the previous step is 26 degrees, and the difference between the measured indoor temperature 27 degrees of 12 degrees and the predicted indoor temperature 26 degrees of 12 degrees is 1 degree, and is compared with a preset temperature difference threshold value of 0.5 degrees, and the difference is greater than the preset temperature difference threshold value, so that the air conditioner is judged to have temperature regulation abnormality.
In the embodiment, the predicted indoor temperature is determined according to the current time and the current indoor temperature, and the temperature difference value between the current indoor temperature and the predicted indoor temperature is compared with the preset temperature difference value threshold to judge whether the air conditioner is abnormally temperature-regulated, so that the problem that the air conditioner is abnormally temperature-regulated can be found in time, the abnormal temperature regulation of the air conditioner can be recovered in time, and the temperature regulation effect of the air conditioner is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment, the present invention provides a method for controlling an abnormal temperature regulation of an air conditioner, where the method includes, in step S10:
and S60, acquiring indoor temperature at intervals of preset time intervals, wherein the indoor temperature variation is smaller than a preset temperature variation threshold, and increasing the preset time intervals.
When the air conditioner starts to operate, the temperature change is large, the probability of abnormal temperature regulation is high, and at the moment, the indoor temperature needs to be monitored at a short preset time interval so as to judge whether the air conditioner is abnormal in temperature regulation according to the indoor temperature and the time point of acquiring the indoor temperature.
However, after the air conditioner has been operated for a period of time, the indoor temperature tends to be stable, that is, the indoor temperature variation is smaller than the preset temperature variation threshold, and the probability of abnormal temperature regulation is reduced.
In this embodiment, in the process of monitoring whether the air conditioner is abnormally temperature-regulated at preset time intervals, the preset time intervals are increased when the indoor temperature variation is smaller than the preset temperature variation threshold, that is, the monitoring and determining frequency is reduced when the probability that the air conditioner is abnormally temperature-regulated is reduced, so that the temperature regulation effect of the air conditioner is ensured by reasonable processing resource consumption.
Further, referring to fig. 5, in another embodiment, the present invention may be applied to an internet of things system, which includes an internet of things air conditioner, a cloud server, and an air conditioner APP, wherein:
the Internet of things air conditioner comprises a WIFI module and a control module, the WIFI module realizes data communication with the cloud server through an Internet of things protocol, and the control module controls the air conditioner to operate by receiving a control instruction of the cloud server;
the cloud server stores the preset pre-starting setting of the user, or recommends the pre-starting setting to the user through the model, receives user position information sent by the APP end of the air conditioner, judges the distance from the user or the time of returning home, and issues the pre-starting control command when meeting the pre-starting condition, wherein the pre-starting control command comprises the operation parameters of the air conditioner, such as temperature setting, wind speed setting and the like.
In the air conditioner APP, a user may turn on or off a pre-start control function, or may preset a pre-start condition or related parameters, such as an electronic fence, where the user accesses a network through a 4G base station service.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a method for controlling an abnormal temperature regulation of an air conditioner is provided, where before step S10, the method further includes:
and step S70, detecting that the air conditioner meets a pre-starting condition, and controlling the air conditioner to operate according to preset operation parameters so as to adjust the temperature.
In this embodiment, the pre-start condition includes any one of:
1) Receiving a pre-starting instruction sent by a terminal, wherein when the distance from home corresponding to the position information detected by the terminal is less than or equal to a preset distance or the time for home to return corresponding to the position information detected by the terminal is less than or equal to a preset time, the terminal outputs the pre-starting instruction;
specifically, the mobile terminal used by the user is responsible for providing location information including real-time latitude and longitude data of the user. The mobile terminal judges the direction, distance and speed of the user to go home by analyzing the longitude and latitude data, so that the distance from the user to the home or the time of the user to go home is detected, and a pre-starting instruction is sent to the air conditioner when the distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance or the time is smaller than or equal to a preset time. Or, the mobile terminal can also send the longitude and latitude data to the cloud server, the cloud server detects the distance from the home or the time of returning home of the user by processing the longitude and latitude data, and sends a preset starting instruction to the air conditioner when the distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance or the time is smaller than or equal to a preset time.
2) The distance from the home corresponding to the position information is smaller than or equal to a preset distance;
3) The time of returning home corresponding to the position information is less than or equal to the preset time.
Specifically, for the pre-start conditions 2) and 3), the air conditioner receives longitude and latitude data of the user, judges the direction, distance and speed of the user returning home by analyzing the longitude and latitude data, thereby detecting the distance from the user to the home or the time of returning home, and operates according to preset operation parameters when the distance is less than or equal to the preset distance or the time is less than or equal to the preset time to perform temperature adjustment.
It should be noted that, when it is detected that any one of the three pre-start conditions is met, the air conditioner is pre-started, acquires an indoor temperature in a temperature adjustment process, determines whether temperature adjustment of the air conditioner is abnormal according to the acquired indoor temperature and an acquisition time point of the indoor temperature, and executes a preset operation and outputs a prompt message when temperature adjustment is abnormal.
As shown in the following table, the prompt message on the air conditioner APP in the process of monitoring the temperature regulation of the air conditioner is shown:
table 1:
Figure BDA0002113367100000101
in this embodiment, by controlling the air conditioner to operate according to preset operating parameters when detecting that the distance from the user to home or the time for returning home meets preset conditions, it is ensured that the air conditioner can adjust the indoor temperature to the target temperature preset by the user when the user returns home.
In another embodiment, based on all the above embodiments, the method for controlling an abnormal temperature regulation of an air conditioner further includes: and controlling the air conditioner to operate according to preset operation parameters to adjust the temperature when the condition that the air conditioner meets the pre-starting condition is detected, wherein the pre-starting condition is updated according to a trigger operation of a user based on the corresponding relation between the target temperature and the geographic position after the trigger operation is received.
The corresponding relation represents that the air conditioner is started at a geographical position, and when a user reaches the position of the air conditioner, the air conditioner reaches a target temperature. As shown in fig. 6, a first temperature circle of 25 degrees and a second temperature circle of 26 degrees are sequentially arranged in the map from outside to inside, the two temperature circles are concentric, and the center of the temperature circle is the position where the air conditioner is located, and is generally the house or office of the user. When the user sets the target temperature of the air conditioner to 25 degrees, the air conditioner needs to be turned on when the user reaches the geographical location on the first temperature circle, and when the user sets the target temperature of the air conditioner to 26 degrees, the air conditioner needs to be turned on when the user reaches the geographical location on the second temperature circle.
Therefore, when a triggering operation that the user selects the first temperature circle is received, the pre-starting condition is updated to the fact that the user reaches the geographic position on the first temperature circle; when a triggering operation that the user selects the second temperature circle is received, the pre-starting condition is updated to the fact that the user reaches the geographic position on the second temperature circle.
