Background
With the rapid development of economy in China, the demand of oil gas is rapidly increased. Oil and gas wells, specially for producing underground petroleum or natural gas, are drilled into the stratum according to a certain well arrangement system; or other well drilling is changed into a well for oil and gas production. A casing is generally put into a well, and cement is injected between the outer wall of the casing and a well wall so as to maintain the well wall and seal a water-bearing layer and isolate different oil layers; a hydrocarbon pipe is also run into the casing.
Oil and gas well engineering is capital and technology intensive engineering implemented around the construction, measurement and protection of oil and gas wells, mainly comprises oil and gas exploration and development drilling and well completion engineering, oil and gas well measurement and test engineering, oil and gas well protection and repair engineering and the like, and is a basic link of oil and gas exploration and development.
Cementing is an important operation in the drilling process. Cementing, i.e. a construction operation of lowering a casing into the well and injecting cement into the annular space between the well bore and the casing. Is an indispensable important link in the process of drilling and completing operations, and comprises casing running and cementing. When the well cementation operation is carried out on an oil-gas well, the centering degree of the casing pipe has great influence on the well cementation quality. The casing centralizer is one of the important devices commonly used in the field of oil and gas drilling, and has the functions of enabling a casing to be located in the center of a borehole, ensuring the centering of the casing in the borehole and improving the quality of well cementation. With the wide adoption of directional wells and horizontal wells in oil fields to develop oil and gas reservoirs, the traditional rigid and elastic casing centralizer has a plurality of problems in the use condition. The existing centralizer has large outer diameter and relatively fixed inner diameter, is difficult to centralize casings with different pipe diameters, and has poor use flexibility; and current centralizer often only relies on single righting locating part to carry out spacingly to the sleeve pipe, and the holding power is not enough, and righting effect is relatively poor, because the hole ubiquitous hole enlargement of certain degree, current centralizer can not carry out the deformation adjustment again, and is relatively poor with the connectivity between the wall of a well, is difficult to guarantee that the sleeve pipe is placed in the middle.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-adaptive casing centralizer for oilfield exploitation, which can realize the centralizing operation of casings with various diameters and improve the use flexibility of the device; when the device is under the action of external forces such as oil well pressure, friction and the like, the device can generate self-adaptive deformation and has good righting effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a self-adaptive casing centralizer for oilfield exploitation comprises a locking limiting unit, a shaping limiting unit and two end fixing units, wherein a centralizing mechanism is arranged between one side of each end fixing unit and the locking limiting unit, each end fixing unit comprises two semi-ring mechanisms which are mutually connected in a sliding manner, each semi-ring mechanism comprises an end plate, one end of each end plate is fixedly connected with an adjusting plate, a cavity is formed in the inner wall of each end plate, and a locking groove is formed in the bottom of the inner wall of each cavity; one end of the adjusting plate is in sliding connection with the inner cavity of the end plate which is correspondingly arranged; the end part of the adjusting plate is fixedly connected with a locking sheet, and the middle part of the locking sheet is provided with a locking port; the top of the end plate is provided with a bolt groove, the inner wall of the bolt groove is connected with a locking bolt in a sliding mode, the middle of the locking bolt is connected with the inner wall of the locking port in an inserting mode, the bottom of the locking bolt is cut into a flat cone shape, and the bottom of the locking bolt is connected with the inner wall of the locking groove in a clamping mode; one side of the end plate is fixedly connected with a centering spring, and one end of the centering spring is fixedly connected with a centering ring plate;
the locking limiting unit comprises a locking sleeve ring, a through groove is formed in the middle of the outer wall of the locking sleeve ring, an elastic plate cavity is formed in the locking sleeve ring, locking units are fixedly mounted on two sides of the inner wall of the elastic plate cavity, each locking unit comprises a connecting column, a locking elastic plate is hinged to the end portion of each connecting column, the edge of each locking elastic plate is cut into an inclined plane, a push plate is fixedly connected to one end of each locking elastic plate, the bottom of each push plate is connected with the inner wall of a U-shaped clamping plate in a clamping mode, a short rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of each U-shaped clamping plate, the bottom of each short rod is connected with the inner wall of a connecting sleeve in an inserting mode; two sides of the inner wall of the locking lantern ring are fixedly connected with abutting springs, and one ends of the two abutting springs are respectively abutted and contacted with one sides of the two push plates; the bottom of the inner cavity of the U-shaped clamping plate is in contact connection with the bottoms of the trigger rods, the two end plates of one end fixing mechanism are also connected with the trigger plates in a sliding manner, and the bottoms of the two trigger plates are respectively fixedly connected with the tops of the two trigger rods;
