Abstract
The invention provides a slag pot, chute and air port linkage device and a steel slag processing method using the device, wherein the device comprises a slag pot, a chute and an air port, wherein the slag pot is arranged on a tilting platform through a hydraulic device, a slag pot nozzle of the slag pot faces one end of the chute, and the other end of the chute faces the air port; a chute seesaw support is arranged below the chute, and the chute forms a seesaw structure on the chute seesaw support; the air port is arranged below the chute outlet and moves up and down along with the chute outlet. The chute is changed into a middle seesaw structure from the original fixed installation mode, so that the situation that the 1400-DEG high-temperature liquid steel slag is toppled over at a high position by the slag pot and impacts the same position of the chute for a long time is avoided, the air port moves along with the arc of the chute and is linked integrally, and the situation that the forming rate of the whole product is influenced by independently changing a link structure is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of steel slag treatment devices, in particular to a slag pot, chute and air port linkage device and a steel slag treatment method using the same.
Background
In the existing process for treating steel slag by using air quenching technology and rapid air cooling technology, liquid steel slag is poured and always impacts the same position point of the chute, so that the cast steel chute or the welded chute is often damaged by impacting to generate a hole or a strip mark. The existing solutions mainly have three kinds:
the first method is to increase the casting thickness of the chute bottom, but the method only can increase the use time of the chute which is impacted, and cannot solve the problem that the chute in the same position is impacted repeatedly to form a hole with the effect of 'water drop stone penetration'.
The second is to do several chutes more, after one appears the cave, replace the new chute, the chute that appears the cave damage passes through cast iron welding rod welding and mends the cave, this kind of method is with high costs, need regularly stop production and replace the installation, economic nature and practicality are very low.
And thirdly, a single steel plate block is placed at the bottom of the chute, so that the poured liquid steel slag impacts the steel plate block, and the chute is protected from direct impact.

The invention comprises a slag pot, a chute and an air port, wherein the slag pot is arranged on a tilting platform through a hydraulic device, a slag pot nozzle of the slag pot faces one end of the chute, and the other end of the chute faces the air port, and the invention is characterized in that: a chute seesaw support is arranged below the chute, and the chute forms a seesaw structure on the chute seesaw support; the air port is arranged below the chute outlet, and the air outlet angle of the air port moves up and down along with the chute outlet.
The improved air outlet structure is characterized in that a sleeve is sleeved outside the air outlet, the sleeve is connected with the lower end of the chute through a roll shaft, and the sleeve on the outer side of the air outlet is pulled out while the lower end of the chute is lifted.
The invention also provides a method for treating steel slag by utilizing the slag pot, the chute and the tuyere linkage device, which comprises the following steps:
1) hoisting the slag pot bearing the liquid steel slag to a tipping platform by a crane;
2) tipping the slag pot through a hydraulic device at the bottom of the tipping platform;
3) the hydraulic device pushes the slag pot to 60 degrees, the slag pot nozzle starts to contact the upper end of the chute, and simultaneously the liquid steel slag starts to flow out;
4) the hydraulic device continuously tips over the slag pot, the slag pot pushes down the chute at an angle of 1.5-2.5 degrees per minute, and simultaneously, the lower end of the chute starts to draw the outer side sleeve of the air inlet at a distance of 1-1.5 cm per minute. The maximum tilting angle of the slag pot is 100 degrees, and the longest drawing distance of the sleeve on the outer side of the tuyere is 24 cm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The improved air outlet is characterized in that a sleeve 7 is sleeved outside the air outlet, the sleeve is connected with the lower end of the chute through a roll shaft, and the sleeve on the outer side of the air outlet is pulled out while the lower end of the chute is lifted.

The maximum tilting angle of the slag pot is 100 degrees, and the longest drawing distance of the sleeve on the outer side of the tuyere is 24 cm.
