Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile parts, and particularly relates to a gravity recovery tire capable of effectively utilizing tire deformation energy caused by vehicle-mounted gravity.
Background
The tyre is one of the important parts of the automobile, is directly contacted with the road surface, and is used for relieving the impact on the automobile when the automobile runs together with the automobile suspension, so that the automobile is ensured to have good riding comfort and running smoothness. During running, because the wheel rolls circularly, the vehicle-mounted gravity is not pressed on a fixed part of the tire at a fixed point, but is alternately pressed on each part of the tire continuously along with the high-speed rotation of the wheel. In the portion pressed by the vehicle-mounted gravity, the air pressure inside the tire does not change, the rubber structure outside the tire collapses due to the pressure, and the air volume in the portion where the tire collapses becomes smaller. When the wheel continuously rotates and advances, each partial surface of the tire can be circularly and continuously compressed and deflated, and the compressed part can be continuously rotated to the back of the tire to restore the original shape. The energy of the tire deformation caused by the gravity is wasted.
The prior art also has the technical scheme of recovering the deformation energy, but the schemes drive a power generation component to generate and store power through tire deformation. The scheme has low energy recovery and conversion efficiency, needs additional power generation components and energy storage components, and has complex structure and high cost. Moreover, these energy recovery components need to be mounted on the vehicle body, which is more complicated to install and maintain.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a gravity recovery tire which directly acts on a tire, has high energy conversion efficiency and is convenient to install and maintain, aiming at the defects of the existing tire gravity recovery device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a gravity recovery tire, includes wheel cover tire and wheel hub, its characterized in that: a plurality of flexible cavity bags are arranged in the outer tire of the wheel along the circumferential direction and are connected with a driving device arranged on the tire through a connecting channel; the medium in the cavity bag is compressed to drive the driving device to rotate so as to apply driving force to the tire. When the weight of the vehicle body causes the bottom of the tire to be pressed and deformed, the cavity bag is contracted, the medium in the cavity bag is pressed and then directly applies driving force to the tire through the driving device on the tire, the energy conversion is more direct, and the conversion efficiency is high. And the driving device is arranged on the tire, other auxiliary devices are not needed, and the installation and maintenance are simpler.
It is further characterized in that: the medium in the cavity bag is liquid, the driving device comprises a hydraulic pump and a transmission mechanism connected to the hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic pump transmits driving force to the wheel outer tire through the transmission mechanism. Because the compression ratio of the liquid medium is small, the deformation and contraction force of the cavity bag caused by gravity can be well transmitted, and the energy conversion efficiency is higher when the liquid medium directly acts on the tire through the transmission mechanism.
Further: the transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear fixedly connected with the hydraulic pump shaft, and the driving gear is meshed with two driven gears; the hub is provided with a gear ring, and the driven gear is meshed with the gear ring. The driving force is output through the gear transmission mechanism, the structure is simple, the transmission efficiency is high, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost is low.
Preferably: the driving gear and the driven gear are arranged on the same straight line, the diameter of the driving gear is larger than that of the driven gear, and the diameters of the two driven gears are equal. The driving gear with larger diameter can amplify the linear speed of the rotation of the hydraulic pump, and the driving force output to the tire is more direct.
Preferably: the hydraulic pump is fixedly connected to the hydraulic pump fixing shaft; the hydraulic pump fixing shaft is arranged in the automobile driving shaft; the connecting channel comprises an oil outlet pipe and an oil return pipe, the oil outlet pipe and the oil return pipe are respectively connected with two annular grooves on the fixed shaft of the hydraulic pump, and the two annular grooves are respectively connected with an oil inlet channel and an oil outlet channel of the hydraulic pump. After the single cavity bag is compressed by gravity, the liquid in the cavity bag flows to one of the annular grooves through the oil outlet pipe, then the hydraulic pump is driven to rotate through the oil inlet channel, the backflow liquid flows to the other annular groove through the oil outlet channel of the hydraulic pump, and then flows back to the deformed and rebounded cavity bag through the oil return pipe.
Preferably: an oil pipe connecting disc is arranged on the hydraulic pump fixing shaft, two rows of connecting channels are radially arranged in the oil pipe connecting disc and are respectively and correspondingly connected with the oil outlet pipe and the oil return pipe of the cavity bag; the two rows of connecting channels are respectively connected with the two annular grooves through two axially arranged channels. The liquid medium flows in the hydraulic pump fixing shaft, and the hydraulic pump fixing shaft is not only used for fixing the hydraulic pump, but also used as a liquid transmission channel.
And the oil outlet pipe and the oil return pipe are respectively provided with a one-way valve. The one-way valve is arranged so as to ensure one-way flow of the liquid medium.
It is further characterized in that: the cavity bag is arranged between the inner tube of the wheel and the hub. For vehicles with large load capacity, an inner tube is arranged in the tire, and the deformation of the cavity is transmitted through the inner tube of the wheel.
According to the invention, the tire deformation energy caused by vehicle-mounted gravity is recovered through the cavity bag and directly acts on the tire, so that the energy conversion is more direct, and the conversion efficiency is high. And the driving device is arranged on the tire, other auxiliary devices are not needed, and the installation and maintenance are simpler. In addition, the chambers are stored with media which are relatively sealed and independent, and the tire can still keep a certain pressure after the tire is burst, so that safety accidents caused by burst are prevented.