the righting mechanism comprises a plurality of righting return plates which are uniformly distributed, a plurality of sliding cavities are formed in two sides of the locking sleeve ring, sliding blocks are connected inside the sliding cavities in a sliding mode, the middle parts of the sliding cavities are communicated with the bottoms of the sliding grooves, one ends of the righting return plates penetrate through the sliding grooves respectively and are fixedly connected with one sides of the sliding blocks, clamping ports are formed in the end parts of the sliding grooves, the size of each clamping port is larger than that of each sliding block, and a cover plate is hinged to one side of each clamping port; the other ends of the plurality of the righting and restoring plates are fixedly connected with the end fixing unit;
the shaping limiting unit comprises a plurality of abutting rings, two ends of each abutting ring are fixedly connected with flexible steel wire ropes, and one ends of the flexible steel wire ropes are fixedly connected with one sides of the centering and returning plates respectively; the middle parts of the flexible steel wire ropes are respectively connected with the middle parts of the abutting rings at opposite positions in an inserting manner.
As a further scheme of the invention: the locking limiting unit further comprises a limiting table, the top of the limiting table is fixedly connected with a limiting plate, and the top of the limiting plate is fixedly connected with a plurality of uniformly distributed limiting barbs; the middle part of one side of the push plate is provided with a limiting groove, and the inner wall of the limiting groove is arranged corresponding to one side of the limiting barb.
As a further scheme of the invention: a plurality of guide wheel grooves which are uniformly distributed are fixedly formed in one side of the end plate, and guide rollers are rotatably arranged on the inner walls of the guide wheel grooves; and a guide limit groove is formed between any two adjacent guide wheel grooves.
As a further scheme of the invention: the equal fixedly connected with riser in both sides of locking lantern ring inner wall, two the equal sliding connection in both ends of riser has the slide bar, four the one end of slide bar respectively with the both ends fixed connection of two central limiting plates, a plurality of evenly distributed's gyro wheel groove is all seted up to the opposite side of two shown central limiting plates, and is a plurality of spacing gyro wheel is all installed in the rotation of the inner wall in gyro wheel groove.
As a further scheme of the invention: inserting grooves are formed in two sides of one end of each of the four end plates, and expansion cavities are formed in the middles of the inner walls of the eight inserting grooves; the inner walls of the four inserting grooves are connected with fixing bolts in a clamping mode, and the two ends of the four fixing bolts are fixedly connected with expansion blocks.

the method comprises the following steps: sleeving the centralizer on the outer wall of the pipeline to be centralized, and pushing the two semi-ring mechanisms positioned at the same end part to be close to each other so that the adjusting plate is inserted into the cavity and the two centralizing ring plates are respectively in abutting contact with the two sides of the pipeline; the bottom of the locking bolt is tightly abutted and clamped with the locking groove by rotating the locking bolt, so that the end fixing unit is installed;
step two: the installed centralizer is moved to a position, required to be straightened, of the pipeline through tool equipment or manual work, the centralizing force returning plate is stressed and deformed through underground pressure and friction of a well wall and is in abutting contact with the well wall, and self-adaptive deformation of the centralizer and an oil well is completed;
step three; the self-adaptive deformation of the centering return plate pulls the flexible steel wire rope, so that the abutting rings abut against and approach each other to perform abutting limiting on the pipeline, and the auxiliary end fixing unit performs centering limiting on the pipeline;
step four: when the centralizer is installed in place, a manual or external tool presses the trigger plate, the trigger plate drives the trigger rod to press downwards, the U-shaped clamping plate moves downwards, the push plate is separated from the U-shaped clamping plate, the push plate is ejected out under the action of the abutting and pushing spring to drive the locking elastic plate to eject out, then the limiting groove on one side of the push plate is clamped with the limiting barb on the limiting plate, the locking elastic plate is prevented from returning, and the centralizer is fixed;
step five: when a plurality of centralizers are needed to be combined for use, the fixing bolt can be inserted into the insertion groove, and the clamping groove at the end part of the other centralizer is aligned with the end part of the fixing bolt for insertion, so that the insertion combination of the plurality of centralizers is realized.
