The screw 412 of the drive mechanism is passed through the middle of the first support portion 431 of the slide member 43 and screwed, whereby the slide member 43 can slide up and down when the screw 412 is rotated about its axis by the motor 411. The slider 433 is slidably engaged with the first sliding grooves 415 on both sides of the accommodating cavity 414 of the driving mechanism, so that the sliding member 43 can slide up and down along the first sliding grooves 415.
A first slide bar 311 extending upwards is arranged in the middle of the front side of the smoke guide plate 31, a second slide bar 312 extending upwards is arranged in the middle of the rear side of the smoke guide plate 31, the top end of the first slide bar 311 is positioned below the second supporting part 432 of the sliding part 43, the second slide bar 312 is used for sliding fit with a second slide groove 21 formed in the rear side of the fan frame 2, and the second slide groove 21 extends up and down.
The first solenoid valve 441 is connected to the rear side of the second support portion 432 of the slide member 43 and is positioned above the tip end of the first slider 311, the second solenoid valve 442 is connected to the rear side of the first support portion 431 of the slide member 43, and the third solenoid valve 443 is connected to the front side of the first support portion 431 of the slide member 43. The second solenoid valve 442 and the third solenoid valve 443 are rotatably coupled to an end portion of the second link 422 of one of the first link assemblies, respectively, and the first solenoid valve 441 is coupled to a top end of the first slide bar 311. Each solenoid has a retractable solenoid rod 444.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a rear side of the second support part 432 is formed with a first slide rail 4321 recessed from the rear to the front, a rear side of the first support part 431 is formed with a second slide rail 4311 recessed from the rear to the front, and a front side of the first support part 431 is formed with a third slide rail 4312 recessed from the front to the rear. The solenoid rod 444 of the first solenoid valve 441 can be inserted into or disengaged from the corresponding first slide rail 4321, the solenoid rod 444 of the second solenoid valve 442 can be inserted into or disengaged from the corresponding second slide rail 4311, and the solenoid rod 444 of the third solenoid valve 443 can be inserted into or disengaged from the corresponding third slide rail 4312, 4312. The actuation of the electromagnetic rod 444 of the first solenoid valve 441 determines whether the smoke guide plate 31 is actuated, and the actuation of the electromagnetic rod 444 of the second solenoid valve 442 and the third solenoid valve 443 determines whether the shutter 32 is actuated. And a distance sensor 445 is respectively arranged on one side of each electromagnetic valve, which is far away from the corresponding slide rail, and the electromagnetic rod 444 and the distance sensor 445 are positioned at two opposite ends of the same electromagnetic valve.
Referring to fig. 15, the method for controlling a range hood of the present invention includes the following steps:
1) when the range hood is started, the smoke guide plate 31 is at the first position, and the baffle 32 is at the third position;
2) the cooking appliance judges or the user selects whether to cook on two sides, if so, the step 3) is carried out, if not, the step 6) is carried out when the cooking on the left side of one side is needed, and the step 7) is carried out when the cooking on the right side of one side is needed;
3) the electromagnetic rods 444 corresponding to the first electromagnetic valve 441, the second electromagnetic valve 442 and the third electromagnetic valve 443 are ejected into corresponding sliding rails; namely, each second connecting rod is connected with the transmission mechanism, and the first sliding rod 311 is connected with the transmission mechanism;
4) the motor 411 drives the screw 412 to rotate, the sliding part 43 slides downwards, the second link 422 of the first link assembly is driven to rotate around the position connected with the fan frame 2 (the left side shown in fig. 4 is clockwise rotation, and the right side is anticlockwise rotation), the position connected with the baffle 32 is upwards and outwards (the left side second link 422 is leftwards, and the right side second link 422 is rightwards), the first link 421 is driven to rotate around the position connected with the fan frame 2, therefore, the end, close to each other, of the baffle 32 turns upwards to incline, and the baffle 32 moves outwards away from the smoke guide plate 31 as a whole to reach a fourth position; meanwhile, as the sliding part 43 slides downwards, the first electromagnetic valve 441 pushes the first sliding rod 311 to move downwards, so as to drive the smoke guide plate 31 to move downwards to reach the second position, so that the smoke collection cavity 11 is opened, and the fan of the range hood is opened, as shown in fig. 11 and 12;
5) if left-side single-side cooking is needed, the electromagnetic rods 444 of the first electromagnetic valve 441 and the second electromagnetic valve 442 retract, that is, the first sliding rod 311 and the second link 422 of the left-side first link assembly are respectively disengaged from the transmission mechanism, the left baffle 32 and the smoke guide plate 31 are locked, the motor 411 rotates reversely to drive the sliding part 43 to slide upwards, and thus the right baffle 32 is driven to close (a third position), see fig. 13 and 14; if the right-side single-side cooking is needed, the electromagnetic rods 444 of the first electromagnetic valve 441 and the third electromagnetic valve 443 retract, that is, the first sliding rod 311 and the second link 422 of the right-side first link assembly are respectively disengaged from the transmission mechanism, the positions of the right-side baffle 32 and the smoke guide plate 31 are locked, and the motor 411 rotates reversely to drive the sliding part 43 to slide upwards, so as to drive the left-side baffle 32 to close; until the work of the range hood is finished or the user selects the cooking mode again;
