Asphalt and stone mixing equipment is needed in the construction process of the asphalt pavement. For example, chinese patent application No. CN2018204632663 discloses an asphalt stone stirring device for road construction, which comprises a frame, a stone box arranged on the frame, and a mixing and stirring drum arranged on the inner side of the frame below the stone box; one side in the stone box is provided with a spiral lifting device, the spiral lifting device comprises a rotating shaft, a first spiral blade is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the lower part of the rotating shaft penetrates through the rack and the bottom of the stone box. However, the mixing drum in the above patent is fixedly arranged, and in the actual use process, the stirring mechanism is easy to have operation dead angles, so that asphalt adhered to the inner wall of the mixing drum is not easy to mix, and thus certain limitations exist.