The invention relates to a self-adaptive casing centralizer for oilfield exploitation; by arranging the end plate and the adjusting plate and arranging the cavity in the end plate, the distance between the half ring mechanisms can be flexibly adjusted, and further the distance between the ring plates can be adjusted, so that the device can realize the centering operation of sleeves with various diameters, and the use flexibility of the device is improved; by arranging the two end fixing units, the locking limiting unit and the shaping limiting unit, the casing pipe is righted at a plurality of positions, so that the supporting force is strong, and the righting effect is good; through setting up a plurality of back force plates of righting for the device can produce self-adaptation deformation when receiving exogenic actions such as oil well pressure and friction, makes the back force plate of righting take place to support tight contact with the wall of a well, simultaneously through setting up locking elastic plate isotructure, carries out spacing fixed to device itself in preset position, improves the device itself and the fastening degree of being connected of the wall of a well, guarantees the effect of righting of device.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-7, in the embodiment of the present invention, an adaptive casing centralizer for oilfield exploitation includes a locking limiting unit, a shaping limiting unit, and two end fixing units, wherein a centralizing mechanism is disposed between one side of each of the two end fixing units and the locking limiting unit, each end fixing unit includes two half ring mechanisms slidably connected to each other, each half ring mechanism includes an end plate 101, one end of each end plate 101 is fixedly connected to an adjusting plate 102, a cavity is formed in an inner wall of each end plate 101, and a locking groove 103 is formed in a bottom of the inner wall of each cavity; one end of the adjusting plate 102 is slidably connected with the inner cavity of the end plate 101 which is correspondingly arranged; the end of the adjusting plate 102 is fixedly connected with a locking sheet 104, and the middle of the locking sheet 104 is provided with a locking port; the top of the end plate 101 is provided with a bolt groove 105, the inner wall of the bolt groove 105 is connected with a locking bolt in a sliding manner, the middle part of the locking bolt is connected with the inner wall of the locking port in an inserting manner, the bottom of the locking bolt is cut into a flat cone shape, and the bottom of the locking bolt is connected with the inner wall of the locking groove 103 in a clamping manner; one side of the end plate 101 is fixedly connected with a centering spring 106, and one end of the centering spring 106 is fixedly connected with a centering ring plate 107; by arranging the end plate 101 and the adjusting plate 102 and arranging the cavity in the end plate 101, the distance between the half ring mechanisms can be flexibly adjusted, and further the distance between the ring righting plates 107 can be adjusted, so that the device can realize the righting operation of casings with various diameters, and the use flexibility of the device is improved; through setting up two end fixing unit, locking spacing unit and plastic spacing unit, right the operation at a plurality of positions to the sleeve pipe, the holding power is strong, rights effectually.
The locking limiting unit comprises a locking sleeve ring 201, a through groove 204 is formed in the middle of the outer wall of the locking sleeve ring 201, an elastic plate cavity is formed in the locking sleeve ring 201, locking units are fixedly mounted on two sides of the inner wall of the elastic plate cavity and comprise connecting columns, locking elastic plates 205 are hinged to the end portions of the connecting columns, the edges of the locking elastic plates 205 are cut into inclined planes, a push plate 206 is fixedly connected to one end of each locking elastic plate 205, the bottom of the push plate 206 is connected with the inner wall of a U-shaped clamping plate 207 in a clamping mode, short rods are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the U-shaped clamping plates 207, the bottoms of the short rods are connected with the inner wall of a connecting sleeve 208; two sides of the inner wall of the locking collar 201 are fixedly connected with two abutting springs 209, and one ends of the two abutting springs 209 are respectively abutted and contacted with one sides of the two push plates 206; the bottom of the inner cavity of the U-shaped clamping plate 207 is in contact connection with the bottom of the trigger rod 210, the two end plates 101 of one end fixing mechanism are also in sliding connection with trigger plates 211, and the bottoms of the two trigger plates 211 are respectively and fixedly connected with the tops of the two trigger rods 210; through the arrangement of the pushing spring 209, the locking elastic plate 205, the trigger rod 210 and other mechanisms, when the device is in a proper position, the locking elastic plate 205 can be ejected out to tightly push against the well wall, and the installation stability of the centralizer is further improved.
