As shown in fig. 3, after the maintenance work for the outer wall of the house is completed, the gondola 2 is lowered to the ground, and then the wire rope 13 is separated from the gondola 2. The servo motor 33 drives the winding roller 34 to wind the entire wire rope 13, and the second grounding bolt 32 is unscrewed to separate the base 31 from the ground.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the support plate 1 is separated from the pitched roof, then the connection bolt 63 is unscrewed, the first ground bolt 41 is unscrewed, and then the first support bar 4 is separated from the ground while the second fixing bar 62 is separated from the first fixing bar 61.
The implementation principle of the hanging basket device for the sloping roof is as follows: the hanging basket 2 is arranged between the two second supporting rods 42, the hanging basket 2 is connected with the second supporting rods 42 in a sliding mode, and the limiting rod 21 is connected with the limiting groove 421 in a sliding mode. When the servo motor 33 lifts the electric basket 2, the roller 25 contacts the insertion block 52 on the upper side of the roller 25, the roller 25 presses the inclined surface 521 of the insertion block 52, the insertion block 52 is gradually pressed into the insertion groove 51 along with the lifting of the roller 25, and the spring 53 is compressed at the moment. When the roller 25 passes over the insertion block 52, the spring 53 is deformed again, and the insertion block 52 is driven to return to the original state. During the ascending of the roller 25, the insertion blocks 52 contacting with the roller 25 repeat the above-mentioned operation process.
When the hanging basket 2 needs to move downwards, the electric telescopic rod 24 is contracted, the roller 25 is separated from the limit of the insertion block 52, and then the steel wire rope 13 drives the hanging basket 2 to move downwards. When the basket 2 is required to move upwards, the electric telescopic rod 24 is extended to make the roller 25 abut against the second support rod 42.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a construction method for the slope roof hanging basket device. As shown in fig. 1, the construction method includes the steps of:
s1, fixing the supporting plate 1: two supporting plates 1 are lapped on the upper surface of the sloping roof.
S2, fixing the first support bar 4: the first support rod 4 is connected to the ground by the first earth bolt 41, and then the first fixing rod 61 and the second fixing rod 62 are connected and fixed by the connecting bolt 63 (see fig. 5). The electric telescopic rod 24 (see fig. 4) is extended to connect the roller 25 to the second support rod 42 in a rolling manner.
S3, fixing the base 31 and connecting the hanging basket 2: the base 31 is connected to the ground by a second grounding bolt 32 (see fig. 3), the wire rope 13 is released by the winding roller 34, the wire rope 13 is connected to the first fixed pulley 11 and the second fixed pulley 12, and then the wire rope 13 is connected to the basket 2.
S4, raising and lowering basket 2: as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the output shaft of the servo motor 33 drives the winding roller 34 to rotate, the winding roller 34 winds more steel wire ropes 13 on the winding roller 34, the steel wire ropes 13 drive the basket 2 to move upwards, and the basket 2 drives the roller 25 to move upwards. When the roller 25 moves from bottom to top, the roller 25 contacts the insertion block 52 on the upper side of the roller 25, the roller 25 presses the inclined surface 521 of the insertion block 52, the insertion block 52 is gradually pressed into the insertion groove 51 along with the ascending process of the roller 25, and at the moment, the spring 53 is compressed. When the roller 25 passes over the insertion block 52, the spring 53 drives the insertion block 52 to return to the initial state. During the ascending of the roller 25, the insertion blocks 52 contacting with the roller 25 repeat the above-mentioned operation process. When the roller 25 stops moving, the roller 25 is blocked by the insertion block 52 which is closest to the roller 25 below the roller 25.
When the hanging basket 2 needs to move downwards, the electric telescopic rod 24 is contracted, the roller 25 is separated from the limit of the insertion block 52, and then the steel wire rope 13 drives the hanging basket 2 to move downwards. An output shaft of the servo motor 33 drives the winding roller 34 to rotate reversely, the winding roller 34 releases the wound steel wire rope 13, and the steel wire rope 13 drives the hanging basket 2 to move downwards. When the hanging basket 2 moves to a proper position, the servo motor 33 is powered off and self-locked, and the position of the hanging basket 2 is fixed.
S5, disassembling the hanging basket 2: as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the gondola 2 is lowered to the ground and then the wire rope 13 is separated from the gondola 2. The servo motor 33 drives the winding roller 34 to wind the entire wire rope 13, and the second grounding bolt 32 is unscrewed to separate the base 31 from the ground. The support plate 1 is separated from the pitched roof, then the connection bolt 63 (refer to fig. 5) is unscrewed, the first ground bolt 41 is unscrewed, and then the first support bar 4 is separated from the ground while the second fixing bar 62 is separated from the first fixing bar 61.
