The spray field can effectively cover the space from the coal wall of the coal face to the full section of the support upright post, and effectively control and remove high-concentration dust generated by cutting of the roller of the coal mining machine.
The above roller 5 is preferably a rubber wheel, has the advantages of wear resistance and difficulty in air leakage, can effectively save cost, can rotate by 360 degrees, is convenient to move, can be installed according to the specific conditions of a roadway, and can reserve a spare part for the passing of personnel and equipment.
The rollers can be four or two. The skilled person can make the choice according to the actual situation.
The dust removal device for the coal face of the coal mine is arranged on the coal face 7, and a vacant roadway 8 between the dust removal device and the coal face can facilitate the entering and exiting of workers, so that the production operation is not influenced while dust is captured.