The locking limiting unit further comprises a limiting table, the top of the limiting table is fixedly connected with a limiting plate 212, and the top of the limiting plate 212 is fixedly connected with a plurality of uniformly distributed limiting barbs 213; the middle part of one side of the push plate 206 is provided with a limit groove 214, and the inner wall of the limit groove 214 is arranged corresponding to one side of the limit barb 213; by arranging the limiting plate 212, the limiting barb 213 and other structures, the locking elastic plate 205 is prevented from retreating, and the stable contact between the locking elastic plate 205 and the well wall is ensured.
The shaping limiting unit comprises a plurality of abutting rings 301, two ends of each abutting ring 301 are fixedly connected with flexible steel wire ropes 302, and one ends of the flexible steel wire ropes 302 are fixedly connected with one sides of the centering and restoring plates 108 respectively; the middle parts of the flexible steel wire ropes 302 are respectively connected with the middle parts of the abutting rings 301 at the opposite positions in an inserting manner; through setting up plastic spacing unit, utilize the deformation pulling of righting returning force board 108 to support ring 301 and realize carrying out spacing support to the sleeve pipe, use flexible wire rope 302 to make the device can realize fixing the sleeve pipe under the deformation gesture of righting returning force board 108's multiple difference.
The righting mechanism comprises a plurality of righting return plates 108 which are uniformly distributed, a plurality of sliding cavities are formed in two sides of the locking sleeve ring 201, sliding blocks 202 are connected to the inside of the sliding cavities in a sliding mode, the middle parts of the sliding cavities are communicated with the bottoms of the sliding grooves, one ends of the righting return plates 108 penetrate through the sliding grooves respectively and are fixedly connected with one sides of the sliding blocks 202, clamping interfaces 203 are formed in the end parts of the sliding grooves, the size of each clamping interface 203 is larger than that of each sliding block 202, and a cover plate is hinged to one side of each clamping interface 203; the other ends of the plurality of centering thrust plates 108 are fixedly connected with the end fixing unit; by arranging the plurality of centering resilience plates 108, the device can generate self-adaptive deformation when being subjected to external forces such as oil well pressure, friction and the like, so that the centering resilience plates 108 can be in abutting contact with a well wall, and the integral position of the centering device is ensured to be stable; through the cooperation that sets up slider 202 and sliding chamber for device itself is convenient for disassemble and the installation, has improved the convenience that device itself moved the transportation, through setting up joint interface 203 and apron, avoids the device to receive the external force skew when using and leads to righting the resilience board 108 pine to take off.
A plurality of guide wheel grooves which are uniformly distributed are fixedly formed in one side of the end plate 101, and guide rollers 109 are rotatably mounted on the inner walls of the guide wheel grooves; a guide limiting groove 110 is formed between any two adjacent guide wheel grooves; through setting up guide gyro wheel 109 and guide spacing groove 110 for the centralizer moves along the wall of a well and carries more smoothly, avoids the rotation of centralizer in transportation process simultaneously, guarantees that the centralizer gesture is stable.
The two sides of the inner wall of the locking lantern ring 201 are fixedly connected with vertical plates 215, two ends of each of the two vertical plates 215 are connected with sliding rods 216 in a sliding mode, one ends of the four sliding rods 216 are fixedly connected with two ends of the two central limiting plates 221 respectively, the other sides of the two central limiting plates 221 are provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed roller grooves, and limiting rollers 217 are rotatably mounted on the inner walls of the plurality of roller grooves; support the sleeve pipe through setting up central limiting plate 221 for the sleeve pipe is located the central point of centralizer all the time and puts, assists the end fixing unit at both ends, through setting up spacing spring and slide bar 216, when realizing connecting fixedly to central limiting plate 221, makes central limiting plate 221 can have certain activity buffer capacity, improves central limiting plate 221 anti damage ability.
The two sides of one end of each of the four end plates 101 are provided with insertion grooves 218, and the middle parts of the inner walls of the eight insertion grooves 218 are provided with expansion cavities 219; the inner walls of the four inserting grooves 218 are respectively connected with a fixing bolt 220 in a clamping manner, and two ends of each fixing bolt 220 are respectively fixedly connected with an expansion block; by arranging the fixing bolt 220 and the insertion groove 218, the insertion combination of a plurality of centralizers is convenient.
