Abstract

The device and the method can quickly pump and drain the moisture entering the soil body in the cylindrical tank body, particularly the soil body is gradually pumped and dried in the process of being conveyed downwards by the spiral stirring blade, and the soil body is rolled in the process, so that the soil body is comprehensively contacted with the water permeable holes on the inner side of the inner interlayer and the water permeable holes on the outer side wall of the inner pumping and discharging cavity and is comprehensively pumped and discharged, and the soil body discharged from the lower end is comprehensively dried.

Technical Field

Background
A traditional vacuum preloading pumping drainage system belongs to the technical field of soft soil foundation treatment and comprises a horizontal drainage pipe, a connecting hose and a drainage plate; two ends of the connecting hose penetrate through the horizontal drainage pipe and are respectively connected with the drainage plate in a sealing way; the connecting position of the connecting hose and the horizontal drainage pipe is connected in a sealing way; a vacuum transfer hole is arranged on the connecting hose positioned in the horizontal drainage pipe; the horizontal drainage pipe is connected with the switching pipe. The invention also discloses a vacuum preloading method, which comprises the following steps: arranging the drainage plate wrapped with the waterproof geotextile into the soft soil; after the horizontal drainage pipe is arranged, the connecting hose is hermetically connected with the horizontal drainage pipe; the connecting hose is hermetically connected with the drainage plate by using waterproof geotextile; and vacuumizing the horizontal drainage pipeline. However, the vacuum preloading method cannot be continuously operated and takes a long time, and a pumping pipeline needs to be laid and a sealing film and geotextile need to be laid every time vacuum preloading pumping is carried out.

Preferably, after the soil body receiving groove receives the dried soil body, the soil body receiving groove is pushed to be separated from the lower part of the cylindrical tank body, and then the side cover is turned over to convey the dried soil body out.
