The heavy sheet metal carrying carton according to claim 6, wherein a closing plate is vertically arranged at the bottom of the closing cover along the periphery of the closing cover, and the closing plate is in limit abutting joint with one side of the side plate and the side sealing plate far away from the stacking chamber so as to clamp the closing cover with the side plate and the side sealing plate.
8. The heavy sheet metal carrying carton according to claim 1, wherein the surfaces of the support plate, the cushion blocks, the enclosing plates, the bottom plate, the side plates, the side enclosing plates and the cover are provided with waterproof films.
9. A heavy sheet metal carrying carton according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the heavy sheet metal carrying carton is made entirely of paper.
10. A heavy metal plate bearing carton packaging method comprises the following steps:
a. firstly, vertically installing a coaming on the periphery of a supporting plate, installing a cushion block at the bottom of the supporting plate, installing a bottom plate at the top of the supporting plate, and then installing a side plate on one vertical side of the bottom plate along the length direction, thereby obtaining an initial assembly body of the carton;
b. placing a sheet metal part to be packaged on a bottom plate, and embedding the outer edge of the sheet metal part into a bottom plate limiting clamping groove and a side plate limiting clamping groove, so that the sheet metal part is embedded and placed in a carton initial assembly body;
c. repeating the step b to sequentially embed and place a plurality of sheet metal parts along the length direction of the bottom plate;
d. vertically installing side sealing plates on the other vertical sides of the bottom plate, and sequentially and correspondingly embedding the outer edges of the sheet metal parts into the side sealing limiting clamping grooves;
e. and (5) mounting the sealing cover above the bottom plate and abutting against the top of the side plate and the side sealing plate to finish packaging.
