Abstract
The invention discloses a full-effect purification large-flux water purifier which comprises a tap water inlet, a normally open electromagnetic valve, a PP cotton filter element, a water pump and a front-mounted activated carbon, wherein the front-mounted activated carbon is connected with a water inlet of a membrane filter element, a water outlet of the membrane filter element is respectively connected with a wastewater outlet and a pure water outlet, a water inlet electromagnetic valve and a flushing electromagnetic valve are arranged between the water outlet of the membrane filter element and the wastewater outlet, a check valve, a pressure switch and a rear-mounted activated carbon are sequentially arranged between the water outlet of the membrane filter element and the pure water outlet, a water outlet of the membrane filter element is connected with a pressure water storage tank through the check valve, and a water outlet of the pressure water storage tank is connected between the front-mounted activated. The RO membrane is flushed by pure water, the wastewater is discharged, so that pure water is used in front of and behind the RO membrane filter element, and the RO membrane is flushed by the pure water, so that the generation of the residual water can be prevented; but also can adjust the flushing time and save water resources.

Along with the improvement of human living standard and the continuous pollution of environment, in order to solve the problem of healthy drinking water, human beings begin to use water purifiers to purify water quality, wherein reverse osmosis water purifiers are popular among consumers due to good purification effect and convenient use, but the traditional water purifiers need to adopt water storage tanks to store purified water to cause the drinking water to be stale and possibly generate secondary pollution, most manufacturers begin to push wide flux water purifiers (without water storage tanks) for filtering and drinking at present, and large flux water purifiers (more than 400G type) drink at present, which seems to be a perfect technical improvement and innovation way, but the waste water and the pure water in a membrane shell of the reverse osmosis membrane can permeate each other after the water purifiers stop running, the longer the time, the higher the TDS value of the pure water in the membrane, the water is called as 'stock water', and the large flux permeation membrane area is larger, therefore, the amount of the reserved water is not small, and the consumer can have the problem of the reserved water every time the consumer uses the water, so the use experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of more water-containing and non-ideal purification effect of a large-flux water purifier without a tank in the prior art, the invention provides a full-effect large-flux water purifier with good water purification effect and fresh water quality.

The membrane filter core is an RO membrane filter core or a nanofiltration membrane filter core.

The invention has the technical effects that: compared with the prior art, 1, the RO membrane is flushed by pure water through arranging a pressure switch, a one-way valve and a pressure water storage tank at the water outlet of the RO membrane filter element, so that waste water is discharged, pure water is used in front of and behind the RO membrane filter element, and the generation of residual water is prevented; 2. an electromagnetic valve is arranged between the pressure water storage tank and the RO membrane filter element water inlet, so that the flushing time is adjusted, and the water resource is saved.

Working procedure of example 1: the machine starts to work after being powered on, water at a tap water inlet passes through a pipeline, is filtered by a PP cotton filter element 2, passes through a normally open electromagnetic valve 15 and a water pump, is filtered by front active carbon, then passes through a RO membrane filter element 6, enters rear active carbon through a one-way valve 9 and a pressure switch 10, finally flows out from a pure water outlet 11, after the pure water outlet is closed, the pure water enters a pressure water storage tank 13 through another one-way valve (which can be replaced by a filter bottle, the water storage capacity is about 200 ml and 500ml according to actual conditions, the water outlet end of the filter bottle needs to be downward to prevent air from escaping), when the pressure water storage tank is full of water, the pressure switch 10 cuts off the power supply, the machine stops working, the normally open electromagnetic valve 15 closes a water inlet pipeline after the machine is shut down, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 3 and the electromagnetic valve I14 are opened, and because the pressure in the pressure water storage tank is larger than that in the RO membrane filter, the wastewater in the RO membrane filter element or the nano membrane filter element is discharged from the wastewater outlet 8 through the water inlet electromagnetic valve 3 and the flushing electromagnetic valve 7, and the RO membrane filter element is pure water at the front and the back, so that the generation of the standing water is prevented.