6) if left-side single-side cooking is required, the electromagnetic rods 444 of the first electromagnetic valve 441 and the second electromagnetic valve 442 pop out into the corresponding slide rails, that is, the first slide bar 311 and the second link 422 of the left-side first link assembly are respectively connected to the transmission mechanism, the motor 411 rotates to drive the slide member 43 to slide downwards, and drive the second link 422 of the left-side first link assembly to rotate clockwise (clockwise in fig. 4) around the position connected to the fan frame 2, and the position connected to the baffle 32 rotates upwards and outwards (leftwards), and the first link 421 is driven to rotate clockwise around the position connected to the fan frame 2, so that one end of the baffle 32 close to the other baffle 32 turns upwards to incline, and the baffle 32 moves outwards as a whole to reach a fourth position; meanwhile, as the sliding part 43 slides downwards, the first electromagnetic valve 441 pushes the first sliding rod 311 to move downwards, so as to drive the smoke guide plate 31 to move downwards to reach a second position, so that the middle and left parts of the smoke collection cavity 11 are opened, the fan of the range hood is started, and the step 8) is performed;
7) if the right-side single-side cooking is needed, the electromagnetic rods 444 of the first electromagnetic valve 441 and the third electromagnetic valve 443 pop out into the corresponding slide rails, that is, the first slide bar 311 and the second link 422 of the right-side first link assembly are respectively connected to the transmission mechanism, the motor 411 rotates to drive the sliding part 43 to slide downwards, and drive the second link 422 of the right-side first link assembly to rotate counterclockwise (counterclockwise in fig. 4) around the position connected to the fan frame 2, and the position connected to the baffle 32 rotates upward and outward (rightward), and the first link 421 is driven to rotate counterclockwise around the position connected to the fan frame 2, so that one end of the baffle 32 close to the other baffle 32 turns upward and tilts, and the baffle 32 moves outward as a whole to reach a fourth position; meanwhile, as the sliding part 43 slides downwards, the first electromagnetic valve 441 pushes the first sliding rod 311 to move downwards, so as to drive the smoke guide plate 31 to move downwards to reach a second position, so that the middle and right parts of the smoke collection cavity 11 are opened, the fan of the range hood is started, and the step 8) is performed;
8) if double-side single-side cooking is needed, the distance sensor 445 on the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the unopened baffle 32 detects the distance from the corresponding baffle 32, the distance corresponds to the number of turns of the screw 412, the electromagnetic rod 444 of the opened electromagnetic valve corresponding to the baffle 32 retracts to leave the corresponding slide rail on the slide member 43, the motor 411 rotates reversely to drive the slide member 43 to ascend to the closed position, the electromagnetic rod 444 of the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the unopened baffle 32 pops out to enter the corresponding slide rail of the slide member 43, then the motor 411 drives the slide member 43 to move downwards, the moving distance (the number of turns corresponding to the screw 412) is determined by the distance measured by the distance sensor 445, the unopened baffle 32 is driven to overturn and open, double-side oil smoke absorption is realized, and the range hood is finished to work or the user selects the cooking mode again.
During the movement mechanism, the second linkage assembly acts in response to the movement of the flapper 32.
In the present embodiment, the same driving mechanism is used for the smoke guide plate assembly, and alternatively, the smoke guide plate 31 and the baffle 32 may have corresponding driving mechanisms respectively.

1. 4) the driving mechanism drives the transmission mechanism to move downwards to drive the second connecting rod (422) of the first connecting rod assembly to rotate around the position connected with the fan frame (2), the first connecting rod (421) is driven to rotate around the position connected with the fan frame (2), so that one ends, close to each other, of the baffles (32) are turned upwards to incline, and the baffles (32) integrally move towards the outer side far away from the smoke guide plate (31) to reach a fourth position; meanwhile, as the transmission mechanism moves downwards, the transmission mechanism pushes the smoke guide plate (31) to move downwards to a second position through the first sliding rod (311), so that the smoke collection cavity (11) is opened, and the fan of the range hood is opened;
5) if left-side single-side cooking is needed, the first sliding rod (311) and the second connecting rod (422) of the first connecting rod assembly on the left side are respectively separated from the transmission mechanism, the position of the baffle (32) on the left side and the position of the smoke guide plate (31) on the left side are locked, and the transmission mechanism moves upwards to drive the baffle (32) on the right side to return to the third position; if the cooking on the right side is needed, the first sliding rod (311) and the second connecting rod (422) of the first connecting rod assembly on the right side are respectively separated from the transmission mechanism, the position of the baffle (32) on the right side and the position of the smoke guide plate (31) on the right side are locked, and the transmission mechanism moves upwards to drive the baffle (32) on the left side to return to the third position; until the work of the range hood is finished or the user selects the cooking mode again;