The working method of the device comprises the following steps:

step two: the installed centralizer is moved to a position, required to be straightened, of the pipeline through tool equipment or manual work, the righting return plate 108 is forced to deform through underground pressure and friction of the well wall and is in abutting contact with the well wall, and self-adaptive deformation of the centralizer and an oil well is completed;
step three; the self-adaptive deformation of the centering return plate 108 pulls the flexible steel wire rope 302, so that the abutting rings 301 abut against and approach each other to perform abutting limiting on the pipeline, and the auxiliary end fixing unit performs centering limiting on the pipeline;
step four: when the centralizer is installed in place, a manual or external tool presses the trigger plate 211, the trigger plate 211 drives the trigger rod 210 to press downwards, the U-shaped clamping plate 207 moves downwards, the push plate 206 is separated from the contact with the U-shaped clamping plate 207, the push plate 206 is ejected under the action of the abutting and pushing spring 209 to drive the locking elastic plate 205 to eject, then the limiting groove 214 on one side of the push plate 206 is clamped with the limiting barb 213 on the limiting plate 212 to prevent the locking elastic plate 205 from returning, and the centralizer is fixed;
step five: when a plurality of centralizers are required to be combined for use, the fixing bolt 220 can be inserted into the insertion groove 218, and the clamping groove at the end part of the other centralizer is aligned and inserted with the end part of the fixing bolt 220, so that the insertion combination of the plurality of centralizers is realized.
When the pipeline centering device is used, the centering device is sleeved on the outer wall of a pipeline to be centered, and the two end plates 101 at the same end part are mutually abutted and close to each other, so that the two adjusting plates 102 are respectively inserted into the cavities at corresponding positions, and the two centering ring plates 107 are respectively abutted and contacted with the two sides of the pipeline; when the righting ring plate 107 is adjusted to a proper position, the bottom of the locking bolt is tightly abutted and clamped with the locking groove 103 by rotating the locking bolt, the position of the adjusting plate 102 is limited and fixed, and then the steps are repeated for the other end part, so that the end fixing unit is installed;
inserting a sliding block 202 at the end part of a centering and restoring plate 108 fixedly connected to the end part fixing unit into a plurality of clamping ports 203 at two sides of a locking sleeve ring 201, then rotating the positions of an end plate 101 and the locking sleeve ring 201 to enable the sliding block 202 to move to the inside of a sliding cavity, then closing a cover plate, and finishing the fixed installation of the locking and fixing unit;
the installed centralizer is moved to a position, required to be straightened, of the pipeline through tool equipment or manual work, the centralizing return plate 108 is forced to deform through external forces such as underground pressure and friction of a well wall, and is in abutting contact with the well wall, and self-adaptive deformation of the centralizer and the inner wall of an oil well is completed; the self-adaptive deformation of the centering return plate 108 pulls the flexible steel wire rope 302, so that the abutting rings 301 abut against and approach each other to perform abutting limiting on the pipeline, and the auxiliary end fixing unit performs centering limiting on the pipeline;
when the centralizer is installed in place, a manual or external tool presses the trigger plate 211, the trigger plate 211 drives the trigger rod 210 to press downwards, the U-shaped clamping plate 207 moves downwards, the push plate 206 is separated from the contact with the U-shaped clamping plate 207, the push plate 206 pops out under the action of the abutting and pushing spring 209 to drive the locking elastic plate 205 to pop out, then the limiting groove 214 on one side of the push plate 206 is clamped with the limiting barb 213 on the limiting plate 212 to prevent the locking elastic plate 205 from returning, and the centralizer is fixed by abutting and contacting the edge of the locking elastic plate 205 with the well wall;
when a plurality of centralizers are required to be combined for use, the fixing bolt 220 can be inserted into the insertion groove 218, and the insertion groove 218 at the end part of the other centralizer is aligned and inserted with the end part of the fixing bolt 220, so that the insertion combination of the plurality of centralizers is realized.
"fixedly connected" as described in the present invention means that two parts connected to each other are fixed together, typically by welding, screwing or gluing; "rotationally coupled" means that two components are coupled together and capable of relative motion.
